Premiere Rush

I was super thrilled to see the update on August 5th, and I was hoping to see that an external microphone would be supported for voiceover.  No luck.  The app still freezes with any external microphone connected when you try to record.  THIS IS A BIG DEAL!!!  I'd be using Rush daily if you were able to use an external mic with the app.  Doing remote ADR recording in the field, or even foley recording would be possible, and the interface is perfect for it.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!  I originally posted this bug in October of last year.  This is really basic functionality, and it crushes me that it's not working.

Adobe Rush displays and exports video with Glitch in my phone Moto G54. Looking for reason to the problem and solution for this.

I am using Premiere Rush and need to know how to compltely delete a project. I have used (.... delete from all) however there remains an outline of the deleted prject on the main screen. How do I remove everything about a project leaving a clean screen?   Thanks  

Every time I try to add a video it takes a couple minutes to attempt to upload video and then just have nothing there

Hi, I just want to cut/crop a video in rounded/circle way to add over an image or another video. Very common way in react video where a face is talking over a video. There is a way to make it in adobe premiere ? 

Please make rush more similar to premiere pro or atleast bring some of premiere pro features to rush and I would be very glad for it thank you

The app then asks me to upgrade to a paid account. My account is already paid so as long as I am logged in it should not ask. 

You guys seriously cant do this on rush... this is such an overpriced app and you can even have multiple timelines to do video stacking or overlay.. this is reddiculous. I only got this program for audio editing to get exported properly and that is the only good thing about this app. Polish, inshot and other apps are much better..

I had no problem with loading picture and videos, but when comes to music, it never loads. I don't  have much music file on my phone and I don't know why it takes forever to load

I updated Adobe Rush to the latest version where I can see Pan & Zoom and Auto Reframe features have been added. However, these features seem disabled.Please suggest on how to use these features.

Does anybody know how to import your own audio into Premiere Rush mobile version for iOS? I can open the default audio, but I cannot choose to add any external audio from my library or from cloud. Of course, the audio rights are cleared on the material I want to import. Does anybody know how to do that on the mobile version. I would like to have an opportunity to do that completely on my phone when I'm out and away. On desktop I would use Premier pro. Cheers.

Any chance we could get the pan and zoom effect to work on videos too? 

Hi, I had rush installed on my computer and decided to do the update showing up on my adobe account; however my computer was extremely slow and seemed to be bugging so I had to cancel the update. I then tried to do the update again but kept on having the update stoping at the same pourcentage of download, so in the end i decided to desinstal rush in order to install it again; however, I'm now having problems with the images of my projects being shaky or disappearing altogether and leaving a black screen when I press play. The sound seems ok so far, but the images and graphics I'm adding are shaky or not appearing at all, or appearing and disappearing and it's difficult to add any effect at all while creating the video. Does anybody know what I can do about that to have rush go back to normal? I have tried desinstalling and reinstalling it quite a few times and it hasn't solved the issue. I even tried desinstalling it, restarting my computer and then reinstalling it with no su

I used Adobe Premiere Rush and spent more than an hour on a video. I exported the video, watched it, and then encountered a mistake. When I tried to find the project again, it was gone.   It seems that the software only exports mp4, but it cannot save projects in Adobe Premiere format. This is insanely disappointing; I don't understand how hard it could be to add a "Save as" and "Export" button separately. I can't believe  Adobe is finding new ways to disappoint me.    Mod note: The title was changed to reflect your problem.

Hey there. Just restarted using rush again. Im noticing the same thing happening that happened a while ago for me. My 1080 renders get washed out in the color space when exported while my 720 maintain its color space. current pipeline is recording video set to normal frame rate and standard recording at 1080, on my iphone 14 . I  color correct in google photos. I bring that into my rush project. I edit. That's all. Any ideas? Or settings I need to be aware of ?

I'm having trouble using voice over in my premiere rush app. It gives me the count down but then it freezer. After the countdown there's usually the red recording bar that's going through and playing the video but nothing happens. I'm  able to stop the recording and but nothing appears. im using an iPhone 14. All systems have been updated both phone and app. 

I am so upset that I just found out that this software doesn't support .jpg files. How can I get a refund? This is not what I was expecting from this software.

I put together a video, but when I try to export it the progress bar eventually stalls and sits there forever with no change. It doesn't matter which export settings I use. I've tried the highest and lowest quality and everything in between. My video is only 20 seconds long. How do I successfully render this?

Hello! I noticed that at times when I use the Thick and Thin title graphics for my projects, the Thin part of the text flickers after being exported to a video (clip attached). Could you, please, provide any ideas on how to address this? Thanks, Ruslan

I have used Premire Rush on my iPhone 11 Pro for a few weeks but now it won't work! Every time I open the app it closes. Sometimes the app will stay open for a few seconds but when I try to open a project it closes again! It is very frustrating that I can't finish my project. I have tried signing in and out of Premiere Rush, deleting the app, and updating it but nothing seems the fix the problem. Please help! 

We process our pictures in Lightroom and Photoshop. We recently did a timelapse then stitched the pictures together in Photoshop. The MP4 file was then imported into Premier Rush to add a title, music etc. We added in at the end a still which was the last frame in the original timelapse and it is a completely different colour. This happens with every still that we import into Rush - any thoughts? The stills are fine when viewed on the computer, uploaded from the desktop into Flickr or Instagram (when viewed through a browser).

I have been using Premiere Rush since June. And all along June and July it was working just fine and I loved it. However, since the last 3-4 days (August 1st till now), it just keeps crashing while I'm working on it on my iPhone 13. It happened once then I started again from scratch, happened again and again. 3 times already! And whenever I try to work on it again, it just keeps crashing, the same happens when I duplicate it and work on the duplicated file, it crashes too when I try to export it!! I visited this page, saw Mr.Monahan's suggestions and applied them all, updated the Premiere Rush itself, and my iPhone (iOS 17.6), signed out and then in, restarting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it, calling the customer service who were nice but didn't give any effective solution! And NOTHING WORKED OUT! Please help me out because I'm losing my mind!

Hey @Paul38778797m1eq, I read about your issue. Check the system requirements for your cell phone. If the device is not listed but Rush still functions, you might try exploring the settings that is shooting your footage. Avoid 8K and HDR formats. Try shooting simple H.264 files; you should have fewer problems exporting. Let us know if the idea works.   Thanks,Kevin
