Hi There,It's seemingly impossible to get in contact with anybody at Adobe that can answer this question... help centre is useless.We manufacture personalised chocolates for B2B clients. The personalisastion is by means of a bespoke wrapper around the chocolates/chocolate bar/box.Some of our clients will be reselling the products, some will be giving them away. They will always be sold at least once; from us to our client/intermediary.We'd like to know if a standard Adobe Stock licence would cover us to use an image in a wrapper design for our clients, to be printed in numbers of around 100 units?An extended licence wouldnt be feasible for us to buy at those quantities, so its either a standard licence or we find another way to do it, we're not just trying to save money, this is 'make or break'.I have read the licencing terms and I just wanted to check as the image wouldnt make up the main value of the product and I think this is a bit of a grey area.Does the situation above breach the

It would be much easier for everyone (users and Adobe employees) if there was a way to quickly and easily report bad images in the stock.adobe.com search results. Currently the only way (as far as I know) to report bad images is to come to this forum and create a new post, which is a hassle, and doesn't facilitate very much quality-control. It would be much easier to remove bad photos before anyone (or anyone else) buys them if we were able to quickly report them.For example, check out this monstrosity. It looks fine at first, until you look at Michigan and the surrounding states. And there are multiple versions of it. It would be trivially easy to quickly remove images like these if you had an image-reporting system in place.Fortunately I didn't buy it yet, because I've seen this exact image on ThinkStock and Shutterstock too and knew to be careful.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Stock, didn't find it that useful. I couldn't figure out how to cancel it, then we had a bereavement and I forgot about it, so ended up paying a month's subscription inadvertantly - never mind, my fault.  I just came back to have another try at cancelling and I now have to pay an AUD $186.26 cancellation fee? I had no idea I was getting myself into an annual contract, or that there would be a penalty for cancelling! I would never have signed up!What on earth do I do?

I also had this issue where I can not cancel my 10 images a month. I was charged and would like to cancel and have the charge refunded, else I will be issuing a charge back.

This may be a stupid question.. but how do i know what the DPI of the images are?  I want to blow one up and I can't find the information anywhere.

Hello, while browsing I clicked by mistake on the button that licenses image AdobeStock_191159302. I think it is extremely easy to do this mistake, maybe you can have a prevention mechanism such as an alert? Thank you

I downloaded several AI Font effect and when open with Adobe Illustrator the fileis not layered --I can't get any of the letters. I believe I downloaded TONS of this artist items and none of them are layered and working. I can't use any of them. Can i get a credit back. Or maybe this artist need to check his/her items. If I do the adobe stock images trial and put images on my website, then decide to cancel later on can I still keep the images on my website legally? Any advice is appreciated.

I just went to download an image and it wants me to pick a monthly plan. I was just charged 9 days ago for my monthly plan. In fact I paid for a year already. Recently Adobe forced me to change over to Adobe Stock for teams. I didn't want to as I am the only one using the account, but they insisted it would be better. I had problems with them charging me double because they didn't delete my other stock subscription before "seamlessly" transferring me to the team account. Funny thing is I added myself to the team and it says I can't add anyone else without buying another license. What was the point of going to teams if I'm the only one on the team!!! I told them this wasn't a good idea for me.Anyway, now the the back story is out of the way. It wont let me download any images without picking a plan. Hi there,In relation to the above question, I'm interested to know the answer to the following:If 5 credits (costing €39.99) purchase you 1 Premium image, why does it cost €249.99 for a premium image when searching through the Adobe Stock Finder? Equally, €269.99 will give you 40 credits, to purchase 8 Premium images...Am I missing something?

In order for the client to use it do they have to purchase the images used separately or are they able to use them as I have the licence and I have produced the work for them?Many thanks Sarah

Ich habe ein AdobeStock Abo gekauft und habe beim Kauf nicht, beachtet, wie teuer es ist. Jetzt will ich es wieder kündigen, was ich aber nicht kann. Wenn ich es im Internet nach antworten auf dieses Problem suche, kommen Vorschläge, die mir zeigen, ich solle auf " Abo kündigen" drücken. Please help.  I accidentally downloaded FILE #: 203583737.  I thought it was part of my Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month Annual plan, paid monthly, but the download was $270.61... completely unaffordable for me, and completely accidental.  Please help me resolve this as quickly as possible!!
