I have a standard membership meaning I have unlimited access to standard image generation. I have been on 0 credits for a while and still been able to generate standard images however today, out of nowhere, I am unable to generate standard images due to the error of having 'insufficient credits' even though credits should be irrelevant because of my unlimited access to standard images generation. Even after trying online, re-installing the application, restoring purchases or restarting my device the issue is still there. 

How can I make an optical illusion with a symbol or logo like the the 'Spiral Town' or 'girl with pearl earring' attached? I’ve tried by placing the black logo on white background as Composition Reference with maximum strength, and using Optical Illusion and/or Trompe L’oeuil effects in addition to the prompt, but the result wasn’t even close. 

I receive the error:"Ein oder mehrere Wörter verstoßen u. U. gegen die Benutzungsrichtlinien und wurden entfernt." It is not clear what words are against the user policy. And by the way, there is NO harmful word in my prompt:"der protagonist ist ein sportlicher mann um die 40 jahre alt, glatze, jeanshose, schwarzes hemd. der mann hält ein smartphone in der einen hand und hält in der anderen hand ein badge. am handgelenk trägte der mann eine apple watch . der mann läuft durch die eingangshalle eines mordernen firmengebäudes. kameraperspektive: closeup hände und badge. der mann ist von vorne zu sehen. freundliches gesicht. hinter dem mann ist eine glasfront und eine große schiebetüre." Please add more clear hints to understand what to take out of the prompt. General guidance to policy pages from Adobe is not enough.

I have been trying to install Firefly AI via intune to Samsung tablets but is does not install but it will install on a mobile phone. Are tablets not compatible whith Firefly AI?Thanks

How do i delete multiple generate images in Firefly?

Full disclosure, I am already a reluctant user of generative AI, and Firefly is making it easier to want nothing to do with it! I have tried many times to create 5-10 second videos with the start image and end image + text for the clarification and nuance of story etc. I usually just get a supremely vague and frustrating, "Something wen't wrong," which is ridiculous enough! WHAT WENT WRONG? It doesn't help that Adobe thinks we want to be told bad news like this from a bunch of cute cartoon creatures they use in the program in a branding capacity. A cartoon goat informed me this time...that it failed, and that's where the details eneded. I prompted firefly to create a sign that tells employees they must wash their hands before returning to work and then it makes signs that say "Asian" or "latinx" or "Light skinned". This is pretty bad, why would it do that?

I have NO idea how to talk to someone here, but I have a complaint. Why don't the CREDITS I PURCHASE for Generative Fill Ai and (Firefly) carry over? If you pay $9.99 for 2,000 credits, you should be able to use ALL of those credits, and pay again when you run out.  It is simply not fair, to pay for something and then have them taken away, simply because you do not use them.   I hope that Adobe reconsiders this, and allows the credits to just remain until you run out, and then if you want to, purchase more.  But, to have them EXPIRE, when you paid for them, is unfair, and not good policy in my belief.Please Adobe, fix this!!!

Hi, Adobe Firefly is not generating images. After I load the prompt and click "generate", it seems to be loading for a very long time before reporting a problem (see screenshot attached). What is the reason? It worked fine in the morning and then stopped

I am experiencing an issue where the images generated are completely irrelevant to the prompt I enter. Even when I use very simple and concrete prompts (for example, “Studio Ghibli style illustration, a man offering candy to a child in a park” or “Studio Ghibli style illustration, a man in a park running fast), Firefly often produces images that do not match the description at all. I have tried simplifying the language, reducing adjectives, and using common nouns and actions, but the results are still inconsistent and unrelated to the instructions. This makes it very difficult to use Firefly for educational/storytelling purposes, where clarity and accuracy are essential. Could you please investigate why prompts are not being followed correctly and suggest any best practices or fixes?

Hi, I'm new to firefly but have been experimenting with video AI for a few months now. One of the features I'm looking for is to take an existing graphic look and copy that look with some simple animation design. This has worked really well in Chatgpt for still images but need a video solution. I tried another program with little success, so now it's Firefly's turn. However, I meeting with even lesser results and am now wondering if its the prompt or the limitation of the firefly platform to create the prompt. I was able to generate a still image in chatgpt based on the prompt but as I would like to add some animation like type-on text I need a motion generator. Here's the prompt I used and I will attach the file to show what it produced. I'm starting to try Adobe FireFly today.I'm using Firefly Boards.I'd like to suggest to my profile admin that he add more AI rendering models (Nano Banana, for example).Has anyone done this yet?What are the pros and cons?  

everything I'm creating in firefly is coming back in German or something when I submitted English Text.  Makes everything created useless and is a wast of the credits.  Just horible.

I have a Photography subscription and AI credits but I cannot use ray3 in Firefly even though ray3 is supposed to be free. 

Trying to type in dimensions of the size I want and the keyboard bounces up and back down. Doesn't stay up. Kind of useless
