I already took a plan for videos but again asking subscription why

Prezados, Fiz o pagamento do pacote mais simples e só consegui fazer 5 vídeos. Depois disso me cobravam de novo o que fiz por mais 2 vezes.Eu só tenho direito por 5 vídeos por pagamento?O que pode ter acontecido?Luciano Piquet

Blur skin when I change skin tone in generative fill

First. I did search the forums, but didn't see this question of late.  I normally find my favorites in the browser with a little link that's in the right hand corner.  I'm using chrome and even tried edge in both the link is gone. Have they moved the favorties to another place.   Here is a couple of images. Mabye someone can leave me some bread crumbs. 😉 thanks  

Using Firefly for first time and trying the Image to Video feature. I have several product images (1:1) that will not show in the Frame area when I upload. No message, just wont show. I can select an image, but nothing happens. (Windows 11, latest version of Firefly) Thanks for any help.

It's been a couple of weeks since I last used Firefly, but I have to say, I'm not sure how this product has somehow gotten worse. Before, the image generations were quick, creative, and followed my prompts, but as of late, the quality has seemed to dip pretty drastically. Is this happening for anyone else?

When I generate a video and request a phrase to be displayed Firefly never gets the words correct.

Adobe Firefly: IOS: Every image, photo or art, including a test image of prompt of "President Donald Trump", are of people of color. There are no white ppl in the images created with various prompts I create. This wasn't a big deal until I noticed the trend. This Ai must include all people including "white" Americans. If this bug is not fixed we will use other software. 

Hi! The other day I read, perhaps from DPreview, that there is a function in ChatGPT which based on the reference picture can create photorealistic variations from the reference. The author was excited and the results published appeared convincing. So, is there anything like that in Adobe Firefly? Or coming? I mostly take advantage of PS's Generative fill. It is suprisingly functional, although it would be most wellcome that some aspects of a creation could be determined more precisely, for example, the direction (left, right...), orientation, or indeed, similarit, to the reference or the precedent creation. Therefore, it would be nice that there were something similar to ChatGPT in PS. Regards .:tmas.. PS. All comments welcome!

Estou perdendo muito crédido, e não tenho o resultado que envio.  Algo simples, transformar a logo 2d em 3d. E a IA faz algo totalmente diferente 

Why can't I add my own image in this app before I can generate it

Trying out Firefly and for creating images to be used as an avatar it has done a great job. But today tried to use it to animate this photo of a Corvette I shot. Shared my original prompt with Chatgpt and it edited it a bit. First attempt the car slid sideways and turned into a cartoon and stayed in frame. This was the second attemopt after describing to Chat what happened the first time. The prompt for this second attempt was: Create a 5-second animation of a red sports car revving its engine on a shiny granite surface. The rear tires should spin rapidly, producing realistic smoke and tire burnout effects. The car should then accelerate straight forward in the direction it is facing and exit the screen bottom left, filling the room with tire smoke as it leaves. Keep the background as shown mostly white with only the dark shiny granite floor as a background element. I did something similar with a white SUV in AKool using a more complex background and it did a much better job.&nbsp

the ability to generate info graphics would be awesome !

It needs to be easier to reject and delete entire batches of images so the generator stops building on bad results. 95 percent of the results I get are not close to what I'm looking for, and I want to be able to easily permanently delete the whole batch. I can't find a way to do that. Also, when I get a result that's close to what I want, it would be super useful if I could say - just like this, keep it exactly the same, except replace the blond dreadlocks with straight brown hair, for example. 

I am getting an error again while trying to process some videos for a business education video series.  

The UI is tiny in Firefly Boards, which is hard to read/see sometimes (allow user to set size for accessibility).  Also, the generated thumbnails are so small that you can't tell what images you want until you move them to the board. A user toggle to increase preview size would save time and be appreciated.

So far my best results I achieved are pretty easy tasks and still if I got something it was more a lucky shot.Is there an tutorial how to gain complex results on a blank canvas? (besides creating it my own)I won't expect much but not a single result matched any task given so far. Now I show some examples:A client asked me to create something within an AI-image. Looks quite impressive untill you take a closer look, right?Well untill xou take closer look and see that there 6 fingers instead of 5 and the tabacco pipe is more a "Crack" pipe as an usual tobacco pipe.There was no bleeding (none additional Image parts) to create a good lable in this case.I changed the image to this one: Good thing is I still can keep my job but bad thing is AI isn't really helpful so far. (Tested it here)Gehotorealisticnerating a picture takes even more attempts. Photorealistic but strange!I'll stop here now as there is too much data! Oh and I mentioned good results.Kind regards Pat!

Hi, I have just subscribed for Adobe FireFly Standard monthly plan, which is suppose to give me 2000 Credits to be able to generate up to 20 videos of 5 seconds, however after only 5 generations, the credit was out and it keeps telling me to buy more, anyone experiencing that ? And what to do about it ? Thank you.

Hey i just got the message that i ran out of credits. I have created dour images and one video. Im sure that those actions did not cost me 500 credits. Can i get the access to keep creating pictures. Best regards,Kai
