Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas à changer la langue des messages automatiques crées par Adobe pour l'envoi des documents a signer.
não é possivel enviar novos contratos, pois você não possui transações suficientes disponíveis em sua conta.

I am new to Adobe e-sign. I just recently did an e-sign with sensitive info in the document to be signed. After the signer signed it, adobe sent an attached copy of the signed copy to my hotmail which I was really surprised because that means sensitive information was exposed to the internet without encryption. I didn't know that it was going to send me back an attached copy not like docu-sign which only send a link. Can someone tell me if there is an option that I can set for it to not send an attached file but instead send a link to the document, which I hope is secured by Adobe. Thank you.Steve
I can't seem to find how to drag and drop files to upload them to Adobe Sign in the new interface. I always switch back to Classic just to be able to drag and drop without having to navigate the file browser to find my file to upload. Is this true for everyone else? Frustrating oversight IMO.
I'm trying to recover an Adobe Sign document agreement from 3 years ago. The organization that sent it originally requested my 'Review and approve' via email. Unfortunately, the person who sent the document isn't available, and the organization can't locate the file. I've already checked my Adobe account (which uses the same email address where I redived the agreement), but there's no record of the document. Questions:1. How can I retrieve this agreement document?2. Does Adobe Sign offer backend recovery options for this situation?3. Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, what was the solution? Adobe support suggested I ask here for additional help. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
We have come across an issue with the message notes in the Adobe Sign forms. When we cancel a form in Adobe Sign and we enter the notes for the cancellation, the student does not see the notes we enter. The message that appears in Adobe Sign is the automated message about filing and signing the assigned fields and to contact us if there are any questions. It becomes an issue because the students never see the notes.
I cannot find a way to avoid the automatic field detection and placement function in the new authoring format. Fields that I do not want are "detected" and placed. They have to be deleted individually, as there is no multi-select function for fields that have not been assigned to a signer. I can get around this problem by switching to the old authoring format, but that format has less functionality for me, and I suspect it won't always be available anyway.
Hi, Has anyone been able to verify if GMT is the only time zone used for Adobe Sign regardless of where in the world you are located? I have had 3 separate agents hang up on me without answering the question other than to say "purchase the enterprise version".
When trying to request e-signatures via my work Adobe account, after I add an email address, click on "Specify Where to Sign", and I get "Authentication Failed". I checked with our IT department and was told that our license covers everything. I have un-installed and re-installed, I still receive the error. Please help!
We create forms using Indesign then secure them to allow customers to fill in and sign forms using Adobe Acrobat. The forms then get distributed by different users (separate entities) who will use various e-signature solutions. In this case, our customers have signed up to Adobe e-signature and use that to send out our forms to request signing but when they come to select the files to request e-signatures, the error message ' This document is a secured filed and cannot be e-signed.' is poplulated. The security settings for the forms don't allow changes but do allow filling in and signing forms. Is it correct that the form creator can't add any security on the forms?
I don't have the pencil/edit button next when I'm in [Manage] to edit an expiration date of a contract after I sent it out.I saw in another post that I can toggle this through an admin account, however, I tried contacting my organization's IT, but they said my Adobe Sign account is not attached to their tenant and he doesn't have admin over it.I tried using the [Assisted Support] help, but it leads me to log back into sign and my [Question Mark (?) help button] > Contact Support leads me back the [Adobe Acrobat Sign Learn & Support] page and doesn't give me a chance to "choose your support option."Hope someone can help me

I send many contract documents that require only one signature (from someone in my company), but I do need an acknowledgment of receipt from the other party per my contracts. I have always sent these by selecting "Signer" for my internal employee, and "Certified Recipient" for the person to whom I am sending the signed document. It has always worked fine and I get back the acknowledgment after the document is complete. However, today it is not working. I am following the same process as always, but getting this error: Participant <email> (certified recipient) does not have any visible document." I have never gotten that error before. I purposely select "Certified Recipient" because according to the Adobe role descriptions, "Certified Recipients can have no (zero) form fields assigned to them. During their "signature" process, they will be asked to either delegate, decline or acknowledge the agreement. Acknowledging the Agreement continues the signature cycle."
We are looking to load and send agreements using a scheduled flow, but all of our tests fail because the Load Agreement invocable action returns a null Agreement Id. We are pulling the agreement template from the EchoSign Library. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

wrong company name appearing on notification email to recipienthow do I change this?(Changing the company name in the Adobe profile does not work – tried that).
Hello,I am currently facing an issue where recipients can see the third-party links in the email message when I send an agreement for signature using the Adobe Sign API, but the links are in plain text and not clickable. I am using Adobe Sign Enterprise.I need the links to be clickable. Is there any setting or configuration that I might be missing to resolve this issue?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
I have a signature workflow that requires that 2 out of 3 signatories must sign a document. For example, consider a workflow where you submit a contract for signing to Peter, Mary and Jennifer. In this example, any two of them can sign the contract. We do not require all three people to sign. How can I achieve this?
We have a standard agreement we send out for signature. Within that agreement is a link to our terms of service. When sending the agreement out for signature, the recipient isn't able to click the link. Is there a way to make a clickable link when sending an agreement for signature through adobe sign enterprise. Thanks!
Hi, We are brand new to Sign. My question is: When I create a template from an existing PDF, I can manually go through and right click each text field, check box, etc and assign it to a receipient (supervisor, employee or HR manager). This I assume is so during the work flow a person not assigned to those fields can't fill them out. However, I am also seeing that if I just create the template from an imported PDF and save it without any modifications... then add recipients and 'preview and add form fields', I can drag a selection box around many fields, check boxes, etc and assign those to recipients en masse. Is there a reason for the different assignment locations? I like the much more efficient way of dragging a box around multiple fields and assigning them to recipients but don't want our HR people to have to do that every time. I tried assigning various fields to different recipients while creating the template and it didn't seem to help on the 'preview and ad
Sign is OK with one exception - the same recipient repeatedly has no 'review and sign' button on the email they receive and no way of signing documents. As far as I know this only affects them. They are the single signer on the documents and have been assigned a signature field. Any suggestions as to what might be responsible? [Title renamed by the moderator]
Hi.We have a workflow to which users can attach any custom document. The workflow enforces the signature path. Making a legal approval mandatory. What I want to achieve is, that I can download the signed agreement via the API. Then being able to link it to a client. I assume that the correct way to get the client information would be to add a "signer input field" called "client" and add this information to the document. But as the users can upload custom documents (and we will not be able to enforce using specific templates) we can't add form fields to the documents.Even though we created the "signer input field", I don't get the field information via the API, as it hasn't been added to the documents. Is there any other way to get the client information into the agreement for retrieval via the API?Thanks
I recently took out a free trial for Adobe Reader and did not renew at the end of the trial. Since then, I have received the message that I am not authorised to send documents for signature., even though I am supposed to be able to send 2 documents per month for free as part of the Acrobat application. The error occurs in both the desktop version and the web version of Acrobat. This is just a singular account. There is no account administrator.
This week I noticed that the maximum file size for Adobe Sign documents is 8 Mb instead of 10 Mb.Is this a new policy? On the Acrobat website, the file size is 10 Mb (Last updated Jan 22, 2024).
