Premiere Rush

The Adobe Premiere Rush video editing app is having an unnecessary amount of storage used (17 GB). I want to clear it so I don't run out of space on my device.

I normally use Rush web version to edit quicker, I on and off go back de re-edit old files, I've been trying to localte files which I worked on this year and I'm getting the film icon as their preview and the cloud icon next to the name instead of the computer icon, meaning to me that they all synced somewhere, but can seam to find them.  Have I lost my files?, if no, who could i recover them? it's more than a 100 files and multiple copies have been created but I can´t seem to acces any of them. Please help 😞  

Premier Rush keeps telling me to subscribe when I want to export a video. I have a subscription but if I try to buy another subscription through the app, it just gets stuck with the spinning blue disk. What's going on?

can the team add the possibility to add copy and paste color correction from one clip to another at least on ipads ?

Abilty to cut out video on clips in the middel of the video like the post says says I have 30 secs of dead air i can only edit videos end to end no way to cut content from the middle of a clip

How do you free up hard drive space that has been occupied through video editing and uploading to youtube?

I'm just trying to find where my Rush assets are stored. I see there's a preference for where to import assets to, but the indicated folder is empty. I have a project where I seem to have lost the original, but it does show up under "project assets" within the app and I can watch the whole video, so I know it exists somewhere, and I'd like to find it so that I can copy it to a backup location, but I don't see any way to locate the file or "show in finder" or even any way to export that asset to my drive. I imagine that Adobe wants to discourage people from messing with the location of files that are being referenced in the app, but I have 2 issues: 1) I need to replace the original that had been deleted (I hope to just copy that asset), and 2) If assets are stored in my Creative Cloud, then this one is taking up an enormous amount of space, and I'd like to get it off of there. I've read that Rush stores things locally nowadays, and that would be great. But I don't find any evidence of

Hey, I'm not able to work on my projects because the app is super slow and it keeps crashing. I tried to take screenshot when "The app is not responding" error appears but I'm not and to do it.

Could we please get a way to change the interface background color from black? I use a lot of dark toned images and video and I have a difficult time finding the edges of my frame given both the in-frame default color and the entire interface color are black. 

Hi all, I've been using Premiere Rush on my iPhone for more than a year now without this issue, but recently the app is not saving my subscription. I'm logged in with my Gmail account and I have a $4.99 monthly plan. Recently, I keep having to click 'Restore Purchase' every time I open the app. And now when I click that I just keep getting a spinning loading circle or I get a message that says 'Restore failed, please sign in with subscribed account.' I am!! Is this happening for anyone else??

Hi,I have a problem when I'm trying to export a video file in Premiere Rush - I'm getting the following error: This file requires the HEVC codec which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid plan, go to: www.adobe.com/go/video My OS is Windows 10 and I'm using Premiere Rush v2.6.I have different types of video files in my project, and I've noticed that the above error occurs only when I have MOV files (from iPhone 😎 in my project. I can play and edit these MOV files, but I get the error during export. On the other hand, projects containing MP4 files (from Android smartphone or a DJI drone) are exported without any issues. I've done MOV to MP4 conversion of my iPhone videos using VLC, but it did not help and the error persists. Any suggestions on the solution to this problem?

Hi, I would like a desinger to create me the motion graphics of a countdown timer for my fitness videos.We are testing to see if it will work. He has created a file that has a green background so I can remove it. I followed a help article on medium however I couldn't find the "Ultra Key Effect" See article:https://medium.com/@ben.kemp.alida/how-to-remove-green-screen-in-premiere-rush-a9c3d9202c3a I was wondering if anyone else knows if its possible to do this in Adobe Rush.See my attachement and an example of what I'm trying to achieve.Thank you! 

I created a video in Premiere Rush and used music ("Our Colors) which was available in the app. After some searching I found the following: The Rush soundtracks are completely free and royalty-free. Premiere offers royalty-free music but you need to license it. Okay, so HOW?  How do I license the track I used in Premiere Rush?  There is a handy dandy video tutorial for how to do this in Premiere PRO but nothing like this for Premiere Rush. I've been chatting with Adobe help for the last 30 minutes and the person keeps referring me to stock.adobe.com where I search and can't find the "Our Colors" audio to license. If anyone knows and can assist, I would be forever grateful.  Thank you!

It's really sad what happened to this app. I don't need a full on video editing app like Pro. It was just enough. Then the cloud was taken away. There's no way to sync your PC and mobile platforms.  This was a good one...

"A font that is required for this export has changed"  Any idea what this means, or how I can fix it? It has been happening more often. 

Please, dear God, can we integrate premier rush with the iOS, photos app share menu. This can't be impossible for Adobe because Acrobat integrates with every share menu on my phone and on my iPad. It can't be a video app, limitation because CapCut video leap and a couple of other others integrate with that share menu.When editing 30 or 40 social media posts per day, the speed bump of having to go through sub menus in Adobe Rush after screening for the best takes or quick trimming the best takes in the photos app is such an annoyance. also, it seems that Premier rush is designed by developers for traditional non-linear editing programs like premier itself because of the legacy project idea. Of course, as we added on the phones, we are creating projects, but projects in the case of mobile editing are nowhere near as monolithic as when I'm doing a full length video production. Yes, rush is faster than jumping over to my laptop or desktop and running things through premier pro, B

I'm loving Adobe Premiere Rush app on iOS. There's just one big hiccup that if, not included, is a game ended for me as an Editor:I can't figure out how to select multiple clips and move them. Am I missing something? If not, this is ridiculous.My hope is I'm doing something wrongAny ideas or help would be much appreciated!

Since getting a new phone (iPhone 16 pro max) I cannot add any videos or photos taken on the device into Rush. I have not changed any formats or anything, they are just standard images and videos taken on my phone. I get a 'unsupported media type' error. 

I've noticed if I create a project and use the stock audio (soundtracks, sound effects, loops, etc.) if I close the project and go back to it later, audio track is showing in red in my project timeline and the actual audio is missing / unlinked. This happens frequently and is quite frustrating. Any fix to this? Or just a glitch?

During the exporting around 20% to 30% all my work was lost. The file holds nothing. Nothing was shared or posted. Screenshot is when I tried reopening the file after the export fail.1) 2.10(1)2) IPad 18.3.23) I was exporting thats all that was going on4) I expected to have a video to upload. What I got was all my hard work lost. 

Hello everyone, Adobe Premiere Rush freezes and/or crashes on Windows 11. I have never had problems on Windows 10. As soon as the program tries to load the video preview thumbnails, it's over. I've already tried clearing the cache and disabling hardware acceleration. I have also tried running Rush in Windows compatibility mode, no improvement either. It's really great that I now have a new computer to be able to work more smoothly with the program, it's just stupid that the program no longer works. Premier Rush crashes on my brandnew Laptop running Windows 11 Pro when going to the "new projects" page. I have read in another thread that it might have something to do with the user name and have tried all the suggestions incl. deleting files in \Documents\Adobe and what not, but no success.Strange enough all other Creative Cloud apps are working just fine, except for Premiere Rush which is incredibly FRUSTRATING.Has anyone had a similar issue and/or any ideas to solve this?Crash report is also attached.
