Premiere Rush

Bonjour,J'ai acheté Rush Premium via Apple Store et renouvellé tous les ans depuis 3 ans.Malgré l'achat, je ne peux pas enregistrer ou exporter ou partager mes projets car on me demande d'acheter Rush. (voir les screens en PJ)Je n'ai pas accès aux fonctionnalités Premium non plus 😒Pouvez vous m'aider et me dire pourquoi ?Merci

(talking about when you have audio seperate from the video) The video clips are like, linked to the audio so when you shorten the length of or delete a clip, for example, your audio will also get cut or deleted. This makes it very irritating to edit the length of clips and it would be really great if it was made so you can edit video clips lengths without messing up your audio, or at the very least have "linking" your audio to video clips be an optional toggle (if such an option already exists and I am simply unaware of it, please let me know!)

I’m constantly getting the error “Unsupported media type. Media could not be imported” when trying to upload videos in the Adobe Rush app on my iPhone – and it’s extremely frustrating. I’ve already switched the Camera settings to “Most Compatible” and I’m recording videos in 720p at 30 fps, but the problem persists. Both iOS and the Adobe app are fully up to date, so it’s not a versioning issue either. Also, I find the usability of Adobe Rush on iPhone quite poor: for example, I can now only save files locally – there’s no longer an option to continue editing on the desktop version, which defeats the whole purpose of a cross-device workflow. What settings do I need to change to make video import actually work?And more importantly: Is there a better alternative mid-term – like Canva, for instance?

Why did the Adobe team remove the REVERSE VIDEO feature from Premier Rush?  Rush is a paid program and I was a frequent user of the video reversing feature.  Now I am left with no option for reversing since this feature was also removed from Express.Please bring it back.

in my video i have several clips.  the video overall is 2 hours.  I need to change the speed of each clip.  when I click on the clip and change the range speed to 200%, video play back is frozen on the first clip.  what is wrong.can someone walk me through this?I've watch multiple tutorials and can't figure this.

Can't download new videos it's saying not supported and want let me download my new content.

When creating a video in Rush, the only options for text appeared to be templatized overlays that I had to customize but couldn't simply ad basic text in as an overlay. Is this a limitation of the software?

Hi,I have recently started bringing my tablet to work remotely. I'm on Premiere Rush trying to create simple videos. Nothing too crazy. I wanted to export a frame to use as my video thumbnail however, premiere rush doesn't seem to have this feature. Would love to have a Frame export to PNG / JPEG feature on this mobile app. Thanks!

Ich arbeite mit Windows.Ich bekomme im Bearbeitungsmodus kein Vorschaubild mehr angezeigt.Das Seltsame ist, dass es am Anfang ging, ich habe ein Video bearbeitet und exportiert und als ich es danach wieder öffnen wolte, war das Vorschaubild weg.Mit einem neuen Projekt ging es dann wieder, bis ich es exportiert hatte, dann war es wieder so.Ich kann das gleiche Projekt dann nicht nochmal bearbeiten, weil ich kein Vorschaubild bekomme.Aktuell geht es gar nicht mehr, auch ein ganz neues Projekt kann ich momentan leider nicht schneiden. Ich habe im Forum schon gesehen, dass ich nicht die einzige mit diesem Problem bin.Gibt es da schon eine Lösung?Danke und GrüßeSilke

I think a quality control feature would be funny, where you could make something low quality or high quality, or change audio quality so you can make it sound like a computer or a 3DS

Salve, dopo aver elaborato il video e salvato mi compare tutto scuro, si sente solo l'audio. Come posso fare per recuperare il video?Grazie in anticipo 

Seems like a simple thing that couldve been kept in the features to allow sharing files between premier rush and pro. Why get rid of a useful feature?

Ik heb op mijn iPad Rush Première geïnstalleerd en over het algemeen een leuke ap om mee te werken, alleen loop ik tegen het volgende probleem aan. Ik heb op mijn iPad diverse apps staan die leuke intro's of outro's kunnen maken. Deze worden dan opgeslagen in mijn filmrol. Als ik deze dan wil binnenhalen krijg ik de volgende foutmelding, Media import error. Ik monteer ook in IMovie en hier is het geen enkel probleem. Volgende de Specs van adode rush is het mogelijk 4 videobestanden te importeren. Kan iemand mij helpen? Groetjes HenkIk heb geprobeerd de helpdesk van Adobe te bellen maar daar is alles Engelstalig, onbegrijpelijk slechte service.

Could you please add more export options like adjusting the bitrate of the video at least? Something similar to cap cut would be nice. I find the workflow in premiere rush way better than in cap cut but its really annoying that i have limited control over  the export options. I want to export at the highest Bitrate possible even if i compress the video from 4k 30fps to 1080p 30fps

I am facing a very strange issue when I am trying to create videos in Adobe Premiere Rush. After importing my videos into Rush for editing, I notice that the upon plugging in my headphone, the audio disappears and the video starts playing in a rushed manner. Now when I unplug the headphone, the audio starts playing fine through the computer. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Hi all. My soundtrack is not playing in Premiere Rush, however, the dialogue from my scenes are playing. I checked my settings and everything is turned on. Why is this happening?

When I export the video from Rush the audio is not there, if I add the video to Premier Pro it is also not there, but the audio bar shows there is audio. In Rush, the audio works fine. I have tried:Resetting RushUpdating my Nividia driverSetting my audio preferences within RushChecked for an update of the software (there is none)Placing the video in Premier Pro to see if the sound works there (it does not)Triple checked my headphones, and speakers work and the volume is on.  I have:Rush 2.10Windows 11 Help! I really do not want to have to put this video together all over again.  

Spent countless hours creating stop animation!  Meticulously spent time making sure all images were aligned.  Adjusting to music, so a bear I spent countless hours molding in photoshop to get as close to real as you could imagine.  Then Open project and missing files appear throughout.  DID NOT KNOW it was a KNOWN ISSUE!  FOR OVER 5 YEARS!  ADOBE HAS NO!!! DOs or DON'T DO instructions.  It has something to do with the way files are linked!   If you alter and replace it reverts back to previous iteration.  If previous iteration is moved or deleted file shows up missing.   It seems it would be an easy fix for ADOBE to get their act together on.   I've been through the current entire Disscussions related to the problem, and appears adobe administrators don't know whats going on.  They ask stupid questions like what file type, storage.  The images were produce in PHOTOSHOP their own problem.  It appears as a di

Many people use their iPads for animation, but run into problems with syncing sound in other applications. I think it would be a good improvement to allow drawing with an apple pen on top of each photo that a user imports into the app. Also it would also be a good feature if a user could import a video and have the option to take frames from that video (example, every 2 frames or every 4 frames) as images and be able to draw on top of them.

aktuell arbeite ich mit der App Captions um Untertitel/Captions in mein Video einzufügen. Das ist umständlich. In Premiere Pro ist es bereits möglich. Schön wäre es, wenn es auch über Premiere Rush möglich wäre genauso wie füge ich effekte und kann meine videos auf vedtimmten stellen zoomen

Why can't Adobe Rush open my iphone 16 videos?

I am working on the Rush app via PC desktop and I'm finally done and ready to export my project however now, for no reason whatsoever, when I click and pan over to "Share" to export the project to a video file I get the below message. I've never seen this message before or had a problem in the couple years I've been using this. Someone, anyone, please assist...
