Photoshop Elements

Hi, I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 installed on my Windows 11 Desktop. The software has latest updates. However when I try to run Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023, it shows "Loading ..." message for few seconds and then vanishes. No software comes up for me to edit the photos. I uninstalled and installed it again but to no avail. Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 loads and runs fine.Any ideas how to fix the photoshop issue?

I did an upgrade on Premier Elements 2023 to 2025.  After completed it updated the catalog.  I go to check the tags and the majority show no media.  When I look in the organizer under media.  The majority of my photos and videos are not there.  Also places, events, people are not there.  What am I missing?  Do i need to run an import from my main pictures directory and if I do will all the tags be gone.  It found my catalog because a small portion of pictures and videos are there.  Windows 10.

I am able to install PSE 2025 on new desktop computer.   I still have PSE 2024 on laptop.  Adobe says I cannot have both.  So how do I use it when I go out with my laptop?  Or can I uninstall 2024 and install 2025 on that one too so I will have it (2025)  on different computers???

I have been searching this topic and see that it is occurring in earlier versions as well. I have tried all the fixes that have been suggested but they aren't successful.  Hope I am just missing something but does anyone know how to correct this.  Thanks

Unable to change text color or color of pencil drawing 

Trying  to install PSE 2019 on a new Thinkpad laptop running Windows 11 Pro with all the latest updates installed and the Adobe Creative Cloud program also installed. The PSE 2019 installations on the other computers have been deactivated.The attempted installations appeared to progress marginally for a long time before the error message appeared.After looking at some of the posts in this Community I installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86 2013 and then the installation started slowly again and eventually got to maybe 70-80% and then failed. I would like to get this program installed so I've uploaded the install.log file to OneDrive:https://1drv.ms/u/c/f28dc6b71c34ae3c/EeWtda8xjppFppRrdFnK38sB4u43-p_IfdDojphHT5xmAg?e=eqEtsoI'm hoping someone can look at this and see what's causing the problem.Thank You  

HiI've just installed Elements 2024 for windows, but the layer menu is greyed out, any ideas?

I just signed up for a free trial of PSE 2024.  What happens when I am done with the trial?Will I be able to buy it or will I have to go back to my older version if I don't want 2025?  I am curious as to why 2024 would be availabe for 30 days if we can't do anything furtherwith it.  Thank you!

I had to re-install Photoshop Elements 12 (I had the serial number) due to having to reinstall Windows which deleted all non-Microsoft apps.  It seemed to install fine but now when I try to open the Photo Editor, it keeps asking me to log into Adobe to register it. I keep logging into Adobe but that doesn't help.  I really appreciate your advice as to how to fix this!

I’m running a bit low on hard drive space and decided to go through all my videos (many of which are large, 4K video files) and weed out my video collection. I opened the Organizer and set it to display videos only. I view possible candidates for deletion, one at a time. The problem I’m having is that, when I go to Uncatalog AND Delete the a file, the Organizer tells me the file is read-only or locked and it can’t delete it. I confirmed, via Windows File Explorer, that the application locking it is: Photoshop Elements Organizer! I guess that makes some sense, and what I’ve been doing is copying the file names in a text file and manually deleting the files after exiting the Organizer. Which, of course, is very tedious. BUT: Sometimes, the Organizer DOES delete a file. It’s happened a few times, but I have no clue as to why those files are exceptions. Does anyone have ideas? I’d love to do everything from inside the Organizer, but if I can’t, I’m probably better off just doing everything

The fancy themes and music have their place but what is needed is the ability to create a straightforward, no frills slideshow, something that can be inserted in a website, or used as a background at, say, a family event. You can eliminate the music by using your own music file - one of complete silence - or, less technical, muting the volume, but I cannot find any means of eliminating the themes. I had versions 15 and have now moved to 19 and the problem remains. If someone knows of a way of doing it then please tell. If not, then can Adobe add a no theme to themes and a no music to music and a means of changing the duration, or even requiring a click for the next picture.It can be done in Premier as a video but that is more laborious and not ideal. Both Photoshop and Premier elements have some wonderful features and can save a lot of time in processing but there are times when all you want is simple.

I'm migrating my PSE 2020 from a windows 11 older computer to a newer one. I use onedrive and while setting up my new computer, which had been backed up to onedrive, I just clicked the windows featue which restored my new computer with all the files that were on the old computer and had been routinely uploaded to sync in onedrive . This included my windows photo files which are all under the onedrive>picture library folder and set in folders by year and now sync downloaded and sitting in those by-year folders on the new computer. I did notice when I randomly compared the number of photos now in the new computer to the old photo files there are slight variations in the number. I had planned on just copying the catalogue from my old to my new computer since the photos were there but NOW I'm thinking it would be wiser to do a restore on my old Computer PSE files and restore it to the new computer. Problem is, I'm afraid if I do that I will end up with duplicate photos. Any thoughts on

Dears I am interested in purchasing Photoshop Elements. However, after downloading the trial version, I noticed that it does not support writing in Arabic.Is there any way to enable Arabic language support (for writing and printing) in Photoshop Elements? Thanks.  

Kann man mit dem Editor von PSE 19 sinnvoll auf 2 Monitoren arbeiten, so dass auf einem Mobitor die Werkzeuge usw. und auf dem anderen Monitor das Foto angezeigt wird?Es gelingt mir, PSE auf 2 Monitoren zu verteilen, aber beim Öffnen der Fotos muss ich jedes Foto einzeln auf den zweiten Monitor verschieben. Das ist nicht praxistauglich. Gibt es eine bessere Lösung. Vielen Dank für eine Antwort.Ulrich

I have nearly 10,000 family pictures in my PSE Organizer catalog.  The Organizer Notes box for every photo includes text giving the "Who, What, When, & Where" about that photo. I do not want this documented photographic treasure to be lost after I am gone.  So, I am trying to figure out a way to preserve all this information so that it can be passed on to relatives who would not own PSE software. It looks like the text in the Organizer Notes box is written to the metadata for each image.  So, one alternative would be to open the images with some kind of metadata file reader that could list all the metadata linked to an image for all file formats. I have experimented with the free app called "Metadata++".  That seems to allow the Notes box text to be seen for jpg files but not for psd files.  I will keep looking for other free apps that might also accomodate visible metadata for psd files as well. Surely, this is an issue that many P

Stop nagging me to upgrade my Photoshop Elements. I paid for it. I didn't pay Adobe to advertise at me with it.

I bought Photoshop Elements 2021 from a third party with free lifetime upgrades I signed up for an Abode Creative Cloud Account that I log in to via Facebook but now I can't update my way out of date programme and can't speak to anyone about it.  It seems they think it OK to abdicate customer support to this forum.  Any help out there or do I need to purchase again? 

Hallo Leute, hatte Elements 10 installiert, muss dann leider mein Mainbord wechseln. Nun habe ich die meldung das ich das Programm angeblich auf zwei Rechner instliert habe und solle eine Version wieder löschen. Was ich aber ja nicht kann da ich nur eine installation habe . Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich diese Problem beheben kann?? Der Support konnte oder wollte nicht mehr helfen, das das Prdukt nicht mehr unterstütz wird, weil zu alt. aber mir recht es voll aus Gruß Sascha

Hello, I bought Photoshop elements 2024 today.When trying to work with the organizer, the screen keeps flickering.Looking for solutions the ones given send me to options in the menu that aren't there (perhaps they are in Photoshop, but not in Photoshop Elements 2024.My Intel drivers are up to date.Please help.

I just loaded Elements 2025 on a Mac M2 with Ver. 15.1.1.I want to reposition 1 layer with respect to another but I can't seem to figure it out.  I thought you selected the layer you wnt to move and the invoke the "MOVE" command but, I can't even find a move command.  I was able to delete the layer and reinsert it using the "PLACE" command, but I can't edit it's position. Thanks.

Version 2021 has a problem with CANON-R6 mrk ii RAW  - Is the enny help ?
