I licensed an image just now. When I download it, it's 1.46cm wide. Unuseably small. Does anyone know why this might be?

Can anybody tell me how to cancel Adobe Stock membership. I signed up for the 30 day trial which ends today. Have already been charged for my first month but I dont want it! Can find nowhere to cancel through my account. Nobody is available on live chat and no contact number available. This is an absolute joke!

I want to sell this calender on demand.For two or three months I need stock-photos for the background. Hello, I have read the licenses terms however I could not well understand which license I need in my case.I am developing a mobile app which I will sell on the mobile store and I need some images of people's portraits. These images will be used on the store page to explain what the app does, and in the app tutorial. The tutorial will be available in the app and it consists in a short video showing how to use the app by working on user selected images. The tutorial will feature some examples of the app usage and the results obtained using example images (the same photos I will use on the store page).Thank you in advance for any clarification.Best Regards.

Dear Sirs,In August 2018 I downloaded Adobe Stock to create a "Christening Tree" for my new Granddaughter's christening. I think I bit off more that I could chew as I am an OAP who has only ever used Windows and frankly I couldn't get my head around it and a bit like Kallum W only downloaded 1 image and then couldn't work out how to cancel it, nor find a way to find someone to speak to or text to help me.It was only when I looked at my Paypal account last month that I realised that I had already been charged £47.98 and cancelled my payment and then started getting warning notices from your accounts departments which I tried to reply to but was told that their "mailboxes were full, please try again later", which I tried to but never got through!I have now got my son to get me to this stage and hope that you can help me cancel my subscription and refund the money I have already been charged,Yours faithfully,Stephen

When my Adobe Stock Auto-Renewal starts, will I still have access to all the images I've accumulated over the year? eg: I have 40+ images to license (will that continue to grow with my auto-renew or will they expire?)

What can I use Adobe Stock for?  What about a calendar?  I am very confused what I can and cannot do with these items, especially the 3d objects.

Many of the files I download were made in Illustrator, but I want to use them in Photoshop. Adobe Stock automatically opens my downloaded files in Illustrator, causing me to have to close the file, quit program, and reopen the file in Photoshop. I can't find anything in preferences to change this.

The integration of Stock and Photoshop is much improved in the latest version, but there's one thing that's missing.I often download preview images to see if they'll work in my projects, but there have been a few times when I've forgotten to license stock images before exporting the final graphic. (Sometimes the watermark is hidden behind my other graphics.) I've gone back to license the images once I've noticed the problem, but I'll certainly miss one eventually, if I haven't already.Could you add a reminder in Photoshop to license any unlicensed stock images before exporting?

Usually, I go over my subscription allowance of 10 per month, not by many, usually up to 5. I used to be able to use the overage license feature, which means you can purchase extra images for a discounted rate of £2.39 (i think it is). This feature has stopped working. I can no longer purchase extra's above my subscription limit. The error messages blame my card details, which are saved on my account and during the purchase process it never gives me the option to use a different card. The bank says it's not even getting a request for payment. My subscription renews, as per normal (with the same card details) and I have 10 images to use again. Until they're gone, and I'm left with the same problem.  Apart form driving me mad, and leaving me in a precarious position with delivering client work. Chat support have no ideas (yes, I've cleared my cache and my cookies) and the phone number on the support page won't connect (it looks like a US number, I'm in the UK).I am about to recommen

I purchased an essential graphic order #ADB043767876 It is unusable since it has a permanent background. I would please like a refund. Additionally why do I have to post this to a public forum? Why can't I just write an email or open a chat? Seems ridiculous.

Called customer support, prerecorded message directed me to the support website. After SEVEN attempts initiating a support chat, each of which was abruptly disconnect while I was waiting for an agent, I recieve an email apologizing for the disconnection and directing me to the phone number, which directed me to the website, which directed me to the phone number.....Signed up to use the stock images, couldn’t download anything to my iPad so I cancelled my account. At least I thought I had — I must have left the window open at the second or third “are you sure you want to quit” page — and only realized it when I was charged for an additional month of the service I have literally never used. wasnt planning for it, so my account is overdrawn. This process has been incredibly frustrating (and maybe a little illegal?). Contacting my bank to issue refund and submit fraud claim — can someone from customer support please contact me please to resolve this

Why Adobe charged me £1 for 10 free stocks ? I joined 10 free stocks program, canceled it after 1 day but Adobe took £1 for nothing. I dont know what is going on. Can someone please tell my why ?

Hello! I've subscribed to adobe stock  free trial, and I intended giving it a try to use the photos as part of some graphic designs that will be used to accompany blog posts. If i cancel my account during the free trial, are the photos I used still covered under the standard license?

While this may seem a petty thing, i just was very angry about a vector image (AdobeStock_112205286) i just licensed and downloaded. The lines in this so called vector image are baked into pixel data and in the vectorised text there is an annoying typo.This is not what I expect from a company like Adobe. Please make some quality checks with the stock material you sell and implement a system to flag lemon content like this.Someone else had a experience like that?
