I am trying to create an object on a clear white background, and although I uploaded a reference that is clearly on white background with very soft lighting I keep getting images with very high contrast and shadows, sometimes colors on the background, no matter what I write in the prompt. What gives? Is there a trick maybe a type of photography I should chose? I tried macro and studio. I akso played with intensity and strength. does not help

With Adobe firefly: I've generated an image, then decided to expand it with generative fill. Once I was pleased with the image there was no longer an option to upscale like there is at the start.If I go back, I lose the image... How can I upscale the quality after expanding? Or how can I go back without losing the image?

            Hello Please is not there a program for improving pages background colour in the pdf file   After I compressed one of my pdf files using a program named ( Systweak PDF Editor) installed in my computer desktop , the colour of all pages ( background ) changed as if it were freckles ( spotting) By the way to get the minimum size for the pdf, I have chosen the highest compressing   So how can I change it to a usual colour ? I hardly know something about the programs Here is one page I upload    I use acrobat reader   ( Adobe Reader XI)     

Hello, I am trying to understand if you have a straightforward way to check if an image was generated by your FireFly model or not. I know there is some metadata that is possible to check but I am referring more to the image itself. Thus my question is if there is an invisible watermark that is embedded in the images and, if yes, if I can talk to someone from the development team about this, on whether you have an automated way to check for this watermark.Thank you!

¿Las imagenes que creo en Firefly me pertenecen?¿Puedo patentarlas? 

As an example promt: "a statue of a brain on a pedestal made out of colorful wooden pieces" Always creates the brain as a part of a human head with a face. There is no mention of a face in the promt. This happens pretty much all of the time. Should just display a statue of the brain itself. Try it.

Hi, I just renewed my Firefly subscription and the first time I opened it it had some settings in there for a sample image with a rabbit.  The rabbit info somehow carried over:  Can I contact Adobe Support to get a refund for the wasted credits?  Thanks! As an aside, what a bizarre image!  lol!

Por supuesto. pedirle personas en ropa interior no funciona, pero en la playa con bikini sí... . Alguien puede explicármelo?Gracias de antemano.

Muestra todas las imágenes con un notorio sesgo regional. En mi país no todos viven en el campo y todas las imágenes me las muestra como si estuvieran en el campo. Si especifico que salga en la ciudad, ignora mi directiva y sigue poniendo escenarios en el campo. Dejen de esteriotipar.Otro ejemplo, cuando pongo teatro lleno, sigue mostrando un teatro en los andes o campo y vacío. Pongo teatro cerrado y lo hace abierto y adivinen que... en el campo a pesar que le pongo en la ciudad.   Pago por este servicio. Exijo que al menos funcione bien 

Hi community, during the last 4-5 weeks I noticed that some of my submitted (not yet accepted) images have disappeared.All of my accepted community gallery images are still there.But there were at least 20-25 not yet accepted images that are no longer available.For example - yesterday I submitted a new image that isn't there anymore.Now there are just 3 pics showing up ... ? Even if my suggested images are not accepted for the gallery - I often use them to edit or work further with the old settings.A feature I would not like to do without it. Is there a new limitation for images ? How do I get access to older submissions again ? Hope, someone can help. Wolfgang

Is it possible to create a custom avatar from existing video, and alter what the person is saying/or singing via input text? 

I am trying to create an AI image of protestors holding up signs that read specific quotes. In this particular case, "TAX THE RICH" and "TAXATION IS THEFT"Unfortunately, when I do, the AI generates gramatically incorrect words despite my attempts at being unambigious and precise. An example of a prompt I use is as follows:Create a detailed cinematic image of protestors holding up signs that read "TAX THE RICH"  To then try and counter the consequent errors I've tried different variations, which include Please be gramatically precise and do not add or change any words but nothing seems to be working. A few other AI generators seem to be a bit better although this problem appears to be fairly common across the board.If anyone can look into this, or perhaps provide a more efficient input that supercedes my own, it would be greatly appreciated. Please see attached...

Hi everyone, I'm trying to join the waitlist for Adobe Firefly's Generate Video feature, but when the pop-up appears, it's completely white and there's no content inside. I haven't been able to see the waitlist sign-up form. Any suggestions?

I subscribed to Adobe CC in August 2024. My monthly generative credits were 1500 each month in August, September and October. Then, in November, my monthly generative credits were reduced to 1000. I'm still being charged the same monthly subscription fee. Why was this change implemented? When was the policy communicated? I received no email notice that this would be happening. Less product for the same price? Not good.
