I'm new to Adobe Acrobat XI. I tried to export a pdf to Word and found that the text produced was fuzzy. As if text on text.How do I troubleshoot that?

I make a PDF on my desk top computer, then go into AI to open it and it comes an error message that a certain font (arial of all things?) is not there? WTF? I believe the ADOBE whether Acrobat or AI gets the fonts from c:\windows/fonts. So what is up?

I am with the City of Los Angeles. I am very interested in implementing the cloud.acrobat.com service for document distribution. However, it is not recommended that I use just the free service that any customer can use. Our IT Security Division would prefer that we purchase some kind o service level agreement with Adobe before using the service. How do I proceed on this purchase?I know there is also something called an Enterprise ID. Is that the purchased service. If it is, how do I purchase this service.Thanks

I have Adobe Reader and have subscribed and paid to be able to create pdf but on 3.31. I could no longer create a pdf in spite of my subscribtion lasting until 4.10.??  And I can't get access to anyone at Adobe either (that option is not available under Reader)...   Anyone knows how to solve this?

I have a creative Cloud membership where I pay monthly. I received an email from Adobe saying that I should take "full advantage of my PDF Pack account".  But the "get started" link takes me to a page where it says to download Adobe Acrobat Pro. I already have Pro installed as part of my cloud membership.Am I really supposed to download Pro again? And is it really included in my cloud membership, or am I going to get charged extra? I'm surprised none of this info is explained anywhere.Thanks for your help,-mj lee

Friday, February 20, 2015 I contacted Adobe to purchase Acrobat Pro because I was in need of it right at that moment.  I spoke with the representative and purchased the product as a student for $126.  After I made the purchase I was told that I wouldn't be able to use the product until I sent in the verification information as a student.  I told the representative that I had a school tuition payment receipt that I could upload and he told me that was fine, but it would take at least 24-48 hours before I could use the product.  At that point I asked to cancel the order and was told by the representative that he could not do that and he would have to transfer me to the billing department.  I said okay and was on hold for approximately 35 minutes and I explained the situation the 2nd representative and was told that she was not the right person and she would transfer me to someone else.  I was on hold waiting for that person for about 20 minute and I had to g

I have found the Acrobat Pro is the worse programme I have ever encountered. It is so complexed and even when you follow the instructions it will not allow you to cancel my subscription. I am fed up and now I can't access anyone by phone because the number doesn't exist. This is my warning if someone does not contact me within 24hrs I will be notifying my bank to cancel my card with you.

I just paid almost $10 to create a pdf from a jpg file, but I did it so that I could edit it. Now I find out I needed a different Adobe package that would create the pdf AND let me edit it. What do I do now?
