I would like to utilize the I9 form, however I am unsure of how to fill out the part of the employer before sending it to the prospective independent contractor.
I have a contract to send to 20 parties. I had assumed I could send the same doc to each using the e-signature function, and they could each add their address and signature in the same spot on the correct page and send back. It seems that is not actually possible. Each field can be assigned to only one person (by the way this is not explicitly stated in the documentation online). So I understand my alternative is to use the "bulk email" option. However when I click "send in bulk" the Adobe Acrobat page opens in Chrome and the circle goes around and it says "Loading" and nothing else happens. I already tried restarting the computer. I have a creative cloud license that includes Acrobat Pro. I need to get this out today so i hope someone can help. :-0
I have an agreement that needs to be signed by each customer, and then saved under their name. Sounds simple enough, but once they sign the document and I save it, the original document remains signed and is no longer "blank" for the next customer to sign (and save again under a different name). I'm sure it's simple, but I'm not getting it. And yes, I'm using the subscription based service. Thank you in advance.
One of the parties has incorrectly esign the document. can we re-issue the same document only to that party so other parties who has signed dont need to re-sign?
So I have 2 pages that I am working on. What I would like to happen is when a signature is completed on page 1 for page 2 to auto populate the signature in its respective spot? I know I can duplicate accross multiple pages with the other field options. But not with the digital signature. Any way there is some code that I can put in the actions menu to auto populate my second page with my first pages signature?
Hi Team, I have a developer account, in which i am unable to add multiple participants to webform and also i checked to enable it in global setting but i dont find an option to enable it.
Hi, When I make a signature request, the email that gets sent has sender name "Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of <correct name>" where <correct name> is my name. After signing, the confirmation email has sender name is "Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of <wrong name>" where <wrong name> is an old business name of mine. That <wrong name> shows up nowhere in my account settings. Is this some synchronization issue on your end? Or is there some way that I can fix it myself?
For example, I have my document signed by three people. Two of them simply put their signature on the pdf where I want it. The third person has a blue line under their signature with their name, date and time. And I would like to have this line on the other two people as well. How can I set this and why is this the default setting for one person?
We used to be able to select multiple document templates and send them all at the same time to one recipient who would then open and sign them all and then all would be sent back in one document. With the latest update this is no longer possible, we get an error that says "multiple e-sign templates cannot be sent for e-signatures. Please select one"I am wondering why this feature was removed and if there's any way to get it back.We have multiple templates saved in our library and pick and choose which different combination of templates need to be sent to each client. It is much more efficient to send them all as one package as we previously could.
The action to download individual files seems no longer to work. When uploading multiple documents for signature. It groups them in what is called a Binder and once the document is signed, it will only allow the download of the entire group of files as one document, the binder. Before a most recent update, I could download each document individually as I uploaded them. Has this feature been removed?
Since the most recent release (Jan/Feb 2024), I can no longer route a contract for signature through AdobeSign where the other party has already electronically signed using another tool such as DocuSign. We receive a message saying the PDF is an unsupported file type. We are additionally seeing an error message that AdobeSign does not support landscape documents, where the document is clearly in portrait. Our workaround has been to Print to PDF and save it locally and then upload it to AdobeSign. Even using the workaround, we are getting feedback that recipients are unable to sign or we're finding that their signature is illegible (too small and not located anywhere near the signature line). I recently discovered that I could go into my Account Settings and uncheck the Request e-signatures box that says "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures". Now it's back to the old version and I have no issues. Our team has to have the ability
I used to be able to add a cc at this part so I could include an email that's neither a signer nor an approver of the file. How do I do that now?
I have been facing this error in power automate action, but flow runs fine for me. I can't edit the action. can someone help me with this ?
I have a question on generating the agreement. In production for few opportunities we get these below recipients automatically pulled from the opportunity but for few opportunities and also in the sandbox for all agreements to be sent we have to manually input the receipts. Please let us know if there is anything we need to do to have the same setup as production.
I need several signatures. I need to change / edit the signors for the document. Is there a way to make edits to signors without canceling and starting the process over?
Hello, Since the new version of Adobe Sign isn't functioning correctly, I would like to turn back on the legacy version permanently, instead having to do switch my experience to the legacy version every single time I'm preparing a document. Please advise on how to do this. Thanks.
Do I need a paid plan from Adobe Sign to see my former signed contracts? I've signed some of them, but none appears at my dashboard.
Is there any way to set the default for Recipients section to "Complete in Any Order" versus the automatic default of "Complete in Order"? I rarely use the complete in order option and often forget to switch it until after we hit "Send", which means we have to start all over again and people are annoyed with all the emails canceling and resending a new one.
I have a user who sends secured PDFs all the time, and about a month ago started to get "to send sign-in to Adobe" errors. They are signed in and still receive the error. We've done an uninstall and clean install, no change. Has anyone else found this to be a problem?
My account has been deactivated and I cannot sign documents. How can I find out my Adobe Sign account admin to request this is reactivated? Thanks
When I'm loading multiple PDFs to be signed by the same signer and applying a template to each unique document, the text fields duplicate on each page. For example, Document 1 and Document 2 are both one page and I apply the same template (that contains a text field) to each document. When the signer starts typing in the text field on Document 1, it duplicates on Document 2. How can this be avoided?
When a document is fully signed, all signers are automatically emailed a copy of the fully signed document. How do I also configure to automatically email the fully signed document to a designated third party who is not otherwise a part of the signing event? I don't need this person to play a role in the signing (not a delgator, not an approve, not an acceptor, etc.) I just want them to receve the completed document along with the signers.
Not getting a lot from Adobe support and hoping to get some help here. I am using Salesforce to pull Adobe Acrobat Sign/Echosign library templates which include form fields for signatures and participant roles for multi-step signings which are triggered from Salesforce classes. In the last week, any fields added in the reusable library document shift up and duplicate in the form once it is sent for signature. No amount of compressing, printing to PDF, generating a PDF from scratch and clearing the PDFs prior to the template build help. Adobe support removed predictive form field automation on our account to stop the auto-entry of extra fields with no results. The form fields are not on the library templates, and appear to be clones, but are not always recognized by Adobe Acrobat Sign as filled out. Signers are then unable to complete the signing. See the screenshot on the odd behavior.
I've created a web form for customers to complete which would start the process of an agreement. How do I add pages to the PDF of this completed WebForm afterward? There are NO signature fields on this form, yet Adobe will not let me add pages to it, saying it's protected due to being signed. How else can I get around this? I don't want to create a template instead, as that will require me to send it to each person who needs it beforehand. I want this WebForm to be publicly accessible.
I have a form that I have two type of selections for that are layered so that we can require a selection, but also allow for multiple other selections. To do this, I have a radio button set that has the required aspect. I then have conditional checkboxes that should be under the radio buttons so they appear after the intial selection based on conditional logic. The problem is, no matter how I stack the radio buttons and the checkboxes, the check boxes are ON TOP of the radio button - the exact opposite of what I want to happen. They aren't even supposed to appear until the initial radio button selection has occured according to the conditions I put on the box. Is there something I'm missing? The radio button was recently added. Previously it was check boxes, but they were getting skipped over and blank forms were being submitted. I really don't want to redo all the logic that's attached to the checkboxes if I can just get the radio buttons to be "On
