Why do the images lost when converting PDF to Excel?

I want to use Export PDF and it only gives me the option of subscribing .... but I already have a subscription. I can't get past this point. I can't figure out what is going on. Any suggestions?

Today after opening a PDF, my active window bar (at the top) and the Acrobat menu bar wouldn't display. It's Acrobat 9.5.5. Instead of giving me the normal active window bar and menu bar, it would give a gray Acrobat buttons menu. Each time I get it back to normal via F9, it doesn't stay that way. It's extremely frustrating. I cannot find any preference setting to fix this back to normal for good. Please help. Thanks.

Hi,I bought from a German reseller  Adobe Acrobat Pro CC (1 year abo), got an invitation to creative cloud (which I accessed), and an email from the reseller telling me my codes (redemption code? or serial number?) were already on the Adobe-page. I don't find anything of this! I only got a vip-number. I now downloaded the trial-version, but of course I  would like the "final" thing. I know this is a question for the chat - but it was not available!

this is pretty basc, does anyone have a simple answer?

Hi, I received an update for my adobe x pro and I just clicked ok. since then my tools features are not working and I can't use the "tools" feature when I open a PDF file. I have to save it in order to use the "tool" features. It's is very time consuming.

I have been saving my inbox to an Adobe PDF file. For some reason it will not work now. It gets thru like 55% and than kills outlook.What am I doing wrong?Full Cloud user also.

Hi,I am system admn for my org and we are facings Issue in combining two excel files in Acrobat 10.1.13.The files are in local drive. We have no issues when combining two word files from the same location.

I need to be able to add merg fields into a pdf document, but I can't find a way to do this other than converting the pdf into a word document first.

My pdf file created by MP Navigator in version 1.3 (acrobat 4.x) is 650KB.It will not up load when trying to convert to Word. Can you advise?

I was previously a user of SendNow and signed up tonight for ADOBE SEND (the replacement for SendNow).ADOBE SEND seems much less convenient and far slower (a complaint), but that is not my "question", which is this:On the "My Account" Page, you say my renewal for next year's fee will be charged 9/10/15.But email confirming my sign-up said my next year's fee would be charged 12/10/15 (the correct renewal date)--a difference of THREE MONTHS! You need to get your act together!Please correct your records and advise/confirm.
