Hi All, I'm evaluating Adobe sign for a future project and have created a template agreement that I want to send out and once completed there are 4 checkboxes that I want to get the value of however this is not coming back through a flow in microsoft power automate using the "Get form field data of agreement in JSON format" action. Hi allI used to be able to download a digital version for a document that was signed. I kept it in my client's secure files. With the new changes it seems that I cannot save a copy of the signed document anymore as it says I can only save a blank copy of the agreement. Having a digital copy for my files was one of the benefits of this electronic signature systems as I work paperless. Anybody has an idea on how to download and save a digital copy of a signed document? Thank you!Catherine
Hello, I save my e sign documents as portrait orientation and set up the fields accordingly. However, once the document is signed by other party, it is returned in landscape, but the fields stay in portrait. Therefore the inputted information is perpendicular and does not line up correctly on the document.
Pessoal, ao criar um formulário e habilitar os campos para cada assinante, preciso informar os e-mails, porém, gostaria de deixar o e-mail para ser informado no caso a caso, de forma que possa usar o formulário para vários assinantes distintos e mantendo sempre o mesmo padrão.Desta forma, cada assinante é identificado ao abrir o link do formulário, cabendo a ele as ações pré estabelecidas para sua posição dentre os assinates.Alguém sabe como resolver?

Não consigo fazer download em massa dos documentos já assinados e presentes no Adobe Sign. o Suporte informou que preciso baixar 300 mil documentos clicando "um a um". Da mesma forma que faziamos quando usavamos computador com processadores de 386 Mhz. Quando clico e mais de um documento, nao consigo baixar os selecionados ao mesmo tempo. Somente de "um em um"Porém possuo mais de 300 mil documentos assinados, o que torna ineficiente o processo de Download. A Adobe não pode dificultar a retirada de informações proprietárias do cliente, em sua plataforma. Hi Everyone, I have an issue with the adobe sign form I created. I filled out the data in the text fields, signed miself and then routed for signatures. However, the form displayes blank at the signature step, all of the entered information is gone, except my signature. I've attached a word document with screenshots to show you the visual. I'm quite new to all of this so I hope there is an easy fix. I'll appreciate it if anyone can help. Thanks.

i am trying to fit all of the content in my iframe to one enbedded i frame. even when i copy the iframe after i create the widget on the adobes page, it shows half the signature form with a scroll bar to the right. is there a way to shrink to fit in the iframe? when i inspect the element there are a lot of extra peices running inside the iframe, and i assume this is where it needs fixed.
Hi there So I have created a template and a workflow but when I go to add the document (which has been set up with various fields for participant 1,2 etc) it comes up with the following message. 'This document template has inconsistent access scope for this workflow. Please click edit scope to adjust the document scope to an appropriate level' (screen shot attached) I cannot see what is wrong with the document as it is set up exactly the same as other that are working and uploading fine. e.g 'resuable document' & 'anyone in organisation can use' Desparate for some help here as going round in circles and I'm sure I am missing something obvious! I'm not able to configure expiration deadlines for signatures on documents. For example, if 5 people need to sign and person number 3 has not signed within 48 hours, the signature should skip to the next person, in this case, number 4.

I have a question on the flow for carbon copying someone as part of the signature process. I have a document that needs to be signed by two people. I check the button that states it must be done in order. My question is if i have a group of people copied on that email, will they get notifications when each person signs, or only when the document is signed by both parties? I would like to streamline a process here, but i don't want to bog down staffs email with repetitive copies of a document that isn't considered Fully Executed until both parties sign.
Hello, I'm building a Power Automate using Adobe Sign. I have a document that requires 2 signatures. I've tried both ordering them as 1,2 and setting them both as 1. I set up a double wait until so that we get both signatures, but the final file output only show's the first signature, not both. I'm also strugglin on how to get the document to show the date of signature as well. If ya'll have any suggestions I'm all ears. Attached are a copy of the steps and the output:

Hi, I didn't check Password Protect box and it's still asking me for a password.How can I continue without password? Thank you.
I have tried several times to use Request E-Signature, either through my Acrobat App or by logging into my account online. Every time I get as far as 'Specify where to sign' and then I just sit and look a blue circle for ages. I have tried checking for updates, repairing the installation and even leaving the app running all evening waiting for it to specify where to sign but the only option is Ctrl Alt Delete and task manager to close the app. I have the Adobe for Enterprise Plan and so it should allow me to use this function. Please can I have some assistance to rectify this issue. Thank you in advance
I have subscribed to the Pro plan, but when I tested the e-signature feature, I noticed that the email title still contains [DEMO USE ONLY] and there is a watermark stating ‘SIGN TEST DOCUMENT’ in my agreement. Could you please advise on how to remove these, or let me know if there might be an issue with my account or plan?Thank you for your assistance.
After the July 15th update, there is no option to add a template to an esignature. Has anyone figured out a work around for this other than reverting back to the old version?
