Hi everyone,I’ve been using the Adobe Firefly web application quite often, and I’m experiencing serious performance issues.The app feels very slow and heavy overall — page loading, image generation, and even basic UI interactions are often unresponsive. This makes it difficult to work efficiently.I’m using a stable internet connection and a relatively recent computer, so this doesn’t seem to be a local hardware or network issue.I really like Firefly and its features, which is why this is a bit frustrating. I was wondering if others are experiencing similar issues, or if there are any recommended settings or workarounds to improve performance.Hopefully performance optimization can be prioritized in future updates.Thanks in advance for any insights!

Quiero reportar que he tratado de generar alguna imagen y no ha funcionado ninguna,hice compra de 760 creditos y he desperdiciado 50 aprox,aclaro que ultimamente cuando genero alguna imagen manda error (intentar mas tarde) todo bien el detalle es que me sigue quitando creditos sin generar nada y eso es robo.Me robaron 30 aprox por error de generacion de imagen cosa que no es mi problema no deberian quitar creditos si no genero nada.

The title says it all. Mediocre AI, clunky software, and corporate greed disguised as “innovation.” Meanwhile, I could get the same or better elsewhere for two hundred bucks at most. The recent credit hike for AI tools just proves it: Adobe isn’t interested in serving users, they are only interested in squeezing every cent. Their AI tools are trash, their own development is lagging, and they monetize third party tools aggressively because they can’t actually produce quality themselves. I’ve been a year long subscriber, but that ends now. If Adobe doesn’t revert this insane pricing, I’m moving my workflows elsewhere. There’s no monopoly anymore - anything they do can be done elsewhere, often cheaper and better. Goodbye, Adobe. You’ve officially pushed a loyal customer too far. 

Hi,I can't find an explanation for this online:Images generated in Firefly with a Firefly model via a command prompt have a ‘Fi’ symbol on the Firefly-Board, which stands for ‘commercially secure’.If I want to have more of the background in this generated image, for example, the ‘Fi’ symbol changes to a ‘Cr’ symbol, which no longer stands for ‘commercially safe’. The situation is similar when generating variants: some have an “Fi” and others a ‘Cr’.My questions:1. Can I only use images with the ‘Fi’ symbol commercially?2. If only ‘Fi’ images are commercially usable, why are images modified with the same AI model no longer commercially usable due to the ‘Cr’ symbol?3. How can I legally prove that I have legally acquired a Firefly image?Thank you in advance!

Firefly is charging more credits than specified.

Hola,Primera vez usando esta IA y al darle clic en generar la plataforma no reaccionaba, entonces le di como 10 clics seguidos y no hacia nada, despues recargué la página y ya funcionaba, el problema es que me gasto casi los 4000 créditos disponibles, ¿hay manera de recuperarlos?

Das ist ja ein Scherz.Ein Bild von einer Spielzeugkatze, welches durch einen Prompt "Erwecke die Katze zum Leben und lass sie ihre Pfote lecken." wird abgelehnt, weil er gegen die Richtlinien verstößt. Ein Witz.So liebe Leute bei Adobe wird das leider 0 komma nichts mit Einnahmen durch K.I.Das macht Eure ganze Mühe um diese Software umsonst. Ein nutzloses Werk. Schade. Aber da bleib ich bei Alternativen, die wenigstens funktionieren.

Hallo,ich möchte ein Bild von einer Hand, die ein Fingerherz formt. Dieses Fingerherz soll mit dem Daumen und dem Mittelfinger und nciht mit dem Zeigefinger dargestellt werden. Dies ist nicht möglich. Wahrscheinlich ist es Adobe Firefly verboten, solche Zeichen zu erstellen. Ich denke jedoch, dass man sich hier in einem legalen Rahmen bewegt und es ist Schade, dass euer Tool bereits hier an die Grenzen stößt. Wenn ihr eine Möglichkeit kennt, dieses Problem zu lösen, informiert mich gerne. Ich gehe nicht davon aus, dass ich mit euch zu meinem Ziel gelangen werden und werde mich daher an echte Menschen wenden.Mit freundlichen GrüßenMatthias

Hola, acabo de suscribir un plan para créditos y la aplicación me dice que la nueva cuota es a partir del 5 de enero y no tengo créditos disponibles, alcancé a usar 400 créditos de 6.000... no entiendo??? 

It's not really a third-end bug as much as a "policy" bug. Firefly video refuses to process prompts with images of a child, and I can understand that, but I'm trying to make an animated movie and the first frame is actually a *drawn* image, not realistic!

I was planning to generate a 45 seconds video, since Adobe is limited to generate only 8 seconds video at once, i was splitting the script and generate it multiple times. However it is generating different charaters each time i generate video for the same story. Is there any option where i can use the same charater for n number of videos?

why firefly image 4 ultra and firefly image 5 result only make 1 image not 4?

I was very speific in my prompt, even. about telling me if there was a rights issue but the app does what it wants wasting my time... WT ????

Es sieht so aus, dass die Bearbeitungshinweise nicht befolgt werden!Es werden bei jeder Überarbeitung 250 credits abgezogen, aber es ist kein Fortschritt zu erkennen!Das finde ich beschämend für das Programm und Adobe!

i changed the prompt slightly and received the same image back. now it costs 10 credits - I assumed I'd get a slightly different result

I've been trying to generate a french door with specific custom grids. It takes almost 8 times to get it to provide the correct grid and color. Then when I'm trying to have it create the french door in the same foreground and background it is only giving me a partial or removes the grids I need on the door. If this cost 40 credits. It is really not going to help people who end up getting some of the same results over and over to try and get one result they need. 

The Firefly video result was the exact opposite of the instructions.  The AI tools would be much more useful if you only had to use credits for results that are acceptable.

I add text to the cretion window and then when it generates it swaps letters or misses some letters alltogether.
