Hi, I submitted a collection of photos I've taken while travelling that have been edited but only to adjust the colours, but after submitting it I was informed there was a Quality Issue, but I'm not quite sure what I've done wrong with the images. I've attached a few to give an idea of what I was submitting. Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi there,Is a model release required of travel photos of people. I recently took photos of children and adults in rural Mozambique who don't speal a word of english.Thank you in advance.

Sometimes it is hard determine why an image was rejected. Regardless of the given rejection reason.  This photo was rejected for "quality" so, I smoothed out the background some and resubmitted. It was then rejected due to "not flagging it as an AI image". Which it is not. I submitted a third time without making a change and it was rejected for "similar content". Three submissions. Three different rejection reasons. What I am trying to say is: the reason is not so important. Three moderators have determined my photo should not be accepted. 

Hello everyone,I recently uploaded a few handmade vector illustrations to Adobe Stock, but they got rejected due to a "Similar Content" issue.The problem is, my designs are completely handmade and not copied from anywhere. Hello, I'm a CGI artist who creates various landscape renders using legally purchased royalty-free 3D assets on marketplaces like Superhivemarket. Superhivemarket representatives and the sellers from whom I purchase 3D assets consent to the use of purchased 3D assets for graphic renders for sale in stock agencies.Is this legal, and can graphic renders be sold on Adobe Stock and other stock agencies?What if it turns out that the legally purchased 3D assets were stolen, the seller is unavailable, and the SuperhiveMarket marketplace, and the website's terms and conditions, don't guarantee the legality of the 3D assets?Is proof of purchase and screenshots of the SuperhiveMarket website with the license sufficient to prevent Adobe Stock from suing the creator of the graphic renders or the true author of the 3D assets?

Hello, I have a serious technical issue on the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. In my Contributor Account, on the address form, the dropdown menu for "Country/Region" is broken. I cannot select my country, Laos. This prevents me from completing my profile and tax information. I have already tried all standard troubleshooting: clearing cache, using different browsers (Chrome, Edge), and using Incognito mode. The problem is on your website. I have also spent a long time in live chat today (October 4, 2025) trying to resolve this. The support agents, including Manish, were unable to help. They confirmed this is a known issue but could not fix it or transfer me to the correct department. They just sent me back to the start of the support process multiple times. Please escalate this case to a senior technical support specialist for the Adobe Stock Contributor team. I need someone to fix my account so I can select my country. Hi everyone,I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing significant delays in the moderation process for my files on Adobe Stock. I uploaded a batch of 5 illustrations over 2 months ago, and they're still pending review. Additionally, I have another 6 files that have been waiting for a month, 2 files for 19 days, and 3 more for 10 days.While I understand that the review process can take up to 8 weeks, these delays seem excessive, especially given the volume of content I've submitted. I've checked my files multiple times to ensure they comply with Adobe Stock's guidelines, but I haven't been able to identify any issues.Has anyone else encountered similar delays recently? It’s my original design, but it was rejected for being “too similar.”This is a set design, and there’s no way the combination could be exactly the same as mine.

This Vector file (250327) has been sitting as "screening" more than 3 months.I also upoloaded the same inage as in PNG.  Both are still in "screening" and haven't approved or rejected.The second picture I attached (PNG of 8 bages ) was approved as soon as I uploaded 3 months ago.Could you tell me why it is not approved?Thank you

There was a selection process for the free collection recently. Only six of my assets were selected for the free collection. Will other assets we want be selected later? Can I still receive payments for the free collection?

Dear Consultant, I have uploaded some video files recorded on the camera and it has been approved. Sound was also recorded during the video recording. The video file with sound has been approved. Will having audio with a video cause any problems with the account? What do the Community Guidelines say about this?

Right now I uploaded only JPEG files to my Adobe contributor account. However, I am a designer and I was uploading large numbers of vector files on other contributor sites. Now I am planning to upload those vector files on my Adobe contributor account as well.  For other sites, I always select "Illustrator EPS 10 Version"  while exporting my vector EPS file because those sites only accept vectors with "Illustrator EPS 10 Version". So my question is what is the recommended or acceptable EPS version by Adobe for vectors that I want to upload on my Adobe Contributor Account? If I will export and upload vectors with "Illustrator EPS 10 Version" then is it fine or any other version will be the best choice? Kindly let me know about that. Kind Regards.

  Hello everyone, I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account from Bangladesh, but during the registration process, the phone number verification is not working. 🔹 My issue: When I enter my Bangladeshi mobile number, I don’t receive the verification code. I tried multiple times with different operators but still no success. Because of this, I cannot complete the account setup. 🔹 My questions: Is Adobe currently not supporting SMS verification for Bangladesh? Is this a temporary technical issue or a permanent restriction for contributors from Bangladesh? Are there any alternative methods (like email verification or support request) to complete the process?
