Questions

My name is Awnica Browne. I am a Photographer in San Jose, CA. I am a small business that focuses on Brand Photography and Video. I have been a life long Adobe user. I was using your Premiere product to create a movie and used some Adobe Stock footage to complete the video. I was about to use my last credit and thought, this couldn’t be my last credit. I have been paying for Adobe Stock for 4 years, I should have an abundance of credits to download more videos and photos to complete my project. I thought due to not making my monthly payment yet that that was the cause of not allowing me to download more. I called Customer Service to confirm and to my utter shock, I was told that I lost all of my credits. I thought the Generative Ai of 1500 was the number of stock images that I had previously paid for and were sitting there waiting for me to use. That was not the case. I literally lost all of my unused credits, without an email letting me know that my year was about to be up and I would

I recently called Adobe to transfer my personal account to a business account so that a new employee could download the apps and have access to my stock photos. I asked multiple times if my 4500+ stock photos from the past 10 years would transfer to my new business account and was reassured multiple times that it would. It has been 2 weeks since and I have been on the phone with Adobe more times than I can count on two hands. They keep saying the issue was escalated and I would hear back in 24 hours and I never do. Meanwhile, I am being charged monthly for Adobe Stock and now lost access to over 4500 stock images that I use daily for work. This is costing me a lost of time and A LOT of money. I am not sure what else to do? I have logged back on and checked personal and business accounts in Adobe Stock and both show as empty except for the new purchases I have made over the past 2 weeks. I checked libraries and there are a few photos in there but no where close to the 4500 that I had.

Hi,I wanted to clarify the necessary license for a specific use case. I need a legally valid answer from an Adobe rep - not a community answer. I tried the email [e-mail removed] which is referenced on the license terms page https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms for further questions to experts but I get an error message that the email address doesn’t exist. Can anyone please give me an alternative email address which works and answers specific questions.Best regards!

There isn’t an option in the “create a post” to report an image. This photo asset ID 411314525 is a composite showing a location that DOES NOT EXIST, see the Snopes entry. If we had a “Report a problem” with the image at point of use, it would be much more efficient than spending time trying to figure out how to report this in a forum that may or may not be seen. I’ll see if I can copy and paste this post into some post that doesn’t really have a category.

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that was similar to a photo I had already uploaded (in my opinion). Is there still a chance my account will be reinstated? I filed an appeal one day after it was disabled. FYI, the stock photo I uploaded is non-AI.

Hello everyone, I'm a contributor on Adobe stock, I make Mogrt templates. I have a question regarding Adobe Firefly-generated images used inside MoGRT templates for Adobe Stock. In some templates, I would like to use images generated with Adobe Firefly, for example as background element that are part of the Mogrt template. My questions is, if  is it allowed to include Adobe Firefly-generated images inside Mogrt templates? I have an active Crative Cloud Pro subscription.I want to make sure everything follows Adobe licensing terms and Adobe Stock submission guidelines before publishing.Thank you for your help.Saso

Common issues that can affect the technical quality of an image include exposure problems, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts, and noise. I don't understand why it is being rejected due to these issues.

Hello everyone! I have a featured request to adobe team. I have some complaints about the Adobe Stock Contributor system. If someone files something wrong or breaks the rules in Adobe Stock Contributor, Adobe blocks the account directly without any warning and also does not have any system to withdraw any dollars in the account.I think Adobe Direct should give the contributor some time and opportunity by giving a warning instead of blocking the account. Because it takes a lot of time and effort for a contributor to create an account and build a huge portfolio. Adobe should keep this in mind. And even if the account is blocked, Adobe should have a system in place to withdraw the remaining money in the account.Thank you for attention to this matter.

This tight, long, slow panning down of a pubescent girl in a bikini, described as a "pretty young teenage girl" is crazy to have been accepted. The entire series is questionable.

Hello,I designed images of national flags on a background of geometric patterns like fabric texture, but I was surprised to find that the images were rejected on the grounds of “Intellectual Property Refusal” and “Non-compliant Image.”Please explain this to me and give me some advice.Thank you!

Recently, I have noticed a significant drop in my downloads on Adobe Stock. My portfolio mainly consists of AI-generated PNG images (isolated objects, transparent backgrounds, design elements, etc.).I am still uploading similar types of content regularly and following proper titles and keywords, but my downloads have decreased.I would like to understand:- Is this due to algorithm changes?- Has AI PNG content become too saturated?- What improvements can I make to increase downloads again?Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since my company set up my Adobe CC subscription earlier this year I've had this issue from the very beginning.    From time to time the message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every result has a blue button when you hover that says "Free with trial". When I click the download button, the filename has "preview" in the name and there are diagonal watermarks all over the image.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I already have a plan that my employer pays for. The app itself is telling me that I have unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. But, I can't download anything.   It seems like it is trying to get me to pay for something that my employer is already paying for.   I found these related posts, but none had a clear answer to my issue:   https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/adobe-stock-daily-lim

Hello everyone,I am having an issue where I cannot find the SFTP menu option on the Adobe Stock Contributor upload page.According to the official documentation, there should be a "Learn more" link right below the blue drag-and-drop circle to access the SFTP credentials. However, as you can see in my attached screenshots, this link is completely missing from my dashboard.I have already tried troubleshooting by logging into my account using different browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari), but the SFTP option remains hidden in all of them.Could someone please help me resolve this issue so I can upload my video files via SFTP? Is there a setting I need to enable or a new step I missed?Thank you in advance for your assistance!chrome Safari

Desde la semana pasada me aparece el "Error 503 first byte timeout" cuando quiero usar adobe stock, las demás apps funcionan bien. I downloaded this image (#1833245290) and when I went to open it, it said it could not find the linked .eps file. The file was esentially blank which was frustrating. I haven’t been able to find a way to report it and possibly get the credit back.

@Contributor1 This entire account appears to be AI generated JPGs pasted into AI files with no editing capabilities at all.I already reported more than 30+ accounts that are doing spamming ,i am curious about how adobe moderation team works that people are doing spamming by converting the jpg files to svg and eps and then upload them to adobe , adobe should take action that are doing spamming by showing them as vector but infact they are only rasted inside ai file Zubair photos, images, assets | Adobe StockMalik photos, images, assets | Adobe StockAteeq photos, images, assets | Adobe StockUzair photos, images, assets | Adobe Stockadstockvision photos, images, assets | Adobe StockMuhammad photos, images, assets | Adobe StockIjaz photos, images, assets | Adobe StockShah photos, images, assets | Adobe StockStock photos, royalty-free images, graphics, vectors & videos24 photos, images, assets | Adobe StockAnam photos, images, assets | Adobe StockMalik photos, images, assets | Adobe St
