Title: Audio Plug-In Manager scan hangs and returns no plugins (VST3 + AU) — 27.0.0.17 and 26.0 beta, macOS 26.5.2. Release Premiere scans the same folders correctly.Environment: Premiere Pro (Beta) 27.0.0.17 and the prior 26.0 beta build. macOS 26.5.2 (25F84), Mac17,6, Apple Silicon, 64 GB. Audition (Beta) exhibits the same. Premiere Pro 2026 release and Audition release on the same machine are unaffected.Symptom: Preferences > Audio > Audio Plug-In Manager, folder list contains only /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 (VST2 paths removed). Click Scan for Plug-Ins with Rescan existing plug-ins checked. Beach ball, then the Available Plug-Ins list is empty — no VST3, no AU. Effects > Audio Effects shows only Adobe built-ins. ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/DVAAudioFilterScan is never created after the scan.Control: On the same machine, Premiere Pro 2026 release launched after DVAAudioFilterScan was deleted, rebuilt it on its own, and loads every third-party plugin (iZotope Ozone/Neutron/
Steps to reproduce:1. Fresh install of Premiere (Beta) v27.0.0.16 on macOS 26.5.22. Open Effects > Audio Plug-In Manager3. Confirm /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST is in the VST folder list4. Click Scan for Plug-InsResult: Scan completes with 0 third-party plugins found. Opening a.prproj referencing iZotope Ozone (VST) and Insight 2 (VST) throws"Audio Filter missing" for both.Expected: Scan detects installed VST2/VST3 plugins. When I create a new project and drag my first clip into the timeline to create the timeline it does in as it should. however any other clips do not. please fix.
when I stop the play head over one of my clips, I can see the clip, but when I play the video the clip is not showing. Chatting with the AI assistant - this error appears to be with Film Impacts Bokeh effect on the clip. It seems it can't render the frames in real time so they are being dropped
I’ve recorded a Loom video to show the issue. Essentially, when I’m editing using a transcript - every clip starts too late and often in the middle of a word. So I have to go into every clip and start it earlier so you can hear the full word.
This build of the Beta (it happened even on the previous one) has Control Surface completely broken. An ‘unexpected error’ prevents Premiere to initialize any Productions and Projects, resulting in a warning window telling me the error - I attached the warning window. The issue doesn't present itself in the regular release - altough I'm some version behind as the latest stable build has a known issue with RTX 50 series cards when it comes to graphics properties, which funny enough was fixed in the Beta builds. My PC is as follows:Windows 11 Pro Intel Ultra 9 285K NVIDIA 5070Ti 16GB (latest Studio Drivers) 64GB DDR5I use the Logi MX Creative Pad.
I had no problems Friday- now today on Monday I can hardly use any command in Premiere Pro Beta without it is crashing. All my Adobe apps is up to date. Hope you can fix this issue, what ever is causing it.
In all past premiere pro versions a user can simply undock a folder, (by double clicking on a folder in the project window), and place that folder into any other window they’d like. With beta mode, this folder option is not available and is very frustrating to click between footage or assets when you constantly have to keep double clicking to either go forward or back
Hey guys,Just wanted to drop some quick feedback on timeline performance. I work on pretty huge projects and things get super laggy. Here are a few things I noticed:Open Timelines: Having multiple timelines open kills the performance of the main one. It feels like the background ones are constantly rendering the timeline UI. As soon as I close them and only keep one opened, everything becomes faster. Solution for that could be that the timelines are simply not taken into consideration as long as they’re not opened. VST Plugins: If I use a bunch of VSTs in a sequence, it lags (totally fair). But the lag stays even if I close the sequence or open a completely different project. It's like the VSTs never actually turn off and are still listening for a signal in the background, even when you left the sequence or project where they are used. Only a full app restart fixes it. Audio Waveforms: Hiding waveforms gives a solid speed boost when scrolling on the timeline. It feels like the app cons

when in the frame.io panel i press Export it gives an error and doesn’t export the video and doesn’t add it to frame.io
the HUD's went away when i went to go adjust saturation, have to close and restart premiere to try again, same problem
When I try to export a sequence to Frame.io v4 from Adobe Premiere (Beta)Version 27.0.0 BETA StaticLib (Build 12) I get a brief error message saying “error exporting sequence”. I then continues to export to a local file (if selected) but not to Frame.io. Obviously I could upload manually, but that’s not good because I want to Upload Markers as Comments, which can only be done directly.

No audio plugins found, but they are all in proper folders. Beta not seeing on rescan.
The Blackmagic RAW plugin is offline in Premiere Beta. I check it in the regular version of Premiere and it works fine. I tried reinstalling, but it remains offline in Premiere Beta. Any suggestions? After updating Premiere Beta to 26.5 Build 77 I’m seeing major issues with Color Mode.I have Adobe-supplied media -- Weekend Camping demo -- with a variety of media formats; so far I have experienced this issue with the sample RED clips as well as ProRes 4444 Log. The MP4 Sample media (roller skating girl) does NOT cause issues. I will continue to dive into the footage and see if other codecs cause the same problems.Issues/steps to reproduce:Loading RED or ProRes clips (individual or in a sequence) into Color Mode results in slow/sticky controls. HUDs are not instantly responding and feels like you need to push hard to see a grade adjustment. Very quickly the HUDs will disappear. Touching the controls still changes the grade but HUDs do not pop up. Timeline stops playing. Program monitor is frozen on last image. Clicking on different clips in Clip Grid does not update the Program Monitor. Grade no longer updates. Switching to Edit tab does not unfreeze the Program Monitor. Program Mo
In Premiere Pro 2025 (25.5), once a media file has had its audio peak file generated, Premiere reuses that existing peak file whenever the same media is imported into another project. This avoids unnecessary cache generation and significantly improves workflows that reuse the same media across multiple projects. In the latest Premiere Pro Beta (both 27.0 and 26.5), this behavior appears to be broken. Premiere regenerates the audio peak file every time the same media is imported into a new project, even when a valid peak file already exists in the Media Cache. As a result, identical media can end up with duplicate peak files, increasing cache generation time and slowing down workflows that frequently reuse the same assets.(While testing use a longer media file so that peak generation takes long enough to clearly observe whether Premiere is reusing or regenerating the cache.)Steps to Reproduce (Scenario 1 – Across Projects)Create a new project. Import a media file with audio. (or just a lo
I have updated to the same, but I’m having an issue with my clip thumbnails. Sharing a screenshot. Reinstalled it, restarted the Mac, Cleared Cache files, and still doing whatever I can.
I am so far really excited about the new automatic object mask tool in Premiere Pro Beta. However, I am encountering a problem with tracking. After creating the mask, when I go to track if forward through the clip, after about 5-6 seconds of tracking I get the following error message:"Object mask data write failure. Failed to store Object Mask data due to a disk error. Your tracking data will be discarded."If I start tracking, then click "Stop" after about 2-3 seconds, then tracking is saved. If I then repeat this process, track forward + stop after 2-3 seconds I can make it through a 20 second clip without error messages or loss of data. But as stated above not when I track the whole thing at once.I am on Win 11 with 64 GB Ram and an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core./Markus
Changing a sequence's resolution through Sequence Settings causes the Direct Manipulation overlay to become desynchronized from the actual position of the selected clip. The underlying media is displayed correctly, but the Direct Manipulation controls remain positioned as if the sequence were still using its previous resolution. This makes the overlay inaccurate and difficult to use until the sequence is refreshed.Steps to ReproduceCreate a sequence and add a clip. Open Sequence Settings. Change the sequence resolution (either increase or decrease it). Return to the sequence and select the clip. Enable Direct Manipulation for the clip.Expected ResultThe Direct Manipulation overlay should immediately update to match the clip's new position and scale after the sequence resolution changes.Actual ResultThe Direct Manipulation overlay does not update correctly after the resolution change. When increasing the sequence resolution: the footage scales down as expected, but the Direct Manipulation
Editing 4K footage in a 1080p timeline.Scale set to 50% (as in Fit)100% wireframe is showing in the Program Monitor with Direct Manipulation set to OnSuppose this is more of a bug as moving the clip around makes it the clip all jumpy.Putting all the clips in a new sequence solves the issue temporary.W11 pro26.3.0.9
When deselecting “show audio time units”, the actual time on the timeline changes. This caused me to make a 37second edit instead of 30 for my client. huge problempictures below. Beta 26.5.0 build 77
Currently working in a Productionyeaterday, opening a project in the Production would not open a Project window properlytoday, app becomes unresponsive, forcing app restart. (4 times today) perhaps a second issue, app would not load clip media into the source window. Source info over window would update, but media in window would not.
