Photoshop Elements

I have nearly 10,000 family pictures in my PSE Organizer catalog.  The Organizer Notes box for every photo includes text giving the "Who, What, When, & Where" about that photo. I do not want this documented photographic treasure to be lost after I am gone.  So, I am trying to figure out a way to preserve all this information so that it can be passed on to relatives who would not own PSE software. It looks like the text in the Organizer Notes box is written to the metadata for each image.  So, one alternative would be to open the images with some kind of metadata file reader that could list all the metadata linked to an image for all file formats. I have experimented with the free app called "Metadata++".  That seems to allow the Notes box text to be seen for jpg files but not for psd files.  I will keep looking for other free apps that might also accomodate visible metadata for psd files as well. Surely, this is an issue that many P

Stop nagging me to upgrade my Photoshop Elements. I paid for it. I didn't pay Adobe to advertise at me with it.

I bought Photoshop Elements 2021 from a third party with free lifetime upgrades I signed up for an Abode Creative Cloud Account that I log in to via Facebook but now I can't update my way out of date programme and can't speak to anyone about it.  It seems they think it OK to abdicate customer support to this forum.  Any help out there or do I need to purchase again? 

Hallo Leute, hatte Elements 10 installiert, muss dann leider mein Mainbord wechseln. Nun habe ich die meldung das ich das Programm angeblich auf zwei Rechner instliert habe und solle eine Version wieder löschen. Was ich aber ja nicht kann da ich nur eine installation habe . Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich diese Problem beheben kann?? Der Support konnte oder wollte nicht mehr helfen, das das Prdukt nicht mehr unterstütz wird, weil zu alt. aber mir recht es voll aus Gruß Sascha

Hello, I bought Photoshop elements 2024 today.When trying to work with the organizer, the screen keeps flickering.Looking for solutions the ones given send me to options in the menu that aren't there (perhaps they are in Photoshop, but not in Photoshop Elements 2024.My Intel drivers are up to date.Please help.

I just loaded Elements 2025 on a Mac M2 with Ver. 15.1.1.I want to reposition 1 layer with respect to another but I can't seem to figure it out.  I thought you selected the layer you wnt to move and the invoke the "MOVE" command but, I can't even find a move command.  I was able to delete the layer and reinsert it using the "PLACE" command, but I can't edit it's position. Thanks.

after installation its ask for adobe id inlog but then i get a white screen with nothing in it this on a desktop before with windows 10 no problem On my other computer (laptop) with windows 11 no problemsThe version of windows is both windows 11 pro version 21H2  Build 22000.258

I am having an issue with the text feature in my 2024 PS Elements that I do not recall ever having with my previous versions of Elements.  I called tech support but the agent was not helpful at all and his instructions did nothing to fix what I percieve as a possible bug. When adding text the result is awful.  I want to use 9pt  size type but the issue happens to some degree no matter what size the type or the font itself.  Letters too close to another, edges not sharp, basically lots of issues.  I was told to play with tracking and leading edge functions but this sometimes help some words but not others. i was then told to try to save the file and export in pdf.  This helps minimally and it is very hit or miss.  In addition this is anniying in that I cannot edit the text once reimported back into Elements. I have even tried to create the text in Acrobat and import it into Elements but it still isn't sharp enough.  Again editing is

I purchased ps el 2024 and installed it on my new Dell xps8960 computer, Windows 11. When I use the cursor, i.e. pencil, there is a low pitch sound when I move the cursor and hold cursor in place. What is going on? And how can I stop the sound?

Is the Auto Curate feature in PSE 2023 limited to 20,000 photos in the ENTIRE catalog or just the current selection? I received a Dialog Box which states "Auto Curate can be applied to a maximum of 20,000 photos." There are only 24 photos in the selection. There are no video files in the current selection. I changed each Preference Selection option, but nothing worked. I've searched the Adobe Knowledge Base without success. I converted MY CATALOG from a previous version (PSE 2020) to PSE 2023, which now also displays the same Dialog Box.

My PC hard drive failed. I installed a new 1 TB HDD, loaded Windows 11, Chrome, Edge, Adobe CC and Adobe Acrobat Reader. I can see my PSE 2019 license when I log into Adobe, but when I try to download it I get an error message that says I need to update my OS, browser and Adobe products. They are all newly downloaded and fully up to date. Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Am I able to print just one layer of several layers? If so, what are the exact steps to do that?

I HAD PHOTO SHOP 14 AND TODAY I BOUGHT 2025 AT A COMPUTER STORE, HOW DO I UP DATE MY PROGRAM?  

Several years ago, I upgraded to PSE Version 19.  However, when I have the Organizer open and select "System Info", here is what is displayed:Elements Organizer 17.0.0.0Core Version: 17.0 (20180830.m.125874)Language Version: 17.0 (20180830.m.125874) Why is not Elements Organizer 19 being displayed?  The metadata on all my photos also lists Elements Organizer 17.

I have had to reload my pc, as my hard drive died.  I was able to install PRE 9 without any issues.  However, when I try to install Photoshop Elements 9, I get 'an invalid serial number' message. 

Old laptop had Windows 10; new laptop has Windows 11.  When I open Adobe Elements 2025, no media (photos) was transferred to new laptop.  How do I do this?  

Recently purchased Photoshop Elements 2019 and have not been able to import photos. When importing photos to the organizer I get the message "Elements Organizer does not support the color space in the file..." What can I do to import my photos?

This is ridiculous - I have constant popups on my computer (on and off the internet) trying to get me to buy more Adobe products. I just spent $150 on PSE and Premiere Elements and downloaded them last week.I need to find the option to turn these off...thanks for any help you can give. The Notification Center in my computer settings doesn't have an option for Adobe, and notifications are turned off. You can't sell things by making people mad, by the way. Marketers just don't seem to get it, I never read or click through, or buy anything from popups. I guess they need to keep coming up with this garbage to justify their jobs.

Having recently installed Elements 2025 I'm finding that once it's been opened/used [ I'm using the Editor] there's a file folder (in my Downloads folder) called "mas", but it's always empty. I usually delete it & there appears to be no effects. Why is this being created?  ---Windows 11 Home 24H2

I was wondering, the above, as I am looking to get a new Windows 11 laptop.  My current laptop has a discrete memory and is 8.5 years old and although it is still working I've decided to look for a new laptop, as prices will be going through the roof starting in 2025 and i don't want to chance my current computer tanking. Should I look for discrete or is a standard single GPU fine? So does anybody have any insight into this.  I appreciate your help.  

In a Facebook group I posted this image-- each day is a very basic thing to do/ practice, none of the daily tasks are terribly difficult, but they do make you explore the program a bit.   Many of the tasks have more than one way of doing it- use whatever way you like, but just do it.  I think the average user could do all of these in less than 10 minutes- but it's not really  supossed to be done that way-- One simple task a day.I used a template in Adobe Express.
