My adobe keeps shutting down shortly after I open it. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be, and how I can resolve this issue?

I’m trying to enable Microsoft Defender for Cloud session policies for the acrobat.adobe.com web app. (as per here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-cloud-apps/session-policy-aad). Session policies will provide functionality to control document upload and download from the acrobat.adobe.com web app. With Microsoft Defender for Cloud session policies, the web app must be onboarded to Defender for Cloud for conditional access control. This would then automatically redirect the application through the MCAS proxy, when SAML authentication is completed. For example:Go to acrobat.adobe.com and sign-inSAML sign-in will redirect to the Microsoft sign-in page where the user can sign in with Azure credentials.After successful authentication, the application is redirected to https://auth.services.adobe.com.mcas.ms/ and then to acrobat.adobe.com.mcas.ms.Microsoft Defender for Cloud session policies would then be applied through the mcas.ms proxy. In the past couple weeks, whenever I open a PDF document, it is frozen. I cannot scroll or edit, etc. I don't have a blocker on that I am aware of. This only happens on PDFs.
Hi. I saved a pdf on Cloud pdf a few hours ago, and now want to save it again with the changes I've made. However, I keep getting a small window that says "A document is being processed by an Adobe online service. Try again later." Can someone please tell me how (and if) I can save this updated file? I've been trying for 2 hours. I'm not a techie at all, so if you can please explain it in simple terms. Thank you in advance.

Hi All, I have been using Adobe Acrobat Sign to request sigantures form multiple recipients for many months. The emails of the recipients are saved by default into my platform, so I no longern eed to type each one out. For some reason, the most recent document I sent keeps bouncing back from a number of the recipients and I am getting an 'undeliverable' alert (as the sender) saying the document could not be delivered to the recipient. Is this likeley to be an issue with the recipients emails or Adobe?
I'm currently working on an e-template to use as a form, for our clients that is supposed to allow them to select the quantity of the item and calculate the pricing. The formula works, it does the multiplication but it doesn't show the total as a dollar amount just as a decimal point. The way the amount is supposed to be displayed is as currency and I've tried a lot of different things to try to get it to work but nothing does. Only twice have I had the amount actually come up in the form of currency and then not again after that. I have it set to show as a currency and once it is sent externally, no dollar sign.Any advice will help.
I am hoping someone can help me with this problem. We have a 500+ page document that we publish every year and post online as well. This also gets submitted for an annual award, but the reviewers keep gigging us on the page numbering. I know how to number the pages within Acrobat (both the document and the navigation panel) and do that so that they match the page numbers for what will ultimately be the printed book, ie: covers have no number, TOC is Roman numbers and then the actual meat of the document starts with page 1. However, when the reviewers or others open it in a web browser, the pages in the navigation panel are just 1 - whatever, starting with the cover as page 1. Is there a way to fix this so that when they open it in a web browser, the page numbers will be the same as the TOC and what will be the printed book? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I have an adobe subscription. Have used it for a few years storing and acessing many files. In July we started having issues. First it was not being able to upload documents to files. Now content is gone in all folders. Spent hours and hours on the phone seeking help with no resolve. Now the content in the files has disappeared. I am being told it can not be retrieved. How does cloud storage just evaporate?
I had to compress 4 PDF files in my computer files to submit them with 2 government affadavits. Somehow I was able to copy them from Adobe to my files but they somehow converted to html format, gov't can't accept this format. How can I copy or move them from Adobe in PDF format. I somehow downloaded and installed Adobe DC as a purported upgrade to the existent Acrobat Reader installed in my laptop.The DC app has been a disaster for me in terms of generating extra work and convoluted navigation.Also, I do NOT trust nor want a cloud-based app due to profound, and hard-learned, concerns about privacy and security, plus occasional loss of online connectivity and access, which exigency can make me SOL in terms of using such an external cloud-based app.Questions:[1] How can I save a downloaded and opened PDF file directly into my laptop, versus saving file in the cloud and then copying into laptop folder? That multi-step process inside DC is a frustrating PITA, as Adobe Acrobat Reader had been sufficient for my purposes. [2] Alternately, can I delete DC and install current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is fine and more user-friendly for my needs, and much, much more secure?Many thanks in advance for readers' attention and timely advisement & assistance.
I created a webform that requires a signature and I created a shareable link and QR link to distribute publicly. Upon signing the form, it reaches my Adobe Sign account and is shown as completed. As the author, I get an email from Acrobat that the form has been signed.Is there a way for the completed and signed form to be sent to a distribution list and not just me? Thank you,Tim

Hello When I send out a fillable pdf some of the boxes the text runs over so a scroll bar appears when you click into the box. However many of the recipients don't notice there is extra text as the scroll bar doesn't appear automatically, it appears when you click into the box. Is there any way of making the scroll bars appear automatically so recipients are alerted to the fact that there is more text in the box? Thanks
Hi all, I've just signed up for the Team subscription (Last week), and we (all people listed in my team with a licence) are currently receiving the below error message whenever we attempt to create or send a document for E-signature via the Fill and Sign tool. We are receiving the error message for both the desktop and web versions.E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.Does anyone know if this is an issue from my end, or do I need to get in touch with Adobe? Thanks
I hope this makes sense, but when I fill out a form, and I have space to write/explain something, it keeps the information a straight line instead of coming down (like how it does in this box) so you can see where "it keeps the" and information is on another line? Well on the forms it keeps it in one line and so it doesn't show on the form. I keep pressing enter to make it go to another line but it wont. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Im having trouble sending anything through e-sign as it say my storge is full and i need to delete items. I have deleted a lot of items and the storge bar isnt going down. Im not sure what t do other than buy more storage, which i dont want to do. Can anyone help?
