Photoshop Elements

Did you get any resolution to this please? I appear to have the same issue. I purchased Adobe Photoshop elements 2021 most likely in 2021 and have used it on a couple of computers since which have now both been restored and sold. I wasn't aware I had to sign them out of Adobe first and therefore I can not now install to the new PC I am setting up as it claims........   "The serial number xxxxxx is already in use by the maximum number of computers. You need to activate the other computer within 30 days to use this product."   Did you find a work around please?

Hallo AdobeIk heb een probleem met photoshop elements 2024. Venster passend maken werkt niet meer. Ik moet nu alles elke keer handmatig inzoomen om de foto's passend te maken. Als ik op (venster passend maken) klik dan worden de foto's heel klein. Wat heel erg vervelend is. En venster passend maken staat aangevinkt. Eerst werkte dat wel. Hoe los ik dit op? 

Wonky PhotoshopCrazy lines!  Right now I am using the Recomprose tool in  Photoshop 24. If I click on my photo, I get a line, as you would expect; however, the line doesn’t quit.  The line shoots all over the photo I am editing.  Then, the screen freezes and I can’t continue editing.  I can’t get to the main screen to use the computer. In order for me to return to my edit, I have to turn off the laptop.  I can use Ctrl Alt Delete.  Then there are options:  Lock, Task Manager, Shut Down.  The Lock choice is selected.  If I select Shut Down, I lose any editing I have made on the photo.  But Shut down it is.  Start all over again only to be foiled by Photoshop misbehaving. I have battled this problem for the better part of a year.  It’s holding up my project.  The machine has been checked out by several sources.  No one has an explanation. I  uninstalled/reinstalled Photoshop. Similar questions: I have an old copy of Photoshop Elements 10 app on my Mac.  I'm running Sequoia OS 15.5, and the PE 10 uninstaller is no longer compatible. How do I properly uninstall this application?   Ditto for Extend Script Toolkit 2 app (no uninstaller, just the app), as well as just the installer and uninstaller for Adobe AIR (no app), none of which will run on Sequoia. I do not have Creative Cloud. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. 

my menus in editor are not all functioning, such as adding rulers. is this because it is a trial? or should I uninstall and try again? most items in the menus, such a view menu, are light gray, only the guide is checked and a darker gray. thanks for any help!

When I start my Adobe Element I got a request that I should log in to my Adobe account.When I have done that my program is locked I cant do anything more than open a picture.If I dont get the request to log in everyting work as it should. Layers and all run smooth. What to do? I cant jump over the log inwhe that comes up on the screen.

Downloaded the new photoshop.  I want to install my pictures and tree structure into the new version from photoshop elements 2020 (version 18).  I have 2 catalogs in my 2020 photoshop that I want to transfer to the new one.  I did the backup from the old and restore it in the new but my organization structure didnt come over.  It came over with all the folders.  I have windows 11 on a G3 3590 dell computer.  Am I better off  copy and paste from the c drive the catalogs? (see below a picture of my  picture layout)Separate issue:  One of my picture files call it X was in my catalog in the elements organizer now I cant locate it but its in my picture folder on my computer  How do i get it back into my elements organizer?Thank you for all your help

Windows 11, Elements Organizer 2024 I'm working with thousands of photos.  I'm in the process of cleaning up mistakes organizer has made when using facial recognition.  For example, Cullen and Caleb are brothers., and as expected, they resemble each other.  When I look at Cullen's "Confirmed Faces", some are of Caleb.  And, vice versa. Is it necessary to correct ALL the incorrect IDs in BOTH groups of Confirmed Faces?  Or can I correct some and Organizer's facial recognition in each of the groups, and Organizer will use these corrections to finish the job in both groups?  In other words, will Organizer "learn" from the corrections and finish the work for me.  I love the program, but maybe I'm expecting too much.

Hallo Community,bisher lief Adobe Photoshop Elements 23 auf meinem Laptop mit Windows 10 pro - 64bit einwandfrei. Nun musste ich mein System neu installieren und nun lässt sich Adobe PS Elements 23 nicht mehr installieren. Fehlermeldung s.Screenshot. Defender wurde zur Installation ausgeschaltet, keine anderen Sicherheirsprogramme. Hat Jemand eine Lösung? Bin am Verzweifeln und danke schon jetzt für jeden Tipp

I use the places tab in Organizer 2025, which automatically maps photos based on where they were taken. However, videos don't get mapped and I have to manually add their locations. Although ExifTool shows GPS data is present in both photo and video files, Organizer only displays GPS details for photos. I've attached screenshots of the metadata panel for a photo and a video taken at the same time and place, as well as ExifTool data for both files. Has anyone else experienced issues with video file locations in Organizer? Is it a bug or by desgin?Thanks,MichaelPC Windows 11, media taken with Samsung s24 phone

I just got an Epson Ecotank ET-3950 and I would like to printmon photo paper as well as matte and glossy sticker paper. I have Photoshop Elements 15 (yeah I know it is old, will upgrade if I can get some proof that it will do what I need) on a Mac. My images are brightly colored paintings and I would like to retain the pop. I understand RGB colorspace is more vivid and when you print to CMYK it gets a little more dull. I used to do tech support for Photoshop Elements and Photoshop, and worked in a print shop, 20+ freaking years ago, so I am not totally clueless, BUT a lot has changed with the tech over the years. So I am looking at Rendering Intents and changing those but my prints look no different from Rendering Intent to Rendering Intent so maybe I am missing something. I'm letting Photoshop Elements do the color management instead of the printer, and maybe that's a mistake.  My prints look pretty decent so far though. Windows 11,  Organizer 2024 Maybe this is unique to my system, but Organizer works much better on one of my monitors!   On the "less preferred" monitor, when I'm naming people, there's quite a delay before the entry is accepted.  Before I understood the cause, at times I actually thought Organizer froze.  I haven't tried switching ports to which the monitors are connected, so this behavior maybe more of a hardware problem.  Just interested if anyone else has observed this behavior.

I have photoshop elements 2025. It freezes on startup. @023 is still functioning but I've had 2 versions running as an overlap for many many versions.I think it's running facial recognition for 70K images but I can't shut that down. I've uninstalled, reinstalled many times, cache is clean. I don't know what to do. Support was supposed to call me twice since February but never called.Help? I've had this new version 6 months and cannot use it.

Hello I saw an earlier post with this question, but it seemed the user didn't get an exact answer, at least not that I could see. I am using photoshop elements 2021. I recently took my computer into the shop for them to do a "clean" install of windows 11.  Before I took it in, I backed up the catalogue.  (I also separately backed up the "pictures" directory.)  Surprisingly to me,  when I got the computer back, the shop had backed up and re-installed my files, so all the pictures are still there. I just re-installed photoshop elements.  If I restore the catalgoue, will I end up with two copies of each photo?  Should I  delete the photos that are there and then restore the catalogue?  (I have a back uo of all the photos so I'm not worried about losing them.)    Elements has given me the option of importing all the photos on the drive, and I briefly thought about doing that, but then I'd have to re-do the catalogin

Hi, We have migrated the former Windows PSE Catalog to the PSE 2024 MAC version. Our pictures are stored on the NAS and referenced with //diskstation/pictures/folderXYZ/*.jpg The Problem now is, that on MAC the Network Path is different and all pictures are shown as Offline-Media in the Folder Browser. From the Windows-Version I was knowing the functionality to reconnect all missing files. So at least all files within a folder.In the Mac-Version I can only reconnect an individual picture by trying to open and then navigate to the NAS-Folder. There is a reconenct all function in the menu but that does not work as expected finding the files and reconnecting them all to a given folder.Also searching the Web did not returned an option to Bulk-reconnect in the MAC version. Could you please let me know how I can reconnect all missing files or if there is any file where I can do a string-replace from "//diskstation" to the MAC-OS Path? I purchased Adobe Elements 2025 today.  I downloaded and began installation.  It got to a screen, which is obviously a partial screen, entitled Installation Options and seems to stall.  I let it sit for awhile but nothing happens.  I try to exit that screen and it indicates that it is still installing though it has been over an hour.  I can find nothing on Help that helps me.  Very frustrating.  I have used Elements 2020 for years with no problem.

since I updated to Sequoia 15.6 photoshop quits unexpectedly when I try to input pix. no issues before that.

Hallo, wenn ich versuche bei den fehlenden Dateien Elemente zu löschen kommt ein Fenster "Problem mit Benutzer-ID"  - " Andere Benutzer ID erkannt. Versuchten Sie, sich mit der vorherigen Adobe ID aus dem Editor anzumelden."Das PRoblem: Ich wüsste nicht, dass ich eine andere Benutzer ID habe. Außerdem habe ich keinen Menüpunkt in Organizer gefunden, um die ID einzugeben / zu ändern.Aber man kann die Meldung nur mit "Schließen" weglicken, ohne dass die AKtion ausgeführt wird. Weiß hier jemand Rat?

When I try to move an image from the Organiser to the Editor I keep getting "camera raw requires GPU acceleration". As an old guy who is out of his depth with IT could you please explain in ( very) simple terms how I can proceed with processing my images in PSE 2025

Every time I go into the  help page I get the warning that the "Adobe site doesn't match your location" below this are the two locations UK ? and USA. I am located in the UK , always have been so how do I get rid of this banner? It has been repeatedly appearing since I purchased PSE2025 some time ago and I'm getting a little bit annoyed with it.

 Quite frankly I have never  I MEAN NEVER in my whole life experienced anything as bad as ADOBE  I paid for the product Elements 2025 from teh ADobe website       I  got nothing except a confirmation receipt   NOTHING ...  and I found a way to download from my  account on the Adobe website    BUT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT OPEN...    I try the editor and only get to use the trail version    I have spent 4 days trying to get  supoort help   NOTHING    How do I get support help   how do I get what I paid for  to work.    Someomne please help me   [Typo in title edited by moderator]
