Hello Adobe Community,My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked on April 1 because, in my last uploads, I uploaded AI-generated images of famous personalities. At that time, I did not fully understand that this type of content violated Adobe Stock policies. I now clearly understand my mistake and already admitted it in my appeals.However, I am disappointed because I have already submitted two appeals regarding my blocked account, but I still have not received any meaningful update from Contributor Support.Today is May 14, and it has already been around one and a half months since my account was blocked. Despite waiting this long, I still have not received any clear response or final decision. Is this fair for contributors who are genuinely trying to communicate and resolve their mistakes?I fully respect Adobe Stock policies and simply want clarity about my case status. I worked on a Native American reservation for 8 years and for a few July 4th celebrations while I was there  the public was invited to attend. I took some nice photos of the participants while they were dancing. I am under the impression that images of people in a public outing or festival do not need model releases. What are the rules with Adobe Stock? Thank you.

Hi,I would like to purchase two images at a higher resolution and I would like to know if this is possible. I tried to call today but the line quality was terrible. Has anyone been able to source imagery at say 50MB in size?

I submitted some of my custom paintings of some cabins in the woods. They were rejected saying I need a property release form? How can I get a property release form if they are custom paintings?

If my images contain close up shots of hands, do they require a Model Release?

#1883215964 is represented as a vector graphic, but upon download it’s just a low resolution raster graphic saved as an SVG.  Apparently there’s no other way to report this so I’m posting it here. 

I thought this photo would be a good fit for Adobe Stock customers who wanted an image regarding a variety of issues: legal, constitutional, governmental, etc., but it was rejected. I’m just trying to figure out what I did wrong so I won't repeat the same mistake. Thank you.

Quality issues? Or is it subject? They claim quality Issues. 

If a new construction home is photographed with staged, furnished interiors, and a release is obtained form the developer/owner,  is a property release required from the buyer, as the home will be delivered empty and unfurnished?  Thank you-   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I haven’t uploaded photos for a while, and when I recently started uploading again, I noticed that the approval rate for my cutout PNG images has becomes much lower, even though they used to be approved very easily. Have there been any new rules changes? Also, is it better for PNGs to have a slight shadow now, or no shadow at all?

Could you please advise what the quality issue with this photo might be, and how I could improve it so it gets accepted?

Rejection rate is way too high to justify wasting anytime on stock images. I have been using AI to make images, and I get that is perceived as “easy”, but some images might take me 30 mins + to get them how I want.  I thought I would make some images for drink driving, and specifically thought it would be a cool idea to make a wine glass as a warning light, like you get a check engine light on your dash. I thought someone might like to use this image in an article about drink driving or something.  I made two versions of the same image, one where you see the wine glass symbol and the speedo. Second one, which I consider far better, is the same image, but its in double vision like a drunk person is looking at it. Hi, i want to ask something. When i created account.. there's a 2 choice, "Do you want to sell the assets on others platform" or "Do you want to sell the assets on adobe stock only" and i choose "on adobe stock only". But now.. i want to sell my stock on other platforms too. Should i set the settings or not? Because i cannot find the settings. Thank you!

Hello,I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account.On May 7, I submitted a support ticket to cancel my agreement for the Free Collection Video (4 files for annual and 3 files for lifetime), request the permanent removal of these files, and return the bonus payment.Support responded and assured me that the files would be deleted within 48 hours. However, the files are still active in the system. I sent a follow-up email on May 13 to check the progress, but I have not received any response since then.Could a Community Manager or Moderator please help escalate this ticket to the Adobe Stock team? I want to ensure these assets are removed as previously agreed.My Case ID is 00510876, 00513937Thank you for your help.

I just try chatgpt do create seo keywords , and it always give my two keys instead of one , when I ask it why ? it answer the one key was old system and now adobe algorithm prefer 2 words  ,,Any help please?Regards

These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity. ​I successfully submitted my contributor appeal form 2 months ago, but I never received a Case ID or any reply. My account is still deactivated. Can any Adobe staff member please help me escalate this?
