I have Acrobat DC installed on my laptop, Galaxy 5 and Galaxy Tab S. The Fill and Sign option appears on both my phone and laptop, but does not appear on my Tablet.  The option appeared on my phone, but was originally directed to download from the app store when I clicked on Fill and Sign for the first time from the Adobe Acrobat menu.  On the Tablet, there is no Fill and Sign option on the menu, nor is Fill and Sign  showing available for download. Tablet android version 4.4.2..  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and am logged in on all three devices

Hello,I just bought the Adobe reader, so I can convert my PDF files into microsoft word. I have no problem converting or downloading them, but it changes the letters, commas, everything, so the text doesn't make sense. The text is in Spanish and I don't know if that has something to do with it since my computer is set up in English. Can someone help me?

Hi, My organization is looking for a solution that will allow for cloud preparation, signing and routing of documents on an android tablet. Adobe document cloud or creative cloud.A typical document routing would be, 1. Organisation uploads Document to adobe DC.2. Approver 1 Signs and forward to Approver 23. Approver 2 Signs and Forward to Approver 34. Approver 3 Signs and Forwards OrganisationOrganisation attaches additional documents and sends to another Set of Approvers who  go through the same process with the signed document1. Approver 1 Signs and forward to Approver 22. Approver 2 Signs End of Process.What is the typical cost of such a setup? Will it be sending automated emails to the next approver in line? Does each approver need a separate adobe DC?This is a small organisation that is looking at being more efficient with document routing and approval and ultimately eliminating the need for papers.Regards, Kombe.

As soon, as I realized I would not be able to get what I wanted I requested to cancel immediately. I received an email indicating I had turned off the product. Acrobat XI Professional does not open. Reader will not open PDF files.  Using Windows 7 Professional on Dell Reader does not open PDF Files.  I have uninstalled and re-installed twice.

I have Acrobat Pro DC as well as Reader 2015.007.    When I'm on a web page I cannot launch a pdf and I cannot convert the page to pdf using the menu icon.  Error message is:  Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\AcroTray.exe’

I'm taking a PDF form and the program correctly identifies the fields.  I'd like to sent all of the fillable fields to 10 pt (rather than various) and have all of them centered (rather than left).  I'm looking for a way to do this for the entire form rather than each field individually.  I've tried doing one field's properties and then setting that as the default.  Didn't work.  Also tried selecting all fields but it wouldn't let me adjust font size.  Or alignment.Any thoughts or suggestions?

When I try to convert a PDF to Excel I get "an error occured while trying to access the service".

Hi,I have a MacBook Pro and badly need an app or software to edit and save PDF's. Someone has sent me some PDF's to help me write some copy for an article but I need to be able to delete some paragraphs and logos whilst being able to insert my own text. I already have an Adobe Acrobat account and pay for an annual 'send now plus' plan.The confusing thing is that I appear to have an Adobe Cloud account which has the options listed below and will allow me to add the PDF to a folder but when I try to edit it I can't! Do I need to buy a separate plan to edit and save a PDF as new and, if so, why does the cloud account pictured below suggests I have this already? And if I do need to purchase a new plan, which one?! Have spent an hour trying to figure out how to contact UK customer services or have an online chat but just get led to this forum. Ridiculous that you can't appear to 'speak' to a member of staff when you may spend money on their services and are left at the mercy of a forum wher

Hi,I'm trying to convert a pdf to a Word DOC with editable text. Each page of the original pdf (OP) is an image of text. I have Adobe PDF Pack (APP).In APP, I chose Export PDF. In Select Files, I pick Choose files on My Computer and select the OP.In the Convert To pulldown, I see DOCX, DOC, PPTX, XLSX, RTF, JPG, TIFF, and PNG.Perusing the Using Adobe PDF Pack‌ help, I review section: Export PDF to Word/Excel, "To use OCR when you convert a PDF to Word, or Excel...".At this point, I do not have the "Convert PDF To Editable File" option.I checked my plan and saw the Upgrade to Pro option. I thought maybe an upgrade would help, so I did that.After the upgrade, I logged off then on. Still no joy.Please help.Chris

I recently downloaded Acrobat DC and a form that I had used before the upgrade always allowed me to easily drag and drop in an ink signature. Now that the form is opened in DC, the right hand column states, "You have opened a fillable PDF form. This form does not let you drag and drop saved information." Therefore, when I go to the FILL & SIGN option, it won't pull up options for adding an ink signature, only creating a Digital ID and using that. I want it to add the ink signature and I'm not sure what's wrong with the form. I've tried re-creating the form, but nothing helps. The form was originally created in InDesign CC. Any help would be appreciated. I did the acrobat DC fill and sign tutorial and that went fine, but my actual form won't work like the sample file form (Fill and sign forms anywhere | Adobe Acrobat DC tutorials). Thanks.
