Can I use narration in quick mode

Hello.  I am trying to export a large project to an ISO file so I can burn it to a DVD.  The project is about 4 hours long and I have made a DVD menu.  For some reason, when the export process is going, it always gets stuck at 89 percent.  I have left the project open for many hours and the progress bar does not move an inch.  Everytime I retry the export, the same thing happens.  It goes to 89 percent and never goes any further.  Is there a solution to this problem I should try?  I've considered trying to move the project and all it's contents to another computer and try the export there, but if there is an easier solution, I'd like to try that first.  Thank you for your time!

Some time ago I posted 11959147 about use of a GPU in rendering in PRE.  So imagine my alarm when everything slowed down.  Upon examination I find the that in the exact same system (with NVIDIA RTX2060) and same version of PRE2021 it is now saying my GPU is unsupported!  The RTX2060 is on the list of supported GPUs (I built the whole system for this reason) so it is rather annoying to find it has now stopped being used!  I think the only thing that can have changed is that I have the latest GPU drivers (536.40 at time of writing) which of course we are always told to do!    Anyone know why my three-year old system is already obsolete?? (I tried removing everything NVIDIA-related and re-installing.  One possible clue is that on the 3D settings of the NVIDIA control panel it knows about Photoshop Elements but not Premiere Elememts?  I manually added it but it made no difference)

I want to flip my video and I know how to do it. The problem is everytime I import a vertical video into Premiere Elements the black frame bars to the left and right are missing. On on videos I find on youtube these bars are automatically there. How can I add these black bars? 

I can no longer work in conjunction with Organizer.  It will only edit with normal photos.  Thanks.

I press on trim a video clip, choose 3 videos. The videos are added. As soon as I click on any button afterwards, the whole program freezes and never unfreezes again. I have to close it by force. What is going on?

I want to change the pitch of audio in my video. I've heard about this "pitch shifter," but it does not show up in my audio affects. Will/can anyone help?  

I created a video using Premier Elements 2018 in March & April of 2023. I posted it to YouTube, & I saved it as an mp4. I decided in June that I wanted to add titles. I opened the original .prel file in PE 2018 & added titles. I named the file a slightly different file name & same .prel extension. I have opened both files many times this week with normal methods. This evening I can find what looks like .prel files for both, both with the expected file names & file sizes of 33kb & 171kb. Neither file will open correctly. Sometimes I get a file that opens with no video & the titles. Most of the time I get a dialog box asking where is the original .prel file. When I select the requested file in Windows file explorer, I get a warning "File import failure. This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed". Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

I remember the good old days whem Premiere Elements 10 had a clean dark interface ... but Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 is just eye cancer without any option to change that, PLEASE bring it back, i would pay for that software IF i could work with it. #RipDarkMode #BringItBack 

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements Quick View to edit clips into a movie. The Add caption text icon in Quick View has disappeared after using Expert View briefly and then returning to Quick View. What appears instead in Quick View is a tan-colored bar across the whole Quick View timeline above the clips with the phrase, “Edit in Expert edit” (see attached screenshot). As a result, to edit the caption, adjust its duration, etc., I have to go to Expert View again. Is there a way I can get back the Add caption text icon in Quickview?

I've just upgraded from Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2018 to 2023.I'm looking for a way to import home Blu Ray movies that I made years ago using Pinnacle Studio, to save as .MP4 files for TV viewing via my NAS drive. The Elements Organiser will import the video files, but there is no audio on playback. Is this beyond the realms of Elements? I've also tried a trial version of  'MakeMKV'. This works fine, but Premiere Elements doesn't seem to support .MKV files. I could now look for an MKV to MP4 converter, but a bit of a faff. Any 3rd party (preferably free or cheap) utilities that anyone could recommend to RIP my Blu Rays to Windows PC for editing/saving as MP4s? Thanks in advance for any help, and apologies if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything when searching the forum.

I have just created a new project in Premier Elements 2022 in order to'fix' a clip using the shake stabilization function and now I need to import that fixed clip to the project it originally came from. Does anyone know how to do this? Is it even possible? Thanks in advanceJohn

Hi guys, I've just discovered that tracking objects (Opacity selection) isn't working at all for me, it was ok in 2022.Re-track doesn;'t work either. Is there anything you can suggest that might help? Any help would be much appreciated. Kind regards, M

I am trying to open my elements 14 but all I get is the free trial offer and can't get rid of it. 

Recording video in 4k (tried both 4096x2160 and 3840x2160 - 30 fps) and trying to import into Adobe Premier elements 15 but getting the error "The Imported reported a generic error".  Works fine with 1080P.  These same 4k videos will import just fine into Adobe After Effects.  Tried changing project settings in Elements but the video format is grayed out.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Ääni kuuluu, mutta kuva ei kulje, seisoo yhdessä ja pomppaa tai ei pomppaa ollenkaan, siis jumittaa. Todella ärsyttävää. Mikä ihme tähän auttaa? Tämä on ihan jatkuva vaiva. Pitäisi hinkata kohtaa sata kertaa, ennen kuin kuva ja ääni kulkisi samaan aikaan. Tämä siis editoidessa, kun haluaisi nähdä editoitua kohtaa.

Hi,I'm getting so frustrated. Been working on this issue 3 days now trying different things. Have anyone had the same problem and been able to solve it?I have added music to a video in adobe premiere 2023 and adobe has mixed the music to fit the video clip. I added the music in the "music" session and have shortened the music by dragging the end of the music clip by the two small red arrows to the right to fit the video's end. In adobe's preview everything seems to match and seems fine. However, when I export the file to mp4 and view it in QuickTime, the music isn't matched anymore. More specific, when the video is getting to it's end, the music isn't matched and instead of having the nice music ending that I have in the preview in Adobe, I get the music suddlenly just abruptly cut as the video ends. It's like the mix that Adobe has done hasn't been added to the export, so the original music is just cut off when the video ends.Does anyone have any idea of what I can do? Here are m

are there a storyboard in premiere elementys in quick editering mode?

I'm making a story (multiple projects or "chapter" as I call them.) from a sim game and have to use a separate hard drive (USB) to store the Audio/Video files used due to computer HD space limitations. When I open up each project, I have to wait a very long time for the project assets to load and even then, I still get playback hesitation when I play the project, almost as if the assets have to still be loaded. Is there a suggested location to store project assets so this doesn't happen?

I have successfully downloaded the set-up .exe from "my products" in my adobe account. Right after I run the .exe for the installation i get this error before I even get the chance to log in with my username and password. Is there anybody else who has dealth with this?

Hi - I am trying to install Premiere Elements trial version downloaded from their site. The installer opens and after a few seconds freezes at a window saying only "Installation Options". (see attached screenshot).  The window is blank and no options are listed. The install is frozen there and all I can do is close the window and end installation. There is no error message at all.My PC more than meets system requirements as far as I can tell.  Here's some info:Windows 11 version 10.0.22621 build 22621CPU = AMD Ryzen 7 5700RAM = 16GBVid card = Geforce RTX 3060 12GB video RAMHard drive = WD Blue nVME 1TBI'd like to purchase the bundle of Premiere Elements and Photoshop elements that's on sale till 6/25/23.  Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
