Liebe Community, liebes Adobe-Team, wir wissen bereits, dass wir über die Lizenzübersicht alle von uns erworbenen Bilder (über 3.600, zum Teil auch von Fotolia) finden können und bei Bedarf einen  gesonderten Lizenznachweis über den Kundenservice anfordern können. Trotzdem würden wir gerne die Lizenzübersicht bei uns archivieren, um ggf. auch in ferner Zukunft stets zuverlässig darauf zugreifen zu können. Gibt es die Möglichkeit, die komplette Lizenzübersicht in vereinfachter Form herunterzuladen (bspw. als Excel-Datei) bzw. sie sich vom Kundenservice zusenden zu lassen? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe und herzliche Grüße,Barbara

I'm working on a movie that will be shown on Netflix, TV and in cinemas. Can I use music from Adobe Stock? If so, under what type of license?

Adobe, seriously, I'm getting so frustrated. I depend on Adobe Stock for work, and I'm fine with good-quality AI images. But there are more and more images flooding in now with ridiculous AI errors. Seriously ridiculous. You need to do a much better job managing your creators. Have some standards, for heaven's sake. We all know AI spits out a lot of ridiculous images compared to the truly usable ones, but it's each creator's job to use a critical eye and either fix or discard those images.  Would you like to tell me how this dog uses this dog house with that TINY opening? Not to mention that so many of the cat/dog images have weird issues with their snouts (weird shapes, missing/wonky teeth, etc.). And don't bother telling me that the target audience for this ad campaign (for a SHELTER) won't notice. They love dogs/animals, and they will notice.  And there's no option to report those images either.  I'm getting close to taking my monthly subscrip

Hi, We've moved our company headquarters. Where can I change my details so that the new address were on invoices?

Why do I get an advert or nag screen to upgrade my plan (for videos I don't need or want) Every. Single. Time. I. Downlaod. A. Thumbnail¡? It's absolutely infuriating. Adobe have ZERO respect for us as clients - they see us as cash generation bots to be abused and squeezed for more cash at every little tiny opportunity. To the point of making their already overpriced and buggy services close to unusable. How can I ensure someone at Adobe learns of my displeasure and annoyance at this? Their "help" system is s a master class in Dark UI/UX. Actually finding help or someone to complain to results in a loop of links and promises that lead nowhere and acheives nothing but frustration and anger. Mr Angry, SE England.

I pay almost $70.00 a month for access to these apps. Why is it that Adobe Stock is not offered with at least 1-3 assets with my current plan? This is just pure greed plain and simple. They did this a while back with Typekit, when you could only have a limited number of activated fonts. If this is the case I'd rather go back to purchasing the software out right. Adobe, do better.

Hi, I want to print the image on my products and resale but I am confused about the Extended License Plan cost.The 1 st screenshot show the price is RM140.98/ month or RM1691.76/ annual (From all plans and pricing page).The 2 nd screenshot show RM356, so this is per image cost or extended license plan? (image from Adobe Stock)Another question is how many images I can download daily with the extended license plan? more that 100 images or .........Thank you. 

I tried to used adobe Indesign on the 12th May, 2025, but I find out that my system is not compatiable with the software. I immediately cancel my subscription about the app. Not knowning much about the cancellation process. A mail was sent to me on that same 12th of May, 2025, confirming my cancellation. To my greatest subsprise was charge today for a service I did not use. Please kindly help me refund my money. How will Adobe still change me when a cancellation mail as being sent to me confirming the cancellation process. I have attached the screen of the may sent to me on the 12th May, 2025

Hi,I have a question. In 2017 we purchased a license for a graphic on Fotolia.pl, which was taken over by Adobe. The account has long since ceased to exist, but recently we received a reminder that we are using a photo without the permission. Is it possible to recover data from the Fotolia.pl account? Without it, we cannot prove that we are using the graphic legally. Thank you in advance for your help and information.

I've been on an Adobe Stock subscription for over a year, I have the maximum amount of credits yet I'm still having to pay full price to maintain all these credits; otherwise, I loose them all. Is there anything in place so that I can pay less per month which would keep all my credits ?  When you're at the maximum even if only a few credit per month at half the price that would be beneficial. 

La fonctionnalité Rechercher similaires qui permet de chercher des images similaires au fichier sélectionné, permettait autrefois de raffiner par "couleur". Ceci permettait de trouver des images comparables avec les mêmes tonalités, ombres et lumières, teintes similaires. Pourquoi cette fonctionnalité a disparu? Ça ne donne pas les mêmes résultats en utilisants la recherche filtrée par couleur hexadécimale, les résultats des images ne sont pas aussi bons que lorsque la recherche similaires offrait la fonctionnalité "couleur". Avez-vous d'autres façons d'y arriver?

Hello Adobe Community,I am reaching out to discuss an issue I've consistently encountered while using Adobe Stock's search functionality. When searching for specific images with clearly defined keywords, I often receive results that are completely unrelated to my search terms. A recent example of this occurred when I searched for "old fashioned cocktail transparent background." Instead of finding images of cocktails with a transparent background, I was presented with images of unrelated items like chairs, clocks, and red hats.This has not been a one-time issue but a recurring problem with various keywords where the search results include content that is entirely irrelevant. For instance, including very specific terms in my search does not seem to limit the results to the expected subjects.I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar issues and how they have addressed them. Our company would like to purchase a license for Stock Small (10 assets/month) just to test the benefits.If the feedback from the marketing department is positive, we plan to purchase the license for 750 assets/month,Then we would have 760 assets/month.Now two questions:1. which credits are used first? Those of the 10-asset license or those of the 750-asset license, or is it random?2. as far as I know, unused assets are added up to a maximum of 120 assets with the Small subscription, but not with the 750 subscription, right?In this combination (10 +750), are the unused credits of the “10-asset license” still added up?

I'm trying to find some good images of Native Americans for a historical type non fiction books. EVERY image that I find that will work has Editoral only and I can tell easily they are AI.  Is there some rule that all AI images must be listed as editioral.   When you click on the left for non editorial they are still showing up. Anyone have a clue. I talked to adobe help and they said all images can be used for commercial use and I know that is not true. If it's marked editorial you are not supposed to use them as commercial. Any tips ideas thanks Samantha

We're setting up a few chat bots for our website and would like to model them after "real" people, however, they'll be fictional people. I have been downloading my purchased content perfectly fine all week and then suddenly today a single jpg is taking over an hour to download. I have restarted my computerTried a different browserClear my cache and cookies Run a speed test (Internet is totally fine and behaving normally) This issue only appears to be on the Adobe Stock site for me. 

I used to be able to drag and drop a photo into the search bar and then select an option to search for photos with the same COLORS. That appears to be gone now. Is that option still accessible in a different place? Or is it just gone now?

Hallo zusammen Wenn ich bei Adobe Stock ein Abo abschliesse, bin ich dann gezwungen ein Jahr lang zu bezahlen? Ich wollte sieben kündigen und muss eine Strafe zahlen von 200€. I purchased a Photoshop template image to create a mockup of a magazine. Unfortunately, the magazine image within the psdt file is not the correct proportion to my magazine. I can't figure out how to revise all the layers of those the sizings. Any advice?
