Photoshop Elements

I've been using Photoshop Elements 12.1 on my MAC 10.9.5 for a long time. Recently it has started asking me to sign in ("Sign In Required") before opening.I've been able to use this work around: I say "no" to signing in—the window closes...I re-open PSE...this time it opens but that same log in screen appears over top...I say "no" again-the log in window closes and now I can use PSE. This log in process is using Adobe Application Manager. As soon as I close that log in window for the second time, the application manager quits.This is a registered copy...not sure why it has started asking me to sign in and why I would need to sigh in anyhow.Can anybody tell me what is going on?

BonjourJ'ai acheté cher en 2014 ces deuxlogiciels en version boite avec une license à vie sur 2 ordinateursJ'ai dû reinstaller complètement mon PC suite à un crash de mon disque durJe n'arrive pas à valider ces deux logiciels alors qu'ils figurent bien sur mon compte AdobeJ'ai contacté le service client en ligne qui me dit que il n'y a plus de maintenance et que je n'ai qu'à acheter la version Elements 2025 pour un prix d'environ 150€ et valable seulement 3 ansCeci s'apparente à une escroquerie alors qu'il leur suffirait de valider mes numéros de sérieQuelqu'un a t il eu le même désagrément  ?Merci d'avance   

Hallo.Ich habe zu oft Photopshop Elements 14 installiert. Die alten installationen können nicht mehr gelöscht ( keinen zugriff mehr ) werden. Was muss machen ?? Elements wurde zum ersten mal von mir am 8. Sep. 2016 Regestriert.

In PSE2022 I had green and yellow icons next to each album or folder, and they were all single space and compact. Now in pse 2025 all the icons are b/w and they are all double-spaced. Is there a way to put this back to the way it used to look?

How do you resize the Adobe Elements 2025 workspace on a Mac??

This relates to Organizer. It may seem trivial, and certainly strange, but I would like to resolve it as I have 160,000 pictures carefully tagged etc.When the album and tag shows on the actual picture, it has suddenly changed to white font from always being black, for no discernible reason, after 20 years!  Although seemingly trivial, it is difficult to read now on a white background.  Help please.  Thanks. Elements/Organizer 2024 keeps syncing my photos to my Adobe account even though I have turned off Auto-Sync. Each time I turn the function off the program immediately turns it back on. Any way to stop auto sync? I also found auto-sync still running when I exited the program. I had to stop several tasks in Windows Task Manager until I found one that stopped auto-sync. Thanks, Steve

I'm using PSE12 on a Macbook Pro with Monterey OS.  I am unable to unstack the photos in organizer.   No problem stacking, but stacking is greyed out no matter what I try, so I can not unstack.  OptionD or CtrlD don't bypass the impediment.  Help, please

I'm using Photoshop Elements 2019. All I want to do is to draw a smooth curved line that connects several straight lines like the picture showed below. I heard that there is a so-called "curvature pen tool" somewhere in Photoshop but I couldn't find it. When I click and hold the "Pen" icon all I can see is the pen tool. Any help is appreciated. 

I bought the photoshop elements and premiere elements. I uploaded my photos to the organizer app, and I deleted them because the folders got all messed up. And now when I try to upload the pictures it says that the photo has already been uploaded. Is there a way that I can reset the app so that I can restart from scratch and clear all of its memory. Or maybe just redownload the entire organizer

Hi.  I just downloaded the trial version of Photoshop Elements 2025.  Is there a way to change the duration of the moving photos?  Currently, it's only lasting for 3 seconds.  I see online that there were options for 5 or 10 second durations with the 2023 version, which is not available. Thanks.

If you allow the app to delete the duplicate photos, what happens to your catalog?   Do you have to go back and link all your pictures to Photoshop Elements?  I don't want to mess up my catalog, but I have a ton of duplicates, which I did not add.  If you let the app delete, did it delete just from the catalog, or from your drive as well?

I use Elements 2021. It scrambles some of my version sets. I launch the editor from within Elements and save the modified images in a version sets with the originals. Some time later when I look at the same images I find that the edited image from one version set is now in a version set with a different original. How do I fix this, and how do I prevent it from happening in the future?

After installing PE 2024 I want a clean catalog from start, no a copy from earlier PE. How do I get this?

Ich habe durch Neuinstallation meines Laptops Schwierigkeiten, meinen Photoshop zu aktivieren. Installation ging reibungslos, aber die Lizenznummer wird nicht akzeptiert, obwohl sie richtig ist. Gekauft habe ich das Produkt im 2019 und seit 2022 gibt es keinen Support mehr, sehr fragwürdig. Wer kann mir helfen?

Hello, that´s my first publicacion.First: I have a licence of PSE 13 and it is registered, I can see it in my account. After a crash off W11 I had to reinstal my PC from cratch. Everithing works well with all my programs (Microsoft, Corel, Panda etc....) but PSE 13.- Download installer from my accountpage.- Introduced serial number when asked for.- Instalation without errors- (A) First try and PSE sayed I have to start session- Introduced email- It send me message for the verification number- everything OK, it asked me to accept terms and conditions- Accepting and.... PSE 13 dont starts, nothing happend- restart PC and trying to start PSE and it go´s again to (A)- everytime y try- official support says that there is no support for PSE 13¿¿¿¿¿ any idea????? help apreciated

Das Programm wurde unter Windows 10 installiert (neuer PC). Beim Start erhalte ich die Information:DirektX konnte nicht initialisiert werden.Das Programm DirektX (Version 12) ist jedoch auf meinem PC installiert.PSE 9 wurde bereits 2 x deinstalliert und neu installiert.Bei der Installation gibt es keine Probleme.Wer kann helfen?

I have a photo from the holidays that us perfect with everyone nicely smiling, except my mom.  I have another photo from the same session where she is smiling nicely.   My goal is to take the smiley face of my mom and overlay it onto the target photo. How to accomplish? Thank you,Chris

I am using PSE 2023 in Windows 11 environment. I experienced this problem that I had never faced before.I had selected 24 photos, clicked the + sign at the Places Tag. In the next screen with the map view, I searched for The National Building Museum in Washington DC but it didn't find any such name! I then seaarched for its street address at 401 F St NW, Washington, DC 20001 and it did find it and located it on the map. It also showed me the Icon with the name of National Building Museum! So, I used the move icon and moved the placement of the 24 Photos to the Museum location, and then clicked the DONE button on lower right side. When I return to the Photos, and I see the "The National Building Museum" Name is showing up as the The White House!I have tried several times but the reulst is the same!Before trying this, I had added another location for the Unjited States National Arboretum and it worked fine!So, I am really confused, and need your advice and suggestion as to

I can't import a folder at all. I select import folder but all that comes up is to select a file name. Just installed Photo Elements 2025. First use.

Ich habe auf imac (M1 Prozessor) das Programm Photoshop Elements 2024 installiert. Gehe ich im Programm Fotoeditor auf den Button Voreinstellungen (egal was ich dort anklicke), stürzt der Fotoditor sofort ab und es kommt nur die Meldung Fehler, weiter nichts. Habe schon den Support kontaktiert, aber die haben mir auch nicht geholfen, sondern nur auf Ihre Fehlerseite hingewiesen. Deshalb wende ich mich an die Community, vielleicht hat jemand dasgleiche Problem und es gibt eine Lösung. Ich wäre also dankbar, wenn jemand eine Idee oder Lösung hat. Ich hatte das Programm schon deinstalliiert und dann wieder installiert, aber es ist dasselbe Problem geblieben.

My drop down menus in organizer are not working. (File, Edit, Find etc). I have deleted and reinstalled the program but it's still the same. I would appreciate some help. ThanksMichael.
