Photoshop Elements

J'ai une carte cadeau émise par une grande entreprise qui est revendeur de la licence 3 ans de Photoshop Elements. Cette entreprise ne veut pas me confirmer que la licence que j'achèterais chez elle me permettrait d'obtenir la version française de Photoshop Elements 2025. Ma question: est-ce que toute licence achetée comporte par défaut toutes les langues (et c'est à l'utilisateur de sélectionner la langue lors de l'installation) ou je dois acheter une licence spécifiquement en francaîs ? 

Est-ce que lorsqu'on achète la licence 3 ans de PS Elements 2025, toutes les langues sont disponibles ou on doit acheter une version spécifiquement française ? Un revendeur autorisé Adobe ne peut me confirmer que la version qu'il veut me vendre inclut la version française...

Hello, A far a I know, I should be getting the adobe 2025  3-year PS Elements UPGRADE option for $79 as a purchaser of photoshop elements 14 full version.   My question is, (as of this moment), will the upgrade pricing option be offered at the termination of the 3-tear subscription?  Or will it then become full price for all?    I was not able to find those terms, but that should be all spelled out by now.  Anyone know what's happening?Thanks

When I add a new location I cannot confirm the correct place on the map because it does not show it unlike with previous Google Maps.Here is an example where I want to add the town of "porto cristo" on Mallorca, Spain. It lies on the "Balearische Inseln".5 choices are shown.Q1: Why always limited to 5 choices? Can it be changed to see more?2 "Carrer" are listed, these are roads, so these are not my choices. 2 "Cr" are listed. I don't know what that means. 1 "Cl" is listed, don't know either. There are 3 different parent towns listed and I would need to open e.g. Google maps to inspect the correct parent town. With the Mapbox integration I don't see how I can choose the correct location. Q2: How can the Mapbox location be shown like with previous Google Maps?Please note that I have this problem with many locations, not only in Spain.

I can no longer add locations in PSE 2022. Has a setting accidently been changed? Is location addition no longer an option in a 3 year old program? I have tried restarted the computer multiple times. I am connected to the internet. I am using windows 11.

After I upgraded my plug-ins (DxO Nik Collection; from version 6.12 to 6.13) I can no longer launch PsE (Photoshop Elements, i.e. version 21 for Mac). When I try to do so, I just get a dialog box (on top of the "splash screen") stating that "There are additional or changed plug-ins or Locales folders that weren't installed by Adobe. Do you want to load these additional or changed plugins?" ...but when I choose the [Yes] option the application just seems to quit the loading process alltogether, exactly at the point where the splash screen text reads "adding extension... Multiprocessor Support".However, the application will still launch, providing I select the [No] option in the dialog. I expect that the regular drill applies (clean out and reinstall everything). But since my workflow involves several interlinked tools (PsE and Nik Collection), the administrative costs of doing so – perhaps even without any success – bothers me a bit. Ideas, anyone?

New MacBook Air, installed Photoshop Elements 2022 Version 20.0 ....... and it won't start. It immediately crashes upon clicking the icon.Yup I've tried all the rebooting, uninstalling and re-installing. Anyone?Dying to know. Cheers, O. 

I have a registered copy of PSE 2021 on my Windows 10 laptop.  I recently purchased an iMac M4.  Is it possible to transfer my license and the program to my IMac? Thanks,Shane

We just installed Photoshop 2022 on a new computer and are unable to download the background graphics. It always says server is unavailable, any help?

Just switched from Nikon to Canon EOS R7, but can't open Canon RAW files in photoshop elements 15 in Windows. I've run updates and closed and relaunched elements, but still won't work.Thanks

I finally gave in and upgraded to PSE 2024, having struggled with PSE 2022 and Sonoma 14.1.2 (photo bin not working, as well as a whole host of things, including having to convert files to 8-bit before doing certain things). Now I cannot add back my ON1 plugins, even though I've copied across the ON1 plug-in files across to the PSE 2024 plug-ins. I get the attached error message.Any ideas what I can do to fix this? There seems to be very little info anywhere about using ON1 on PSE 2024. Thank you!

Ich habe die 3-Jahres-Lizenz PSE 2025 heute erworben. Beim Start erscheint jedoch das PopUp Menü "Ihr Photoshop Elements Editor-Build 2025 ist abgelaufen". Nur ein "Beenden" Button ist anwählbar. Kann jemand helfen?

Hi TeamI have recently upgraded to the new PSE 2025 I note that when I edit in RAW and hit Open, I now enter the PSE Editor with a RAW file(I understand this is to allow foe DNG files rather than XMP sidecars) Is there a way to customise the workflow so that the edited RAW file opens in the Editor as a JPG (I am sure this is what used to happen) Thanks v much

After discovering a bunch of photo folders that were not in my 2018 Elements Organizer, I was about to import some of them when I realized that I’d better back up the current structure, in case I messed something up. According to the help I’ve found on the Web, there should be an option to back up only the catalog structure, which is what I want; the files are already backed up. But when I clicked on Backup Catalog, my only options are Full Backup, which copies the files as well, and Incremental Backup, which would have the same result. All the online information I’ve found on the Organizer applies to more recent versions. Can someone tell me how to back up the catalog structure in the 2018 version?

I have been asked if it possible to install Photoshop Premiere Elements on our compters in our town library. We have 14 shared PCs and a photography club have asked if we can install these programs. Is this possible? How are these programs licensed? We have Creative Cloud and this is linked to our users Azure ID login, is this the same or via a serial number. Our enterprise reseller cannot supply us these licenses. Thanks. 

I have found Enhance, adjust color, but I do not see the 3 sections (like PS6 has) with the slider bar, for a very quick, easy adjustment. Thank you. 

Dear community,I have been using Photoshop Elements and the Organizer to manage my images for many program generations. All PSE versions were always registered under the same Adobe ID.The images imported into PSE are on a local hard drive - not on an online storage, they all come from me and were only imported by me under the same Adope ID.Now I have the following problem:Some of my pictures cannot be deleted using the organizer, but the majority of them can be easily deleted.For the part of the images that cannot be deleted, I get the following error message:"Different user ID detected. Try to log in with the previous Adobe ID from Editor."But there isn't or wasn't another ID. Since I can no longer sort out some of the images and remove them from my database, the organizer is becoming pretty unusable for me and I am therefore turning to you with the following questions:- Does anyone know the problem described? And/Or maybe even has a solution for it?- How can I contact Adobe Supp

I’ve been using different versions of Photoshop Elements and an iPhone for about 20 years. Over that time, there’s always been  debate about whether to keep files in their native HEIC format or convert them to JPEG. I avoided addressing this issue for years, despite the challenges, and now it seems the general recommendation is to stick with and download to PSE as HEIC.  Feel free to correct me if I’m mistaken—especially those of you who are Photoshop pros. I’ve also used Flickr at times as a platform for sharing files, which integrates with Photoshop Elements 25 under teh "Share" tab. However, when I try uploading HEIC files to Flickr, I encounter error messages. After reaching out to Flickr Support, I was told that HEIC is considered a Raw photo format that isn’t supported by Flickr. They suggested converting my thousands of files to JPEG, but that feels like a major hurdle for sharing content seamlessly through Flickr and PSE 25. Would appreciate any guidance or

I just purchased Elements 2025 (coming from 2019). In my workspace, the bar where the mode selections resides is blacked out so I am stuck in quick mode. How do I access Expert mode?

Hi, I was told to re-instal Photoshop Elements 2022 due to an issue (can't now remember what it was.) I duly did this., but when I start the app and try to open the Photo Editor, I am asked for a serial number or redemption code. I don't have these any more, as after 4 years, I don't have the sales/installation documents.  How can I obtain these items again, so that I can proceed? Photoshop was working perfectly before I was asked to re-install it. Many thanks.

When I open Elements the text of the program is very small.  How do I enlarge it?

Liebe Gemeinde,ich nutze Photoshop Elements und hier den Organizer seit vielen Programm-Generationen zur Verwaltung meiner Bilder.Dabei waren die alle PSE Versionen immer unter der gleichen Adobe-ID registriert.Die in PSE importierten Bilder befinden sich auf einer lokalen Festplatte - nicht auf einem Online-Speicher, alle stammen von mir und wurden auch nur von mir unter der gleichen Adope-ID importiert.Nun habe ich das folgende Problem :Ein Teil meiner Bilder lässt sich über den Organizer nicht löschen, bei dem grösseren Teil gelingt dies jedoch problemlos.Bei dem Teil der Bilder, welche sich nicht löschen lassen erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung :"Andere Benutzer-ID erkannt. Versuchen Sie, sich mit der vorherigen Adobe ID aus dem Editor anzumelden."Blöd nur dass es keine andere ID gibt oder gab. Damit, dass ich nun Bilder teilweise nicht mehr aussortieren und aus meiner Datenbank entfernen kann, wird der Organizer für mich ziemlich unbenutzbar und ich wende mich daher mit folg
