Hello, as an artist uploading files for licensing, if I'm to delete a file how long does it take over I delete it for it to actually be removed from the site and no longer be searchable? Thank you
I think there's a bug with the display of saved favorites. As when you go to "My Libraries" and into the folders, there's a count for the (no. of images saved) but nothing displays. Everything is just blank, with the exception of 'downloads'. This is in Chrome Web browser - Version 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build) (64-bit)Same result in Firefox browser - 85.0 (64-bit)
Hello! I have a monthly abo for 10 stock items since beginng of this year. In January I use them all. But today there was no "recharge" to 10 stock items for February. The counter still shows 0. Isn't this automatically "recharged"? Something else to do? Thank you for your support.
This might sound like a dumb question, but what is my "Free Service"? I've had an account with Adobe for a while now, and I always go browse and download stock photos and templates. Somehow, I don't know how to access my service. When I click on the link, it takes me to the regular stock search page, which of course would be where I find stock... but not a "service" in my opinion. What exactly is considered a service?
Having a problem where I can't save to a CC Library from the website. I'm able to search, license and add to a Library directly from InDesign, but when searching via the website, I'm getting the error above (I blacked out the Library name). I've tried both Chrome and Safari, no luck. Wondering if this may be because I recently switched accounts? I tried deleting CoreSync because that was stuck for a while, seems fine now. The Library I'm trying to save to was created by exporting the one on my previous account and importing into the new one. I'm not sure how the mechanics between saving to a Library from the website work, I assumed it was behind the scenes web magic, but wondering if there's some preference confusion happening on my system with my old account, PS/AI/Indd all seem to working fine. Any other suggestions?
My Adobe Stock trail has finish in jan 25 , but i dont want to continue anymore , but it only show that i can update my payment only , where can i cancel it ? i didnt found any cancel plan button in it.
HelloI need to cancel my subscription with Adobe Stock. I cannot cancel it online as it reads: You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly. Nor have I been able to get ahold of customer service.Please help.
Sometimes photos are mistakenly added to a library twice. I have multiple libraries that show copies of the same image. I think this also can also happen when you move or copy photos between libraries while organizing. In any event-- it would be great to have a "remove duplicates" option to clean things up. Many of my libraries contain hundreds of items and this is difficult to do manually. Thanks for listening!
Hi,I have attempted many times over the past several days to search for images on Adobe Stock and when the page loads, first I see some images and everything seems normal. However, after about 30 seconds of loading time, my MacBook says that the page is not responding. I'm presented with the option to wait until it loads, and if I click that, my MacBook goes bonkers. All fans turn on and my poor laptop sounds like it took a Katana to its gut.PLEASE HELP P.S.I'm using a Chrome browser on my Mid 2014 MacBook Pro

Hello -I have been trying to get in contact with Adobe Sales/Support for the last week. I have filled out their contact form and called their "Contact Us" phone number and left messages 5 times (800-685-3524). I didn't know it would be so difficult to spend money with a company! Any suggestions on how I can reach them or get a response. This is getting quite frustrating. Note: I am interested in using their enterprise API in our application. Is there anyway to cancel my annual (paid monthly) subscription plan which i forgot to cancel and not pay the monthly fee?The annual plan was a part of the trial services and just started...My credit card doesn't have the necessary amount so the payment is stuck anyway...Can anyone please help?
Anyone else having the issue of having 0 student stock credits available? I tried going through my school's tech support but they were no help, and I'm not able to chat with an Abobe rep because they tell me I need to speak to my school's tech support! Gah so frustrating! I literally am not able to license anything-not even the free stock content. Help 😞

So I purchased Illustrator after calling and speaking with a representative about ability to make a logo from editing a stock photo or using certain layers from a stock photo to put on my business building and website. The person I spoke with said I would be able to do this by purchasing the proper license from the stock photo I wished to edit. She walked me though it step by step and even said the photo is then not available to others after my purchase and is mine. Come to find out that's not true at all. If I would have known this I wouldn't have wasted money on Illustrator. I called the representative to get clarification prior to my purchase to be sure and was completely mislead. There are other drawing/paint programs available that cost a fraction of the price. I went with Adobe because there was a specific logo stock photo in which I wanted to use a flower from. If you can't even use these logo photos as your own or license them to your business, what is the point in selling exte
Hello, I have access to Adobe's Creative Suite through my educational institution, but the campus license does not include Adobe Stock. I would like to purchase some stock licenses for Premiere Rush and I'm willing to pay for these out of pocket. Good afternoon Adobe Stock, I urgently need your assistance PLEASE. I've purchased a few stock images this morning for a client who supplied me with a list of images they liked. Without realizing it, one of the images was a Premium photo. Huge mistake! I can't afford that photo and have no need for such a hugely expensive image. I'm desperate! I have opened the Library panel in multiple applications and none give the option to search through Adobe Stock or even select it as a search option. Am I missing something? Using Mac OS Big Sur with all the most updated versions of CC apps.
Hallo,habe heute extreme Probleme mit Adobe Stock, die Downloads dauern ewig weil sie teilweise nur mit 10KB/s runtergeladen werden. Habe es an mehreren Rechnern probiert auch mit anderen Downloads die Nicht von Stock sind, sowie auch Video Stream am laufen um das Problem meinerseits auszuschließen. Hat noch wer solche Probleme?
