Bonjour, j'ai créer un post d'une dizaine de pages avec des ressources graphiques et des images importés et lorsque j'ai voulu utiliser l'IA suite à cela toutes mes images et ressources graphiques ont étés remplacés par des images ia que j'ai générés il y a deux mois.Quand j'ouvre mon fichier mes images et ressources graphiques s'affichent et sont ensuite remplacés par des images IA que faire?  Je n'arrive pas à retourner à une version précédente et à récupérer mes images.

I just started having trouble with the media tab in Adobe Express. I clik on it, it goes from black to white and then nothing loads over on the right. It was working before. Online it says clear cache, etc. I do this, it does not help. I have done this on Chrome and Safari. I don't have any other browsers. I restarted the application several times, no change.  What is going on? only thing I did differently is I used a template but the template does not have any music. Also the bar below my video invites me to add music, but when I clik there, nothing happens.  Please help.

For some reason, I cannot create a post to share across my social pages. Do i need to duplicate my psot three times to share to my three platforms?

Hey guys! I've been having an issue with Express that I've never had before! I'm importing the PSDs with all the layers and arts approved by the client to quickly animate them. But when I import the PSD in layers it's changing the fonts and other configurations that completely changes the arts.  Doen anyone know why this is happening? I even imported the clients fonts into Express (it's not a native Adobe font - I believe that's where the problem may lay). Is there any way to fix this quickly? Thanks!

Both the app and the web version are saying the same thing. I am getting an error message saying that something went wrong I have re-started the program and even shut my computer down. Is the service down?

It is possible to plan an instagram post in adobe express that has another format than 1080x1080? It is now better to post in 4:5, but this is not possible?

I am posting to bring awareness to the community.On March 11th, 2024 - I signed up for a Free Trail for Adobe Express.On April 4th, 2024 - I received an email letting me know my subscription was about to renew and was instructed on how to cancel the Adobe Express subscription.Following the instructions in the email, I went to the Manage Plans page to cancel this subscription and there was no plan or button to cancel. Buttons are constantly going missing,now the media button vanished, Changes to software, LEAVE THE SOFTWARE ALONE, IT'S MAKING YOU MONEY, ISN'T IT?Please stop touching it. Your most recent update sucks. It's changed my routine of working, and removed a lot of valuable fonts and creative elements that I used religiously. Removing the fonts (Bellfort specifically) as killed my brand, and now i'm forced to "modernize" and "adapt" to this ugly mess of an update, especially on mobile. Nobody cares about your "all-in-one" goal that I can clearly see this app heading toward with the "new" video editor. There are a lot more user-friendly video editors than whatever you all cooked up. Cooking with twigs. Your company should have just stayed in their lane, or made separate, yet, compatible apps if that wasn't already a thing. This update is very non-user friendly, and that's why so many people didn't update; your company had to force it. It's ugly, a mess, slow, and doesn't even care to have any sort of an identity. I pray you all have a revert plan. One unhappy customer doesn't make a difference, but I know for a fact that there are more than just one of me.

Why do I only see a few recent files when I try to use Your Stuff as a source for video content?  There doesn't seem to be a "See All" option? Thanks 

Hola comunidad,Estoy teniendo un problema con Adobe Express y quería saber si a alguien más le está pasando o si hay alguna solución. Cuando entro a Inicio las  Plantillas de video algunas plantillas no cargan correctamente el intro (introducción del video). Queda la pantalla en blanco como queriendo cargar . Ya probé desde otro navegador y reiniciando, pero sigue igual. ¿A alguien más le pasa?¿Es un error temporal de la plataforma o hay algún paso que me esté faltando?

Olá, gostaria de saber se é possivel deixar as páginas lado a lado durante a edição no Adobe Express? Gostaria de fazer uma colagem onde uma imagem começa em uma página e termina na outra, porém se as páginas não estiverem lado a lado não tenho como deixar alinhado. Seria possível? 

I created a brand for our organization that I want to apply to various projects. The brand is now embedded with the project, and I can't "move" it.  When I "copy" it to other projects, it creates duplicates.  How can I remove the project label from this brand? (See "E" in pink box below) means the "SECD" brand is aligned with project "EAE". 

Originally upon using the built in scheduler I had no options posting to Instagram. However, with changing anything on my end, all of a sudden I am now receiving a variety of errors with most every Instagram attempt. All my other channels are posting properly but I have been having to post to our business Instagram account manually for months. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times already.  I worked properly for about a week and now I'm back to errors. Is anyone else having Instagram with Scheduler problems? Who do I contact to find a solution to this?

This is not a new version, it is completely different software. Please bring back Adobe Express as it was and release this new software as Adobe Social or something like that. I used Express as it was daily and this new software is nothing like it was.  I am sure I am not the only one, please bring Adobe Express back! Seriously, Scott
