I want to access any model and generate images using Adobe Firefly, but I can't use it because an error keeps popping up when I'm supposed to view the image. Your partners can use it on sites other than Firefly, but Firefly gives an error. If this error persists after December 1st when using credit, it indicates that your system isn't worthy of the fees we've paid. I'm wondering if you have any advice on this, or if I'll need to purchase another AI. I'd like to hear more.

I am using this system for the first time and I created a video an images but now it will not create. It keep sending me to reply to topics from other indidvuals.  Help please !!!

I have tried three times to generate a video using Adobe Firefly, and each time the generation never completes, but I still see credits deducted.

Hi,are Firefly's partner models (Nano Banana, Ray, Sora etc.) available for commercial use or do they come with any restrictions? I need to make footage for a video clip, and while the Firefly built-in 'commercially safe' models are good at generating images, they don't seem to be as versatile when it comes to merging multiple reference images into one output: so I was planning to use the 'commercially safe' Adobe models for creating the assets and then animate them in Nano Banana, Ray or Sora ...Thank you

I am trying to create a video where a wiseman (image attached) and a young lady (image attached) approach and sit on a beach (beach scene attached) watching the sunset. The young lady turns to the wiseman and asks "What makes someone truly powerful?". The wiseman replies "A person who has control over their mind." The young lady then asks "And what does that control lead to?". the wiseman responds "The ability to realize their full potential." How do I do this in Firefly? I have tried  a few things but cannot get it to work. The closest I got was in the video attached but i did not use my images. Video is attached.Cheers Geoff

I've been trying to generate a video using a photo as  one frame for about an hour now. I have tried using different photos. It keeps saying something went wrong, please try again later. I would like to use my 790 credits before it resets in 3 hours. Are you just getting overloaded with other customers doing the same?

hola, estuve descargando archivos y me quedaron dos pensando y no se me genero ningun video ... te mando pantallazos.  Que hago en esos casos...  Tienen mas de 40 minutos

I keep getting errors when I try out the Image to Video Ai tool on veo3.1 and other models.No explanation what is wrong, I think my images are acceptable formats 1080 jpeg and png, and content (family photo), I have a short description of what i want to happen in the video, I have credits.  "Something went wrong please try again later"

ive created 2 videos now and nothing shows up, it says edit to show video but nothing. i clicked on the videos and now both are gone

Hi, I just logged into Adobe Firefly a few days ago. It offered me a service where you could insert audio, which would then generate a video from the audio, synchronized with the spoken words. I can't find this tool anymore. You could also choose the background, the speaker's name, the title, etc. Can anyone help me with the name of this tool and where to find it? Thanks.

I am trying to transform one of my garments into my apparel logo. I tried using the video option on firefly by the result wasn't clean. Is there another way? In addition, I noticed that none of my PC video viewers don't play the result very well. Is there another viewer that y'all use?
