Photoshop Elements

When I installed PSE 2020, the image doesn't fit on my monitor screen, it's much wider. I did CTRL - it doesn't make the imaage smaller.  It's not the usual log in screen I've always had with PSE. 

I bought and downloaded Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 two weeks ago. It worked fine then. Today when I tried to open Photo Editor I've been getting the message "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace..." for an hour now. I'm on Windows 11.

I have been using Topaz Photo AI as an integral part of my editing workflow and it had been working fine. But, today, I installed the update for the most recent version of Topaz Photo AI on my Windows 10 PC.Now, the PSE Editor won't open.  I've un-installed the TPA update and reinstalled, but that didn't solve the problem.  There is a 1/26/2023 plugin file on this path: C:\ Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Photo AI.  A path for a 12/29/2022 plugin for Photoshop Elements is: C:\ Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2021.  I don't see a path to a plugin downloaded with the update today 1/31/2023. Nor do I see an official "PLUGIN" Folder under PSE, but other plugins are in this PSE 2021 folder.  Note: Topaz Photo AI is working as a stand alone, but the big issue is that it is somehow interfering with the EDITOR in Photoshop Elements 2021. I don't even know if the plugin is the issue? I can't open the EDITOR at all any more! Please

HelloI cannot open anymore my Photoshop Element 12 with my new Macd Book Pro M2.It worked with my older mac.I tried to reload the soft from my account but the install.app does not work : it has to be modified/upgraded by the developer...Could you help me ?Tx

Hi there, I am using PS Elements 2019 and trying to use a sports template from Photobacks and when I load the template on elements 2019 on my mac book prom, the page looks all scrambled and duplicated many many times. I am not sure how to fix this or why it is doing this. I have tried to create my own simple page by just using the paint bucket to make a background then creating one new layer of just a simple shape, when I do this it still looks duplicated many times. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! 

Can't sign out of PSE13 to move to a new PC. Get err message "please connect to Internet & retry". Yet I can watch YouTube tutorials in Chrome. The browser doesn't seem to have a problem with the Internet. I was told to try here because 13 is no longer supported.

Hi. I upgraded from PSE 15 to 23 successfully, and have used the editor and organiser. I have just incresed my laptop RAM from 4 to 20GB, all works well except I can't load the organiser. I get the error message: 'Last attempt to open the catalog was unsuccessful. Do you wish to retry with the same catalog or open a different catalog? Options are RETRY or SWITCH CATALOG. Retry leads to a blank screen and NOT RESPONDING message. Switch catalog leads to the catalog manager dialog box. I've tried both OPTIMIZE and REPAIR options. Also I've tried to create a new catalog, import my photos in, but that won't load either. I've totally uninstalled and reinstalled PSE23 twice to no avail. Ca anyone help please? Laptop is Asus X555 running Windows 10. 1TB SSD memory (replacing factory hard drive), and 20GB RAM. Everything else works really speedily. Thanks.  

Ich habe das Problem, dass ich die Fotoshop Version für 2020 habe. Durch einen neuen Rechner, haben wir jetzt allerdings Windows11.  Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Version 2020 nicht für Windows 11 gilt. Kann mir jemand sagen, ob ich mir irgendwie behelfen kann oder muss ich jetzt tatsächlich auf eine aktuelle Version upgraden und somit noch mal zahlen? Danke vorab

Hi 🙂 I sell fabrics and I would like to show my customers how a dress can look like in certain fabrics. So I have bought af dress mockup on Creative Market. The image is of a lady in a grey dress and I am supposed to change the image by "putting" an image of my fabric on as a layer instead of the grey dress. Do you know what I mean? I am a total newbie in Photoshop Elements and I have used the last 2 days just trying everything on the computer and nothing is working. Is it possible to to this with Elements? I can't afford the full version of Photoshop with monthly billings and all, so if Elements doesn't do the trick, then I'm lost. Please, can anybody help.With regardsAnette

I am running WIndows 11, latest version, with Available Physical Memory 9.54 GB and a couple of Tb free on my hard drive.I just bought and installed the 2023 products and I cannot get past the 'welcome' screen (see attached). In the install guide it says to press the Photo Editor button to continue. All it does is say it is loading the workspace and then nothing happens.I have gone through the trouble shooting and I have uninstalled my 2018 products and used the Adobe Creative CLoud Cleaner and restarted my machine a couple of times to no avail.I have switched off my Norton protection and firewall and reinstalled everything, but again I only get as far as the welcome screen and there are no error messages displayed.Can someone offer some advice? I have never had an issue installing any of my previous Photoshop releases.Many thanks in advance.PS I do have an Adobe account and am signed in. Also I bought the download from the Adobe site and not from Amazon or elsewhere.

Ever since I have used Elements, there is an annoying problem.  The text works okay, then for some reason, the text size becomes tiny.  I have discovered this happens when I work on my iPhone pictures, but when working with my normal camera, the text size usually works okay.  Thanks for any explanation, if not cure.

I have Photoshop Elements 2020.   Does this program allow me to change a photograph into the effect of an oil painting?  If so, please provide instructions.  If not, which program does this?  I've seen other artists do this and wondering how they do this.  Thank you.   [Moved from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to a better forum... I just had to reinstall PSE14 on my PC after getting a new C drive SSD. My photographs are still on the same D data HDD. I made a backup before the change. How do I restore my catalog without duplicating my data on D?

How do I restore my PSE14 catalog which I backed up before having my C drive replaced?  All my images were on external drives which are still available and attached.  I do not need to restore the images as they still exist in the original drives.  When I try to do a restore catalog from backup PSE tries to duplicate the files on the new C drive and fills it up again.  This happens even if I specify restore to original location and do not overwrite files (no to all). The images are being copied to C under folders named with the drive letters of the external drives? There must be a way of copying or restoring the catalog index and thumbnails without duplicating the images themselves?

I installed Elements about 2 years ago. The Organizer app has consistently crashed on me within a couple of seconds of starting it, ever since I originally installed it about 2 years ago.  I can use the Organizer - even after it crashes - so I have been able to get some benefit from it. I went through some diagnostic efforts witht the support line shortly after I first installed it, but was never able to get to the bottom of my issue. Does anyone know if I can install the latest version as a free trail to see if Organizer continues to crash? As soon as I close the "Crash Report" window, the application closes on me. So to keep using it, I simply don't respond to the "Crash Report" dialog box. I'm running the 2021 version of PE,  but here are the speicific details for the version of  Organizer that was included when I purchased PE 2021 ... Elements Organizer 19.0.0.0Core Version: 19.0 (20210807.m.158016)Language Version: 19.0 (20210807.m.158016)Current Catalog:C

I have just upgraded from Elements 9 where creating a panorama was simple. How do I create a panorama in Elements 2022?. Where you can move the different files after creating one. I have tried Edit>Photomerge>Photomerge Panorama and after that I can't figure it out.     {Title edited by Moderator}

I purchased this product this morning but it does not show up as a registered product even though have an invoice. I need the license number.

I'm working with Elements 2021, and man, I hate this thing.  It appears directly over text, I can't see while I'm writing!  I don't need it, I can easily confirm or undo any changes made, it's just a nuisance that I constantly have to work around.  Can someone please tell me if there's a way to get rid of this?

I use Lightroom to edit my photos but the Elements Organizer 2023.  I take a photo from the organizer into Lightroom, do some edits, then finish processing in Elements Photoshop.  I give the "new" image a name and do a Save As, and the new photo returns to the Organizer...........but at the bottom of date of the imported photos.  I would like the "new" photo to return right next to the original unedited photo. It use to do this in the 2018 version of Elements.  Is there a perferance I have set wrong?  Or is there something in Lightroom I should change?  I like to stack the original with edited new photo. 

I am using Elements 11 and have the raw converter 7.1 installed. This worked well until I transferred the catalgue to a new computer. Now I can't open any raw fles. I get told the pug in doesn't support the camera...but it always has before.Any ideas please?
