After generating an image, I've gone to 'Edit' then made some edits (like 'Remove' which I 'Keep'), but when I go back to my generated content, it's now there. Why not? Don't see a 'Save' button or anything like that

I am currently unable to generate videos using Adobe Firefly.After submitting a prompt, the video generation does not start .The process either remains stuck in a loading state or ends without producing any output.This issue occurs consistently and prevents video generation entirely.

I've been trying to use my Generative AI Credits to make videos since yesterday and I keep getting the same Error over and over."Something went wrong. Please try again later."-I have over 2000 Credits left and I would like to use them before my Account resets on Dec. 11th/2025.-I don't want to lose those credits. Is there something wrong with the system currently.-I'm trying using Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast.  Neither are working. 1080P and 720P are not working as well.-Please let know what the issue is.-Thanks!!-Adam Gibson

I Was Told In The Chat That Y'all Added 60 Credits But I Don't See The 

I am experiencing persistent technical issues when attempting to generate video in Adobe Firefly using the Video Generation feature with reference frames. This occurs whether the reference frames are uploaded directly or selected from assets stored in the cloud associated with my Firefly account.In the majority of attempts, the generation fails and returns an error before completing. This issue is consistently happening when using both the Sora 2 model and the Veo3 models. The failures occur even with relatively simple prompts and reference frames, making it difficult to determine any reliable workflow.Because of the high failure rate, it is very frustrating to experiment, iterate, or use the tool in a production context. I would appreciate clarification on whether this is a known issue, any limitations or requirements around reference frames for these models, or steps I can take to improve generation success.

Hi, I would like to generate a cartoon series with 4 chief characters. However, as soon as I start the second cartoon these people look different. Is there an option that I can save some kind of basic description or look of these four to build new cartoons from that base again and again?

I was generating a Firefly video via Veo 3.1. I got an error message ("Something went wrong. Please try again later."), but it still deducted 400 credits from my account. Please help!

Just as the title says. I started a free trial, but can't see this in the plans section. Now I can't cancel my free trial, nor generate or change images. Any help would be appreciated. 

Hello,Like several other users, I’m posting regarding the Firefly “unlimited generations until January 15” promotion. I also received an in-app message stating that I could enjoy unlimited Firefly generations until Jan 15, however this promo ended for me on Dec 14th (screenshot attached).I read a post confirming that the other user has had this offer reactivated after bringing up the issue with Adobe so I'm posting here so that my access can be restored like was done with them. Much like this other user who had their access restored, I am an EU consumer and am protected by the same EU Consumer Protection Laws that motivated restoring their access to the generation features that were promised/advertised.  I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution consistent with how this matter has been addressed for other users. Thank you for your help.

For an unknown reason, content controls are blocking Firefly editing an image for all images taken using my phone's camera. I am unable to find any settings to remove/not add content control (Android 12). Although any images taken are obviously mine regarding copyright, I'm stumped on how to move forward.

he intentando diferentes generaciones de video y recibo el mismo mensaje de "no se puede cargar, no podemos mostrar en video generado" usando SORA 2 y VEO 3 turbo, diferentes imagenes y prompts, nada inapropiado.

I keep getting that error when I try to generate a video using frames with any of the models other than Firefly Video. On the other hand, when I try to generate it with Firefly Video, it creates a completely basic vector video with very strange movements, ignoring the initial and final frames I loaded in the frames section (which are real photos).

I think the creation of images is very far from what Midjourney is able to provide. I have tried all AI engines in Firefly, I am not able to use anything because the results are very low quality, doesn't understand concepts like DOF, particles, bokeh, etc.. anything from what I have tried for 2 hours on Firefly is less than what MJ delivered 2 years ago.. and today I was able to create the same thing, in a proper way, in a single iteration with MJ (1-3 minutes). I think you should develop this AI generation much more before asking a price for credits.

Firefly (current web version as of 12/6/2025)Windows 11Firefox and Chrome When using text to image in firefly,if you use a composition image or an image for styles,and then you remove the image,it continues to use the image. Expected: If no compositon image is in the prompt then no composition image should be used. Actual: Firefly thinks we're still using the ref image for composition and styles. I suspect you're having trouble with this bug. Here is a repro that may help you figure it out. Do the same sort of thing for styles to see it there: 1. Select the ref image shown in the screenshot as the composition image2. Using the prompt "a woman captured in a contemplative pose" and run it3. Unselect the composition image in the prompt4. Notice it's still selected in the gallery5. Run the prompt again6. Notice it's still using the composition image even though it's not part of the prompt7. Unselect the composition image in the gallery8. Run the prompt again9. Noti
