These images obviously are created through artificial intelligence now I don't know why for which particular reason Adobe is rejecting these images the statement says that these images have some quality issues but this statement is very vague and I am not able to find out the exact reason if you could help me to identify that it will be a great help looking forward for your suggestions so that I do not repeat same mistakes in future 

I have been using the same gear, same processing technique for a year and have always had a great deal of accepted photos. I am now experience a consistent ratio of 0 to 3 accepted and the rest rejected. Reasons are always falling under 'quality issues'. I am enclosing a photo as an example of one that was actually accepted last year, now rejected this year. I didn't change anything about the photo to trigger a rejected status. Obviously I need to change the situation on my end as it is something I am doing that I need to fix. I am just wondering what it is.  Lastly, I had a friend submit a photo that was accepted. I submitted the exact same photo and it was rejected under quality issues.  Any ideas on what I could do to avoid this in the future and return to a better ratio?  Thank you. 

I submitted a batch of 70 files for review 9 weeks ago.  They are still sitting there.  Meanwhile, I have since submitted several batches of 20+ files which have all been reviewed immediately.  Does Adobe just not see those 70 files?

I have been an Adobe user for a long time, and now I have become a contributor. I am currently studying at the university and since this is an architecture course, all students have student accounts in Adobe.And now I have a problem - the system does not allow me to upload photos, since an account from the university is registered in my name, phone number, address, etc. I can not delete it, I have already written to support many times, but no one answers me.Help, what should I do?Thanks.

account issue, hi everyone, i created an adobe stock account for my sister to upload her products. all the email address, phone number, name are hers. the problem is when there is a notification of approval or rejection of a product, the notification is sent to my email account, this account has been an adobe member for 2 years. i don't know if there is a problem, should i delete the newly created account for my sister? i created it on my google account, will it have any effect

Today i was only submitted 1 image to adobe. Another image could not be uploaded even though i filled all necessary information. Can someone explain this issue for me ? if my account was block or limited ?

The following  photo is rejected for quality issues. Can you help me to understand this issue in details. 

Hello, lately I have been rejecting many photographs due to quality problems that other agencies do accept. In many cases, I can't find the reason, and I'm lost. I would like to know it to avoid it in future sessions.Another question I have is whether the moderation is done by software or by people. Thank you very much!    

We have an image that was originally purchased through Fotolia in 2019. Since Fotolia was acquired and integrated into Adobe Stock, we are no longer able to locate or verify the license for this image within our Adobe Stock account. The image does not appear in the “License History” section on Adobe Stock, even though we have legitimately purchased and actively used it.We need assistance to:Confirm that our previous Fotolia license is still valid and active.Access or verify the license history for Fotolia images migrated to Adobe Stock.Understand how to provide valid proof of license for this specific image to avoid any legal issues. Whats been done:I have attempted to synchronize my Fotolia account with Adobe Stock, but without success.
