Hello. I'm trying to create a fillable form in Acrobat, using Acrobat Sign to delineate where signatures are needed, etc. I can figure that much out. But after I create it I need to save it to my google drive. From there, I will pull down from the drive on a tablet to have customers complete and sign the form.  I don't need to 'send for signature'. I need to present it to a client on my tablet for signature.  Same form, different client every time. I can get as far as creating it. Sigh. Then any way that I try to save it just shows me an unfillable PDF when I go to retrieve it. Please help! THANKS! 

I've been unable to work as a company through the Adobe Acrobat website for three days now, as documents won't load and the tool buttons won't work. Support agents are just stalling and offering no solutions. I've tried everything, and the conclusion is that the problem is with Adobe's servers, but they don't want to take responsibility. As a community, do you know of any patch solution so we can work? Adobe won't respond. Thank you in advance.

There must be a new update, I cannot upload more than one page or Adobe will not let me confirm to add signatures?

User has adobe acrobat pro license.. When she zip multiple files to one pdf it won't open. Tried with different files and it does the same.. Adobe throws the following message (Attached) Removed/Reinstalled adobe acrobat completely w/o any luck.. Please let me know if you know how to fix this issue.

Hallo,  ich habe ein mp4 Video in mein PDF eingebettet welches leider nur einmal abgespielt wird. Sobald es aufhört oder ich zur Seite davor und dann wieder zum Video scrolle sieht man nur noch ein verzerrtes Standbild. Das Video sollte vorzugsweise ohne zusatz klick abgespielt werden sobald man auf die Seite kommt und dann erst durch klick nocheinmal angesehen werden können.  Ich weiss nicht mehr weiter, hoffe jemand hier kann helfen.Danke schon mal im Voraus

NOTE: This feature is already a part of the Chrome (browser) download process. When I click on the download button on the Adobe Acrobat Chrome Extension to save a PDF locally, the dialog box always opens up on the default save foder.I would like it to open the folder where I last saved a PDF using the extension. For eg:if I download a PDF file and navigate to D/data/folder1/ to save a file, the next time I click on download the folder that should open should be D/data/folder1 instead of the default folder. I need this as I have to read (and save)  a lot of PDFs and I store them in separate folders according to the topic. Having to navigate to the specific folder everytime I download a file is tiresome. Given that on most days the files I download at a given time generally belong to the same topic.

Hi,  As I try to market my business (via Mailchimp that doesn't allow attachments) I'm noticing when I add a link to a document, the receiver gets the whole ADOBE view instead of just seeing the document. I have the comments turned off, but the receiver still has the option to comment. Any thoughts or suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?  Thank you, Catherine

I cancelled a product I no longer used. I stopped using it a couple years ago. They love taking your money, and they love sending emails, but notice they NEVER send an email thanking you for another year's subscription when it might alert you to the fact they just jacked your bank account for another year on a product you're no longer using. But that's on me. Fine. So I managed to catch the charge within a day of it processing. I cancelled the product. I was promised a refund. Weeks went by. No refund. So I used the only method of communication that seems available, chat. Via chat I am promised this will be corrected. I will receive my refund in a few days. Weeks went by. No refund. So I went back to the chat. This time they said something about increasing the "priority" (how about just sending me the damn money?) of my case. Hi, I have received an Adobe Document Cloud file sent through email. I am using Gmail, and when I clicked into the attached file, this shows up: 'To read the document, please enter with the valid email credentials that this file was sent to.'  I tried to enter my Gmail address and password, it says 'Invalid credentials'. What should I do to read the file? Thanks!

There is an error when converting a 7,400 pages pdf fle to excel. How to convert the said file without errors?

I am sending populated fillable PDF's that for e-signature with Adobe Sign, but the documents are received as blank. HELP!!!

My supervisor needs to create Word documents with tracked changes, but convert the document using No  Markup to create a "clean" version. He does not want to create a separte Word document with changes accepted. The problem is that Adobe picks up the headings for deleted/moved text in tracked changes and includes them in the bookmark pane of the PDF, even when changes are hidden. Is there a way around this? 

How can I save a filled out PDF form to a flash drive to have printed?

I'm hoping to post fillable Adobe Acrobat forms on our website, but am wondering if those filling them out will have to also have Acrobat. Most if not all of them will only have Reader.

I have a PDF report that has a column of dates with the text formatted as DD/MM/YYYY for the Australian region. Last year up to Decemeber 2024 I was able successfully convert the PDF files to Excel using Acrobat and the Excel cells with a date were correctly interpreted as DD/MM/YYYY. I have started doing the conversion this year and the dates are being converted as if they are in MM/DD/YYYY formatted. I have tried this on multiple Windows 11 computers which have the correct region settings. I have use the Acrobat desktop app on Windows as well as Acrobat add-on for Microsoft Edge. I have been able to recreate the issue with a PDF I created myself. I have attached the PDF and the resulting Excel file. You will see the Excel file displays DD/MM/YYYY but when you click on the cell you see the value is MM/DD/YYYY. If you apply the General format, you see the date number value whihc reflect the USA date. Hope I fhave explained this well.
