Premiere Rush

Premiere Rush gets stuck loading the screen stating "loading ImporterQuicktime.prm". I have tried the apparent solution listed here, which did not work.https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/premiere-rush-stuck-on-loading-importerquicktime-prm/td-p/11704363In brief, it asked me to create a new user account on my PC, and load Rush there. This worked to the extent that I can open Rush in a different User profile, but it did not help me because none of my projects are accessible via that account (and I would not want to have to maintain and switch to a different use account just to access a single program.)Returning to my default User profile did not succeed in fixing the problem (as the original post from 2020 implies it would.)Please help: I would like a permanent fix to this problem, and adobe Rush is already so clunky and fraught with error. I would use Premiere Pro, but it's too beefy a program for my poor old laptop to run.Many thanks!

Please take odd overlays on video if any and all voice overs. I want original video. 

Please add captions, not just transcribing the audio but actual text presets. Just like for example capcut has it, please do this in premiere pro as well, we need actual more customisable captions that have different tracking styles and highlighting effect styles.  If you add this stuff for sure premiere pro and premiere rush will be the top tier video editors.  Please Add it, even just a small feature everyone wants this. 

Would be nice to be able to add with one click a boomerang effect. I.e. the video plays until end and from there plays backwards to the beginning; with an option how often to iterate in total, e.g. 2 or 5 times. Speed should also be adjustable

Does anyone know why the audio drops out when you edit on Rush? It will work for several seconds and then go silent unless you stop the playhead but after you start again, the same problem repeats. Is there a solution to this by any chance? Thanks very much everyone.

Hello! I hope someone can help me. Rush was working normally until my google acct asked me to delete data to free up space this morning. So, keep in mind I evidently may have deleted data from adobe in the process. Now, when I open Rush, I see the home screen menu, but no projects. There is a circle, but it is not spinning, it is frozen. And I discovered that if I hover the mouse over the black screen, the projects are there and clickable, I just can't see which one I am clicking on. I tried, (1) closing and reopening the app; (2) restarting the computer; (3) logging out of and back into the app; (3) logging out of and back into adobe creative cloud; (4) uninstalling and reinstalling adobe rush. No success. Thank you for any feedback.

Hi, I am having issues with premier rush on my iPad Pro. I am connected on WiFi that works on laptop and phone and I am able to pull up the cloud files i am working on, but premier rush keeps saying there is connection issue, I can go on YouTube and other apps just fine. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but cannot figure out why it's not working. I am even signed into my account too.  Does anyone know another workaround?

Since you took away our ability to sync projects across devices, how about allowing us to save our projects to a file so that can then copy them to other devices at least? You took away the one feature that really made Rush Useful. Now i just rather copy my videos to my laptop and use Final Cut Pro. Or GoPro Quik even. Way to ruin a good thing!

When you import a file,,, it does not use that file name as the clip name,, only "Sequence 01" Rush does not let you copy the text from the filename you are importing so you can paste it into the name of the clip.  You have to type it in.But it does not matter because when you hit "share" Rush does not use the name of the clip you set up in the first step. it goes back to untitled.  And you cannot copy the text from the clip title at the top of the screen so you could paste it into the filename.  You have to type it out AGAIN. What a piece of crap piece of software.  I am switching away from any Adobe product if I can.  Im learning Blackmagic Davinci Resolve.  Dont care if this is a "scaled down version" you should be able to name your damn files...

I'm use Premiere Rush Windows destop version. I've Core i9 vPro with 32GB Ram HP machine.I've buy license for one month for check this software.I deal with DJI 4K movies from drone, simple editing, cutting and add transitions between clips.When processing the second video composed of 6 cut videos, in the rendering output only the first of the 6 videos works "moves" the rest of the clips in the queue are frozen like a photo. Time runs and you can see the transitions but the video is frozen.I will add that all clips work in edit mode.I am very disappointed. Is there any way to do this?

Please add Urdu and Arabic languages support in Adobe Premiere Rush. I am working on assignment and it is so frustrating that the app doesn't support Urdu and Arabic languages.

All my edited footage looks like this now. I tried turning off hardware acceleration and it made no difference. And yes, I emptied the cache too.

Trying out premier rush for the first time and it is garbage.  Constant crashes with no error codes.  Tried to export a video and it tells me i need an HVEC codec which comes with creative cloud (which i have) then locks up.  Did adobe bother to finish this before they released it?!!!   Mod note: Title was changed to reflect the issue.

Hi everyone, So i've recently downloaded adobe premiere rush to create a video and it's adding a weird filter over every videos! I've tried deleting and redownloading the app but it won't work, anyone know what I can do ? Here's the issue: 

In the desktop app, when I click the blue plus sign to add Titles, Transition Graphics, or Overlays, I select the item (i.e. Basic Title 2-Line) I get the error: An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again. I have closed and re-opened Premiere Rush, and also signed out of my Adobe account and signed back in. Please help!

I use my phone a lot to take long length video. To take those files from my phone to the computer would take a long time. If I were to cut up the footage on my phone, get rid of the segments I don't need, and keep the remainder footage as separate files for each segment left over without having to render it into one long file to be cut again at precise, to the frame, in Premiere.   For example, if I edit a 6 minute long video to 45 seconds using 6 segments after the waste was cut, I'd like to take those 6 segments and render them as 6 separate files. Any chance of the team considering this as a feature?

When I'm editing vertikal videos the preview is very small and the editing area quite big. Can I change this?

今月に入って2回も、動画編集作業中のデータが失われました。　一回は作業中にメッセンジャーアプリでビデオ通話がかかってきて、切ってプレミアラッシュに戻ったら、消えていました。　二回目は、作業終わって書き出しの時に、キャンセルを押すと、普段は失われないのに、ジャンプカットしたデータが失われていました。　泣きそうです。時間を返してほしいです。(あと作業中にアプリが急に終了することも多いです)早急に直してほしいところです。 

I just recently started using Premiere Rush to handle some of my dash cam videos.  My first video was great, but I had to use a video converter app to change from MOV to MP4. I went back to edit the video and using the same file from the initial clip I added it to the original project and deleted the old clip.  This time however the video was sped up significantly making the sound weird.  I use this on android and was unable to make my videos play at a normal speed.  Tried a reinstall, and still nothing.  Multiple converters being used etc.I assume this has something to do with the FPS of the video, but I have no clue.

Hello,  I have made a video on Premiere Rush for Desktop (I do not use the mobile version). I successfully exported the video a couple times, but I went to make another change and I am getting all my media coming up with a red box with a ! in the middle. I don't think I have changed anything, but this is what my screen now looks like. All of these red boxes correspond to one image that is being moved across the screen with pan shifts and zooms. I also do not use sync. How can I get my media back? Thank you! 

I want it to be where I can make a folder because I want to send a editor my recordings but my videos are an hour long give or take so I was hoping that there was a way that I could send it to someone else because I have not been able to do that with the large data ps I am doing this on my phone so it is hard to move large data like this it is all about one to two gigabytes 

I would like to record my voice and use it as a background for pictures. Is this something I can do with Premiere? If so, where can I record my voice?Thank you.

Sería muy útil si pudieran agregar la función de importar archivos de fuente ttf/otf, como tienen otros editores del mercado, ya que al editar videos corporativos con texto, es muy importante respetar una fuente específica. Además, sería útil también una opción para exportar instantánea del vídeo como imágen, para poder usarla luego como portada del video en redes sociales. Espero que tengan en cuenta estas sugerencias para actualizaciones a futuro.
