We are happy to announce the release of Adobe Bridge Beta (14.1.0.236)   We're thrilled to announce the latest Beta release of Adobe Bridge! In this release, you'll find exciting new features such as:   Select the preferred Photoshop version   This feature allows the user to select the default Photoshop version, which would be launched for Photoshop-specific workflows (Place in, Tools menu) from Bridge.  If a user has multiple versions of Photoshop installed, they can select a specific version from Preferences > Applications to execute Tools/Place-in operations.    Note: These preference changes will not affect the Open and Open With operations. They will continue to be associated with the default file type associations (FTA).    Use 'AND' for Keywords filter   Users can now utilize the AND operation within the Keywords filter, revealing files containing all the selected keywords. To do so, the user needs to select the checkbox next to "And For Keywords" present at the bottom left of the keywords panel.  Unchecking the checkbox allows the user to revert to the existing behaviour.      We request you to install the build and provide your valuable feedback. While using Bridge, you may ecounter a few UI issues. Select "Access files" on the blue tile - this will take you to the folder organizer where your old files & folders live. Select the "Move all folders and files" option from the right corner. Select "Move for desktop" on the notification pop-up.   To move an individual file, hover over it and select "Move file," then select "Convert for desktop" on the notification.     Note: The files & folders will be moved and no longer available to open or edit in the old mobile app. Cross-platform editing has returned with the all-new version of Adobe Express mobile. Webpage conversion   Did your webpage not convert correctly to the new Adobe Express? Here are the steps to reconvert webpage files. Go to Your Stuff, then select & delete webpage files that didn't convert properly. Do not delete files in the [Originals] folder. Navigate to the [Originals] folder and select the original webpage file you want to reconvert. Select "Open converted file" from the "File already converted" message.   The reconverted files will be saved in the [Originals] folder. Can't find files after migration. Please contact Adobe Virtual Assistant so we can help you find your files. Consumer & SMB customers Business Admins via Admin Console   Organized folders are missing. To restore the old folder structure, visit https://new.express.adobe.com/restore-folders from a new browser. If files & folders have already been migrated, the 'Folders' hierarchy will remain as it was in the previous version.   Unable to download a video created in an older version of Adobe Express. Older videos, especially from Spark, are taking longer to download. Please do not refresh the webpage until the download is complete to ensure your videos download completely. Adobe Acrobat and Reader - April 2024 Updates Now Available!!   We are happy to announce that the latest Acrobat and Reader DC Continuous track (24.002.20687) is live now.   What's Included in the Update? The most recent Acrobat & Reader update brings you the following: Exciting new features. Essential bug fixes.   To begin enjoying these new features immediately, update your Acrobat by navigating to the Help menu, clicking "Check for updates," and following the on-screen instructions to complete the update process.   Here are some of the notable features introduced in this release:   Request e-signature after adding text. You can request e-signatures after adding text or using any fill-and-sign tool. Invite others to sign using quick tools. You can now invite others to sign your document using the quick tools in Acrobat.  Improved and intuitive comments pane  With this release, Acrobat brings intuitive graphics in the right comments pane to seamlessly guide you through the review workflow.  Edit images in Acrobat quickly. You can now easily edit images in your document using the edit image options in Acrobat.   For more exciting new features, see this article.   Bug Fixes: Installer The Adobe PDF printer does not appear, and an update to the latest Acrobat is not working. Printing Password protection is removed unexpectedly. We're happy to announce the Public release of Adobe Bridge 14.0.4   With the April'24 release, we provide performance fixes for operations like switching views and workspaces while multiple assets are selected. For details, see Fixed issues.    Note: As always, the update will be rolled out incrementally. Hi everyone, Today, we're introducing #Substance3DConnector, an open-source framework designed to make it easier to connect different 3D software tools and share data. Substance 3D Connector is our response to a common problem: moving data between various packages and platforms. We've designed it to streamline this process, improving efficiency and allowing creators to focus on their work instead of spending time importing and exporting data. We know you found Live Link extremely useful in the past, so we've been working on a more general and robust version of it. Thanks to your feedback, I'm excited to finally share this news with you all. Our first iteration will support SendTo workflows, followed by live connection workflows in the future. And you heard that right, we are open-sourcing this technology. We're encouraging developers, artists, and industry partners to get involved. 2024年3月に配信されたPremiere Pro2024（24.3）バージョンにおいて、 クリップの速度・デュレーションのリンク（鎖マーク）をクリックできないトラブルが確認されています。   ●確認されている症状 速度・デュレーションのリンク（鎖マーク）をクリックしても反応がない 鎖マークをクリックしても斜線が入らない 鎖マークをクリックしても斜線の解除ができない こちらの問題は、Premiere Pro2024（24.3）のクリップ速度・デュレーションダイアログのサイズ変更に伴うトラブルと確認されています。   ●現状の対応策 この問題は見た目上の問題のため、リンクの解除・リンクのし直しは可能となっております。 上記スクリーンショットの赤く囲われた箇所（鎖ボタン左側の　］　のあたり）をクリックすることで、ボタンは機能します。 クリックしても反応はありませんが、OKを押してダイアログを閉じてからもう一度速度・デュレーションダイアログを開くと反映されております。   本トラブルにつきまして、なるべく早く改善できるようチーム一同取り組んでおりますが、すでにこちらのトラブルでお困りの方におかれましては、上記の回避策で製品を引き続きご利用いただけましたら幸いです。またアップデートがありましたらお知らせいたします。

Email phishing is one of the most prominent ways bad actors use to impersonate organizations to steal sensitive information. In 2023, the global average cost of a data breach increased to $4.45 million.   International regulators are taking notice and enacting laws to prevent organizations from sending digital communications, including emails with links to end customers. Hong Kong, Malaysia & Philippines in Southeast Asia are already enforcing businesses to comply with these rules or face monetary consequences.  These laws can impact Acrobat Sign customers, who often send emails with links to collect signatures from end customers. One such use-case is within Human Resources (HR). When hiring a new employee, organizations need to get documents signed for payroll, NDA, and access different services.   In the current flow, once the HR admin sends the agreement for signature, this employee will receive an email like the one below:    The “Review and Sign” button above is a link that redirects the user to the eSign page, allowing them to fill-in additional information and sign electronically. However, since the email includes a link that redirects the user to a different interface, this experience is not allowed in Hong Kong, Malaysia, or the Philippines.     To solve this problem, Acrobat Sign has introduced a new solution called Linkless Notifications.  This new experience, as shown below, guides the user to an access code page. From there, the user can enter their email and a provided access code to review and sign the agreement - all without any clickable links.    Here are the details of the feature:  This feature can be configured by account or group administrators to explicitly send emails (generated from Acrobat Sign) without any links in them. ​ Once activated, whenever an agreement is sent for signature, the signer (or any other party in the agreement) will receive a notification email that includes an access code and instructions on how to use the code to access the agreement.​ The signer must navigate to a landing page, enter the access code. They will then be prompted with a list of actions they can take on the agreement. Clicking on any of the actions will take them to their respective step – as if they had clicked on the email link itself to begin with.     This intuitive user flow allows customers to remove clickable links from Acrobat Sign with a single setting change. No need for any custom workarounds, and it’s simple & secure. On top of this, Linkless Notifications also supports those customers who have embedded Acrobat Sign into their systems and are predominantly relying on APIs to construct their own emails for end users. Therefore, as part of the March 2024 release, API support for Linkless Notifications - enabling usage within a customized signer experience.     To sum up, combating email fraud and meeting country requirements for linkless notifications just got much easier with Acrobat Sign.
