I've downloaded an adobe stock image (File #:  222941660) and when opened in AI ithe gradients (shadows) are not translating correctly.  I've tried chamging raster settings and it does not reslove the issue.

Hello everyone,I have been selling my After Effects and MoGRT templates on Adobe Stock for quite some time. I’ve heard that Adobe Firefly is currently going through training processes. My question is: can the templates I’ve created in After Effects or Premiere Pro be used as part of Firefly’s training? And if so, would contributors like me receive compensation when our templates are used for this purpose?

Just saw a piece of clip art that stole one of my images! What do I do?

Hello, Yesterday I licensed an image by mistake file #446872762 and not sure if its possible to return it? I tried to find someway or automatic system to solve this issue but I couldn't.  Any suggestions?

I hope someone can help. I am interested in using some of these assets from a contributor but I believe they are ai generated but have not been tagged correctly?  1530805699 - food seems too perfect998635577 - halloween items1343816023 - this file there are three sides of the dice with number 5 the more I look at the portfolio the more I find that looks very Ai but isnt labeled as such. My client does not want ai assets to be used so it is quite frustrating.

Hi,What should we do in order to access audio with extended license please? Does an audio song need to be purchased separately or is there an other solution? Thanks in advance   (moderator detatched from unrelated thread)

Why would some of the photos/audio etc in my library be 'unlicensed'. These aren't previews, they are the full hi-res version. There aren't lots, over 50.As far as I am aware I have always clicked the 'licence option' and used my credits - I didn't think there was any other options (preview version or you buy a version) Is there a way of seeing the list of downloads that related to the credits I spent? And how could I have so many 'unlicenced' stockphotos?

I've edited an adobe music track preview into a video and am now trying to instruct my client on the purchasing process. They do not wish to enter into a subscription but purchase the standard rights as a one off payment. I beleive this can be done using a credit pack but after repeated phone calls and chat sessions with adobe, I still cannot work out how the process works. When I go to the music track on the Adobe stock webpage and hit the shopping cart icon all I get are two options to either join a monthly or yearly subscription, there seems to be no option to buy the track as a one off purchase or use any prepaid credits. Do you need to purchase credits for the option to become available? Even if I could work out how to do it, I can't seem to find any indication of how many credits a standard music license requires. It seems like a very strange way of selling anything?! Can anyone help explain the process please?Any help would be great. Thanks Paul  &nb

Recently, anytime I download a preview image for a vector file, it comes as an .ai format.  Mind you, it's a bitmap placed into an Illustrator document, but it's not sized to fit on the artboard, and it's over-pixelated. I'm not sure who would choose this option intentionally, but I would like to reset my settings to always download previews as JPGs, regardless of whether they are vectors or not.  Any ideas?

I have downloaded a free video from Adobe Stock and it plays fine as the file that was downloaded but Premiere Pro refuses to export my video I create using this particular video.I cannot find anywhere to inform Adobe, and the more I look it seems there is no customer support at all.Anyone else have this issue with some Adobe Stock Videos? This problem is specifically with AdobeStock_332160297 I know it's a free video, but if the free ones don't work, why would I ever pay for one, espeically knowing there is no one to escalate too if it fails to work properly? Please help.

Hello everyone,I'm trying to use the Adobe Stock Image Search API. I'm sending a POST request to /Rest/Media/1/Search/Files with similar_image (multipart file upload) and search_parameters[similar_image]=1.The request works (status 200, results returned), but the response header always shows x-search-type: uss instead of vss, and the results are always the same, not visually similar files. I also tried with postmann, same results. I also tried with similar_url, same problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem?Do I need special permissions on my API key to enable Visual Similarity Search (VSS)?Thanks!

Hello Adobe Community,I really need urgent help with my account. I had signed up for an Adobe trial, but I canceled it directly on the Adobe website before the billing date. Despite canceling in time, I was still charged. Here are the details of my situation:I canceled the trial via the Adobe website.Even after cancellation, I was charged for the subscription.I have not used the product or any of its services since the cancellation.I do not want the product or subscription.I need a full refund of the amount charged.I also want to make sure my account will not be billed again in the future.I already tried to use the virtual assistant in customer support, but it was not helpful at all and did not connect me with a real agent. At this point I feel desperate, because I did everything correctly and I’m still being charged.Could someone from the Adobe team please escalate this case and help me resolve it as soon as possible? I really need a written confirmation and refund.Thank you very much

I have subscribed and checked the adobe stock but couldn't use it for my needDidn't download or use it for anything I need to get a refund Is that possible ?

I have 8 credits from a credit pack that are expiring today. I licensed several images to use them, but realized the credits were being pulled from my Adobe Stock subscription bucket rather than the expiring credits. How do I use those 8 credits first? I don't see any settings anywhere. You would think it would follow a 'first in first out' system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was browsing Adobe and I want to use this font for a Photoshop project:  https://stock.adobe.com/images/super-cool-font-with-simple-layer-style-modern-brush-script-font-for-logotype-and-headline-design-funky-text-effect-with-cool-design-style/258898692?isa0=1&state=%7B%22ac%22%3A%22stock.adobe.com%22%7D But the descritpion doesn't tell me that it is a font file that I can add to my Photoshop library, like a .ttf file. The description refers the file types to be: AI/EPS and JPEG. Also the image calls it a "Font Effect" - not explicitly a font.  So the clues to are telling this is not exactly a downloadable font - would I be correct in that assumption? If this is something better used in Illustrator or some other Adobe product that wouldn't work for me, I'm only skilled in Photoshop. I do not want to waste $80, thanks!.

Cordialement, Elise Lagarde

I signed up for the Adobe Stock free trial and was charged the same day. I initially checked to see if I had a past subscription to Adobe Stock before starting the "trial," and I didn't have a previous one under the email I used. I am just looking for a refund since it hasn't been a full 24 hours that had it and canceled it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am facing a problem with Adobe Stock license images. I have a standard license in stock, and I was downloading regularly. But my problem is when I've one image of an asset downloaded from stock. Adobe, and recent past, I've seen that these license images are not found in your stock and have been removed from stock. So my problem is I'm using these images my multiple website pages, so someone claims it's my image,it strikes me as a copyright image, so what should I do, and what are the steps gonna take Adobe Stock?

How do I find out the scope of image rights for my Adobe Stock plan?
