Please help me get started on the main page. I'm unable to see my select options to choose from the main page. It keeps giving me options to buy. I'm, trying to convert pdf's to word. I already have a paid subscription.

I am  no longer able to fill and sign form.  Has this happened to anyone else?

I installed the latest version of the Acrobat web browser extension on both Edge and Chrome, but the buttons keep loading without displaying any content.  I’m using my company’s enterprise account, but when I try to manage my account from:I can see the correct plan displayed:However, when I try to manage my account through the web browser extension, it does not recognize the correct plan, even though I’m logged in with my company account (the email address is the same corporate one in both cases):   

When I open a .pdf file that is stored inside of a SharePoint docuement library, add a page to said file, and save the changes, it is not overwriting the file. Instead, it is saving a new copy back to the SharePoint appended with a " 1". ("OriginalFileName.pdf is turning into "OriginalFileName 1.pdf") This is a functionality that we had approximately 2 weeks ago, but now it no longer works. The only workaround I have been able to find is using the desktop application, while disabling new Acrobat. Any suggestions are appreciated.

When you are reading a document in the acrobat.com browser-based reader with scroll pages enabled and reach the end of the page, the document will jump downward, so that the next page is at the top of the screen.  I suppose it's my subjective opinion, but I find this behavior very annoying. It makes it difficult to scroll through a document naturally. This is because I have to remember to read all the way to the end of the page before scrolling far enough to allow the next page to come into view. Otherwise, the last paragraph or so won't be visible because the reader moved the view so that the previous page is not visible and the top of the new page is positioned all the way at the top of the viewer.I don't think I've ever used any other word processor or document reader that does this. The desktop-based reader doesn't do it, but I don't always have access to it.  Is there an option to change this behavior, so that the document scrolls smoothly through pages?

Hello Adobe Support,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat. When I open a PDF file, instead of displaying the content, Acrobat shows a blank grey screen/overlay.

I am trying to combine multiple pdf files into 1 file.  I keep getting this error -"page extraction is not allowed in the source pdf documents"How do I fix this please?

For the past week when I go to download a file and rename it before I download it it downloads blank.  How can I fix  this? 

Let me preface this by saying I'm just learning out to create web forms. My question is: how do I know if one's been filled out? Is notification automatic, or do I need to set that up? Any assistance would be MUCH appreciated!

Hi! We have Adobe acrobat profesional at the company, but the one using it is no longer an employee. We still pay the bills for it and we now want to download it to a new computer. How do we make that happen?We also want to change our VAT number on the bills for us and change the e-mail adress where we receive the bills. How do we do that?

Hi,  I want to save a signature so that when I open adobe next time I only have to select the signature or initials. but saving doesn't work anymore. I already tried the option to click on the save button. This works in Adobe Acrobat but not Adobe Acrobat Online. Is there a solution for this

When I try and convert a pdf to word all I get is referred to Adobe pricing options when I already have a subscription

I was sending signature requests in Adobe Sign - Send in bulk and it keeps getting stuck in the processing loop. The circle just keeps spinning and never finishes. I tried to sign out and in a couple times, but nothing. I've also cleared browser, cache, signed in in a different computer and keeps happening.  I have to send out 600 and was able to send out 150.  I have Adobe Pro and it states the transacation limits are unlimited.  Please help. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html

I work for a small office that had thousands of folders, word documents, and PDFs vanish from the Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud overnight. This all occurred on August 1st and 6+ hours with the abomination that is Adobe's customer service has yielded no help or solutions.We have tried just about everything, including downloading older versions of adobe, but all the contents in all of our folders have vanished with no trace of them existing anywhere. I was wondering if anyone has ever had such an issue or could help provide any potential solutions. Thank you.

I have purchased an annual subscription to convert PDF to word.  I am currently trying to convert a PDF document to Word.  It uploaded but  it has been trying to convert for an hour!  I stopped it a few times and tried again, but it is still trying to convert.. could this be to do with a weak Wifi signal? I am using my lap top computer.u

I'm trying to split pdfs into separate pages using the supposedly "free" adobe acrobat pdf splitter tool. I was able to do it with one file, which required me to log in. I used to have an Adobe subscription but no longer do because it was a waste of a LOT of money & I never really learned much with the different programs. Every help thing or search engine thing I find claims the splitter tool is free for use in a browser. But after I did the first one, every time I try to do the next one it tries to make me sign up for a subscription & doesn't let me get to the actual tool to split the document. Adobe is simply not worth the money for me as I am not really a designer & as far as I know they started doing a lot of unethical things that screw over their customers/creatives. Just trying to use the free version of Canva for the moment. What am I missing? Adobe's own help articles claim that the splitter is free to use. Hi, I have sent paperwork to one of our cohorts for them to sign but none of the learners recieved emails from Adobe, they have checked in their Junk and their Spam folders but they weren't in there.  They all work for the same company and have the same domain name, we do however have learners from the same company who have recieved these.  I have spoken to their IT department and they have said the following.  Adobesign isn't seeming to follow standard email security practices, and with the referenced rejected email this shows that they are not honouring their own email verification methods.  This means that the mails sent in to LCC are failing the DMARC checks as seen, however this isn't something that we would simply allow as a bypassed security measure due to the nature of the content which can come in via adobesign.  As an organisation, we are subject almost daily to phishing and scam messages which often use methods such as AdobeSign,

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro.  When trying to combine 1,000+ files, it only will do 335 files.  the size of the 1,000+ files is 756MB.  The size of the combined file is only 74.1MB.  I've been able to combine large numbers of files in the past but there seems to be some sort of limit now?
