I would like to clarify that the image in question was entirely designed by me using Canva, where I manually created and arranged all graphic elements. The design process involved no use of AI-generation tools. The only external process applied was image upscaling through a website, solely to improve resolution and quality. This upscaling tool did not generate or alter any original artistic content. it simply enhanced the size and clarity of the existing graphic. It's possible that automated AI-detection tools misidentified the upscaled image as AI-generated due to artifacts introduced during the upscaling process or similarities in stylistic patterns that resemble generative art. However, I affirm that this artwork is 100% my original creation and not AI-generated.
I recently submitted several photos for review, and they were rejected. However, I didn’t receive specific feedback explaining why they didn’t meet the requirements. I’ve reviewed the submission guidelines, but I’d appreciate some clarification so I can improve and avoid the same issues in the future.Could someone please help me understand what specific aspects of my photos caused them to be rejected? Whether it’s technical quality, composition, noise, or something else—I’d be grateful for any insight.

"I want to know—if a lot of my images get rejected on Adobe Stock, can my account get banned?"
Hi everyone,I'm fairly new to Adobe Stock as a contributor. Recently, I uploaded around 26–30 files. So far, 14 of them show up in my contributor dashboard as "Accepted." However, when I check my public portfolio page, none of the accepted files appear — even when I try searching using my portfolio name.I’ve checked the following:No files left in "In Review" or "Reminder"14 files are listed under "Not Accepted"Titles, descriptions, and keywords are already filled inMy display name is also set up properlyIs it normal for there to be a delay before accepted files appear publicly? Or could I be missing a step?Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Greetings to the forum participants. There have been no sales for three weeks now. I’m only in my eighth month on Adobe Stock, sales are still irregular. But there has never been such a long delay in sales before. I would like to know what this is connected with. I attach a screenshot of the sales graph below. can you guys tell me exactly why this image got rejected?
Hi all,I need some advice. I've created some content (videos and photos), all landscape-themed, featuring a large telescope. The telescope in the composition is the Lovell Telescope, a radio telescope located at Jodrell Bank Observatory near Goostrey, UK.Would the presence of this telescope be a reason for my content to be rejected? (image attached) I haven’t submitted anything yet—just looking for some guidance before I decide what to do with it.As always, thank you.
i uploaded an image of a nature category but it was rejected and i cant understand why it simply said "Quality issues" Can anyone help me by making me understand why it got rejected Take a look at it.
Hi, Can anyone comment on why my picture has been refused? Thanks a lot!BR,Quentin
Hello, Adobe Community! I really need your help and advice. Over a month ago, my Adobe Stock account was blocked, and I immediately submitted an appeal. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet and don’t know what to do next. I’ve dedicated a lot of time to creating content for the platform—more than 15000 of my works have been accepted, and Adobe Stock has become a true source of inspiration for me. It’s important for me to understand which of my works do not comply with the guidelines so that I can correct any issues and continue creating high-quality content that meets Adobe’s requirements. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has recommendations on how to speed up the appeal process, please share your insights! I sincerely hope for your support and appreciate any advice you can offer. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Dear Sir/Madam,Good day...!!!This is regarding some of the approval issue I'm facing for the past few weeks. I have been uploading both vector file and jpeg file for my projects from the initial days and it was getting approved. From the past few weeks, all of my vector files are getting approved but some of my jpeg file are getting rejected with some quality issue commented on it. I'm not very sure about the exact issue. It would be very helpful if you can guide me on this so that I can rectify the same and reupload. Attaching one of my project jpeg file for your reference and better understanding.Looking forward for your earliest response on the same.Thanking you,
Can I ask in datail which are the quality in issue that you've found in the attached image? Thanks in advance
Hi, I came here to ask, I created a background theme asset using the gradient mesh feature in illustrator, but the image I converted into a gradient vector is AI-made, when I submit for review should I check it as AI-made?
I received the warning, "SIMILAR CONTENT IN OUR COLLECTION" as attached. However, as creators, we always believe that even with similar works, there's invariably some improvement compared to our past creations, and continuously updating our portfolio on Adobe's globally recognized platform is also a great pleasure. Therefore, we find their logic difficult to accept. I hope Adobe will reconsider this policy.

Some of my submitted assets (pictures) have not been moderated and released for several months. Others within a few hours. What is happening there?
I sent 400 photos, 390 were rejected due to quality. All my photos were taken with a professional camera and all the principles of photography were followed! Why do you have to reject all my photos!? Respectfully, I’d like to offer a small suggestion for the Adobe Contributor program that could benefit both Adobe and contributors. Instead of Account Deactivation of contributors when irregular earnings are detected, consider implementing an adjustment system similar to what Shutterstock uses. As shown in the attached image, Shutterstock makes minor adjustments (e.g., -$0.10) and reduces the download count if a fraudulent or invalid transaction is identified. This approach offers several benefits: Benefits for Adobe:1. Protects platform integrity by still addressing fraudulent activity without over-penalizing users.2. Reduces support overhead by minimizing account termination disputes and unnecessary appeals.3. Builds stronger contributor trust, which can lead to higher quality submissions and long-term platform loyalty.4. Maintains consistent content flow, ensuring Adobe Stock remains competitive with a steady supply of diverse assets. Benefits for Contributors: 1
Hi there, I am a designer and new to this game and thought I might try upoad some unused images to see if they get picked up by other designers. I uploaded a bunch of images only to find that most of them have been rejected. I am struggling to understand why exactly. Any help on this would be really appreciated. Please see attached image. Thanks in advance 🙂 cheers,Richard
Hi everyone! I’ve noticed, like many others here, that recently a lot of photos are getting rejected — and most of the time the reason is just “quality issues.” But it’s not always clear what exactly is wrong and how the reviewers decide. I have a few questions and would really appreciate if anyone could share some advice: Is there any official description of the review process?Maybe some kind of checklist or guideline that would help me evaluate my own images the same way moderators do? ( not just check focus, check noise etc, more details how to do it and what is criteria because picture is always have some noise and some not in focus )How to check color accuracy properly? Are there any formal methods or tools to make sure the colors are correct — not just judging by eye, but using some objective criteria? How to control white balance more accurately? At the moment, I either adjust white balance visually or use the white point picker tool, but is there a better way — for
