I purchased the PDF Pack specifically to convert PDF files to word, excel etc. When I hit convert it sends me to the purchase site. When I follow the purchase process it tells me I am already registered. I'm very frustrated. I followed all the rules and there doesn't appear to be any help from Adobe.

just started Monday.  I've been converting doc to PDF the same way for years.  Now getting error message.   Any advice?

Hello,I have a 10-page document designed in InDesign with the final output being a high-res PDF. The client wants a unique survey code on the first page of the document. There will be approximately 1,500 surveys going out via mail and each one needs a unique code on the first page. How do I do this?Thanks,Kate

When I use cloud save option, the file keeps getting uploaded to the cloud from scratch every time I hit save in spite of how small the change I made (like comments, highlighting etc.). This is fine with smaller files, but when the file is larger, and I'm on mobile data, this is a big issue. Why can't they simply upload the small changes i made instead of uploading the whole file.

I have used Fill & Sign to fill in information on several documents lately and after I save the document the information entered, other than check marks and X's is not saved.  I can still see the information on the screen but if I print or close the file, the information is lost.  Any advice on what is going on?

This is not an arcane, custom font.  I'm surprised Adobe products don't recognize it automatically. How do I get Document Cloud to do so?  If it won't, do you have another product that will, and can I switch over?

Every document that I save in Adobe DC is instantly locked up in a secured status.The only way to access my documents is to enter a password.  I have never seennor created a password at any point when creating or saving a document.  Arepasswords automatically generated?  Do I only have 2 seconds to see it beforethe document is locked?  I have certainly never created a password for these documentsnor was I prompted to do so.  Can anyone answer my generic password questions so I canput this mystery to bed and work with this app? Chat personnel were completely useless on this issue.Thx

HiWe have a user that is currently overseas and keeps getting an error message:"FILL & SIGNYou do not have access to this service.  Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access or try to sign in with an Adobe ID".We've checked his license is provisioned and activated in the portal.  Can anyone let know why he is getting this error?Thank you

HiHope someone here can please assist. I have a PDF document and I would like to add "Initial Here" and "Sign Here" stamps to it, showing where people need to sign or initial.  When I go to the screen to do this, I am getting a message saying There has been a system error. Please try again later.   How can I resolve the error please?  I have been trying for weeks and haven't managed to use the stamp function yet.Would also like to be able to highlight and sticky notes, which I can't do at the moment.Examples belowThank you

What software do I need to add a clickable link to my PDF? I used a trial of Adobe Acrobat to do this in the past, but I'm wondering if there's an easier way to do this. The only thing I would need from Acrobat is the ability to add the clickable link to my PDF. Is there another way to do this? I have Illustrator and Photoshop.

When  I try to convert a pdf to Word using Export pdf, I am asked to subscribe. I already have a subscription.

Also, is there any way to transfer the file to the device? I've tried using the move file action but there is no option available. I checked my local files on both devices and found those that are in my Document Cloud aren't on my local device files list. I want the files on my devices and removed from Document Cloud. Can this be achieved?                            

Uploading files to Adobe's Document Cloud is a bit useless if they end up just as an unsorted list. Is there a way to organise the pdfs into folders for different projects for example? Otherwise I'm scrolling through a long alphabetically sorted list of PDFs to find the one I need..

Working for the government, I am not the owner or have access to the license rights; and therefore, I cannot access Adobe directly for assistance - so here I am.  Acrobat DC Portfolios - We switched from printing hard copies and saving into paper folders, to Acrobat DC Portfolios for document storage for our Sea-van Container booking team in the Transportation office. We are not utilizing for document storage in the final, but shuffling through the various processes to the end.  Working Sea-van container shipments, we have numerous steps of the process in the supply chain movement.  We create a folder on our desktop, save documents as either PDF or in the original email, so we can reply all from the email out of the portfolio. I am connected to the internet but in Adobe it says I am not and I can therefore not send a PDF to the cloud. I am doing this through Adobe, not a web browser, so to my knowledge it shouldn't be linked to a browser. I am using Adobe DC.
