I only need a handful of music assets for my you tube channel so why do I keep paying $30 a month for more music?
ich habe ein Fotolia Konto gehabt und kann dies jetzt nicht mehr migrieren. Der in anderen Beiträge bestehende Link existiert nicht mehr.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit dies nachträglich jetzt noch zu machen ?Hab hier aktuell Probleme mit Copytrack, die Lizenzdaten wollen. i'm trying to change my subscription from paying monthly to paying annually. i have the 10 assests a month plan. for the life of me i can't figure out how to simply change that in the account manager. the closest i've been able to get to doing this is going to "change your plan" under "manage plan" & attempt to change from adobe stock – 10 assets a month to adobe stock – 10 assets a month but with the "annual, prepaid" commitment selected. i keep getting this error message: Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry. i assume it's b/c i'm trying to change to the same plan i currently have (except the payment sub is different), but cannot say for sure since the error message is so vague. any help is greatly appreciated.

An offer for an Adobe Stock extension to the Creative Cloud Pro package appeared on my Adobe Stock account at a promotional price. I accepted the offer and paid for the upgraded package. Immediately afterward, without any prior notice or explanation, my Adobe Stock account was closed, along with 114 credits that I had previously purchased.I contacted Adobe via chat support to ask how it was possible that my Adobe Stock account had been closed and what had happened to the credits I had already paid for. The consultant responded by saying:“The upgrade process is essentially a plan change process. As mentioned earlier, I can help you purchase a new Adobe Stock plan.”No explanation was provided as to why my Adobe Stock account was closed or why my paid credits were removed. I am trying to understand how adobe stock works. It seems like it is subscription-based. However, I wonder if once a photo is purchased, it is purchased, we do not have to pay continuously?

When I started my adobe stock subscription probably 4-5 years or more ago, i started with 10 credits a month. i was using them too quickly, so i upped my plan to 25 credits a month. This past year has been slow, and i have not used 25 a month, so they collected into my account. I currenly have 242 credits stocked up THAT I PAID FOR (approximately $480 worth of credits). I contacted them to downgrade my plan back to the 10 credits a month until I need the 25 again, hopefully by the end of the year. I was told that if I downgrade my plan, i lose all of my credits THAT I PAID FOR. So basically, if I cancel, i lose the credits.... if i downgrade, i lose the credits. I only wanted to downgrade because I am payin $49.99 a month for something I am not using all of. This does not make any sense. I paid for the 242 credits stocked on my account. I should not lose them for NOT cancelling my account.
On November 28, before committing to a purchase, I spoke with a customer service representative to explain that I wanted to purchase a license as a gift for my son for Christmas (Case Number ADB-42804696-P4N6). They advised me that I could do this and that I would need to provide the invoice/confirmation to my son for him to switch the product to his account. Total cost to me at that time was 78.99CAD as it was on sale (total, with tax - $89.26). My son attempted to add the product to his account this week and was unable to. I contacted customer service again (Case Number ADB-43302342-H8X6), and this time, I was told that it was not possible to transfer the product, that I could be refunded and would have to repurchase the license. I asked if I would get the discounted price and was told I should be able to on the site. This seemed like a reasonable way to resolve the issue, so I accepted the refund. When I try to save an asset to my library, I get the following message. I can access the libraries, and downloads are saved there. However, I cannot save assets to download later. I have tried signing out and back in but that didn't help. adobe message.png
Hello everyone.I am currently paying for a Creative Cloud Pro plan, which includes Adobe Stock. When trying to access the website to download some textures, it does not recognize my subscription. I have tried multiple ways to access my subscription to adobe stock, even by accessing it through "my apps", yet it still does not recognize it. This is becoming increasingly frustrating that it is not recognizing that I am paying $479 for a subscription. Any help would be appreciated. Often, when I try to click between image types (usually "vectors" and photos"), the site will act like it's switching but then go back to the original image type. I've even clicked on "All" and then to a specific type to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's been happening for several months.

I have cleared my cache, I have tried two different computers, I have logged in and out of all devices on adobe.com, Creative Cloud. I have renamed libraries and created a new one. Nothing that I have saved today is showing. I show a stock session from 3 days ago, but there's no session saved from today. I have gone though previous threads and I cannot get anything to work. I don't know what else to do and would like to find what I've saved so I can make decisions on which to download.
I didn't intentionally subscribe to Adobe Stock and now I'm unable to manage the plan because of a failed payment (no enough credit). I want Adobe Stock canceled immediately without paying the past-due amount, I only want to keep my Creative Cloud pro subscription.

Das extrem unseriöse Inkasso-Unternehmen und sein Komplize CONCEPT PRODUCTION setzt Nutzer von Stockfotos massiv unter Druck und versucht unrechtmäßige Zahlungen zu erzwingen.Betroffen sind systematisch auch Nutzer von ADOBE STOCK wie ich, die korrekt für die Bildrechte bezahlt haben. COPYTRACK täuscht vor, im Namen von „Kunden“ zu handeln. Ein entsprechender Kundenauftrag kann nicht vorgelegt werden. Ich kann dafür Beweismaterial vorlegen, bei dem weder ADOBE noch der Fotodesigner benannt werden, sondern eine ominöse CONCEPT PRODUCTION in Frankreich (siehe Anlage).Da stellt sich natürlich die Frage, ob die mit zwielichtigen Methoden eingetriebenen Zahlungen tatsächlich den Kreativen zugute kommen. Ich fände es schade, wenn ADOBE bei diesem Treiben einfach wegschaut. Bitte werdet aktiv!PS: Bei Google einfach „copytrack“ eingeben reicht, um das Ausmaß des Skandals zu erkennen!
