Hi there, I am running Adobe Sign from a button on a Salesforce record after the doc merge in Conga Composer. Occassionally our signed contracts are returned without a signature block. I've been unable to recreate the situation, but there are several contracts that have been signed but they do not show the name and signature on the document. I'm trying to identify a cause or get some assistance with troubleshooting it. Obviously, it is embarrassing when we have to resend a contract to the client. The signature is returned like this, a bit is there but overall missing. The signature link is there and when clicked it takes you to the Adobe site and verifies that the transaction is valid. Salesforce is also recording the transaction as "Signed" and complete. When reported by the user, I ran the document again. But with a different result. No issue. I tested from a few records with no issues. Any ideas on what could cause this intermittent issue?&
I've created a form in Acrobat and added all the required fields. The document also contains the standard signature block. When the document is sent to the customer for signature, the signature block covers other text on the page which isn't acceptable. What can I do to ensure the signature block stays where I've placed it?If it's a size issue, what size is the standard signature block because I can't find this information anywhere! Hallo, ich nutze in Outlook das Addon "Adobe Acrobat Sign". Jetzt kommt beim anklicken von "More options " folgende Fehlermeldung: ERROR Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please restart application or try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer service. Wenn ich mich beim Addon neu anmelde geht es genau 1x dann kommt wieder diese Fehlermeldung. Hat jemand eine Lösung ? Gruß Daniel
i am increasingly confused by the ldv functionality. how does one ensure that internal documents are never sent to external signers, but internal copied individuals get notifiation that documents have been signed? my entity uses ldv for including an internal checklist and agreements, assigning internals to the checklist; internal and external to the agreement. settings were that signers get all documents assigned to them. but recently found out that externals are getting the internal checklist. so now have unchecked the all documents setting. now concerned about those copied not getting notificaitons that documents are available nor will they be able to download in order to save, while absolutely making sure that externals never see the internal checklist. thanks for any guidance.

My issue is that I need all the data within the grid containing subdomains from the website paloaltonetworks - (data containing NAME , CATEGORY, SUBCATEGORY, RISK, TECHNOLOGY). What I require is [Example: In line number 5: 2ch has 2 subdomains |_2ch-base and 2ch-posting. A FEW MONTHS AGO, I FILED TO RECEIVE A US PASSPORT. SOMETHING FLASHED ON THE SCREEN, AND BEFORE I COULD THINK IT OUT SOMEHOW, I SUBSCRIBED TO ACROBAT PRO FOR A YEAR. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS FOR. IT DID NOT HELP WITH THE PASSPORT BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH IT. NOW I AM SCREWED BECAUSE I NEED TO PAY FOR IT FOR 10 MORE MONTHS. IT IS USELESS GARBAGE FOR ME. I HAVE TRIED TO GET AN ANSWER FROM ACROBAT. BIG COMPANIES CAN SCREW THE CONSUMER. WHAT IS IT FOR????????????????????????
One of our users has just had a new PC. She's telling me that she used to have an Adobe Sign icon on the Microsoft Word ribbon. I'm assuming this was an Add-in, but I can't find any reference to Adobe Add-ins in Word. She has an Adobe Acrobat licence and is logged in. Any idea how I get this 'Adobe Sign' cion to appear in Word?

Hello. We use Adobe e-sign for candidates to sign offer letters and we would like to change the text that is displayed on the action button. Can someone please confirm there is a way for us to update the text in the "E-sign by Adobe Sign" action button to something different, for example: "Accept Offer/E-Sign". Thanks!
Adobe Sign --- Bulk SignBulk Sign is a wonderful option to send the same document for the signature up to 50 individuals in one go.The problem is once the individual person has signed the doc then the fine name for all the Doc are the same and it becomes difficult to save the same name file in one folder.For Eg. I have sent the file named:: Project signature to 50 individual people and once they sign, the file name for all signed documents remains the same i.e Project signature and that makes it difficult to save the file in the same folder.Is it possible that Bulk Sign can add the email ID of the signer to the end of the document??In the above example "Project Sign + Email ID of signer".This way all the signed file becomes unique and easy to save.

I am getting the following error when trying to generate a report: There were no Agreements selected by your report criteria. There is no "Agreements" section on the report form so I'm not sure where the select the agreements. I'm filtering by Group. If the "Default Group" is selected it generates a report without errors. If I select another group as the criteria I get the error message. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
I have changed my account e-mail adresse from private, to my work e-mail. Everywhere I check it says the new e-mail. But still when I send out documents for signing to clients, my old e-mail is part of the signing, and recives the notifications and signed documents. This becomes a legal problem for the company signing. Help, anyone??? I have even tried to log in to my old e-mail, but it says that there is no existing account on this e-mail..
Hello to all. Something very strange happens to me with the programme, when I access it a blank page appears. I have tried to access from another browser in case there is an error with Chrome and it still gives the same problem. I have also tried to access from another ip from the external network to the office and the same.This has been happening since yesterday, is there anyone who can help me? Hallo zusammen,wie signiere ich Dokumente selbstständig, digital und qualifiziert (hier mit Intesi)Ich habe kein Problem, Dokumente zum digitalen, qualifizierten Signieren zu versenden.Allerdings muss ich auch manchmal selber Dokumente digital unterzeichnen und mich dabei verifizieren.Damit meine ich nicht die Zertifikate, die ich mir selber anlege, sondern meine Verifzierung, die ich zusammen einem ext. Signaturanbieter ermöglichen kann?Hat da jemand eine Idee?VG

I am routedin a document to mutiple users that must sign in order. One signer is unable to see the document after loging in using an e-mail link. other signers are able to sign just fine.
I am using the SharePoint integration, and would like users to send a document for signature from one SharPoint site and the returned signed document to be saved in another SharePoint site in the same tenant. Is this possible? I could use PowerAutomate and create a flow to move new documents, but would prefer to set the destination folder in Signed Files Settings. In the folder picker, I am only seeing folders in the current site. Thank you.

Hi everyone, As my company is unsure of how secure Adobe Document Cloud is, they prefer to use their own internal server (bypassing Document Cloud) once the person has already requested for signature. Please help. I've used EchoSign a number of times with no problems. This time, however, the field with the boxes for my signature are grayed out. I can't put them on the document I'm trying to send. I can put a signature field for my client, but not for me. Do I have a setting wrong?
