How do I edit a Checklist that was added to a Course. I need to change the Pass Criteia but it is grayed out when I go back into the Checklist. 

Please tell me where my modules went. I cannot find any courses om my Captivate Prime, how can I fix? Thank you

Folks:New user, having some difficulties getting buy-in for our eLearning on Captivate (authoring) and Captivate Prime (LMS). Can anyone share an example of a course you are proud of that fits this criteria? My management is asking to "prove" that this combination works, and they do not generally believe marketing white papers or stuff on a product website. They want a "real-world" example. I can sign an NDA, work through whatever restrictions you may want to have, but basically I would like to see what we can show our management in terms of the quality of the courses we plan to develop. We are VERY concerned about a new security vulnerability that just arised regarding to new zero-day in the Log4j Java library that is already being exploited, we are concerned because we don't know if Adobe Captivate Prime is affected by this vulnerability and our customer's files may be compromised. How will the items be viewed by the learner on their homepage? Once you have uploaded content can you change the order that they appear for the learner or do we need to take this into consideration as we upload multiple pieces the order in which they are to appear.

(posted in both CP and ACP communities; Adobe rep said the comment did not belong in CP, as if the product producing the eLearning and the actual LMS host were somehow not related--this continues to illustrate some serious difficulties I have respecting this platform--both CP and ACP). I went out on a limb recommending Captivate (latest rev) and Captivate Prime as a eLearning solution. Absolutely stunned to find that a 6-year old program has "disappearing" slide navigation, and the recommendation is to render the file as a SWF format--on a Captivate Prime server. Other issues with font retention, substitution, lots of twerks and bugs to iron out, a 12-step checklist of things you have to tweak before you post to Prime. Really stunned that this product is in the Adobe product line, or that it is apparently cared for as poorly. We are trying to get help on these matters, but a 3-month job has now run into 6 months and my management is wondering why we did not go with and independent

Hello dear Captivate Prime Community,we have a problem concerning the deadlines for a learning activity. We set a deadline in the instance and activated the reminder 2 days prior. Sadly the reminder we got per mail was completly wrong. The deadline was incorrect. In the mail it said the deadline is today (actually it was three days till deadline) and the user has one day left (with doesnt make sense with any of the "deadlines"). Do you know what the problem is?And at what time of day are the emails send? Is it possible to change? What is the logic behind the reminders?  Thank you!

I am about a week into ACP. I develop all my module in Captivate and upload them to ACP.The first couple of days the navigation on the bottom worked well as did the table of content on the lower left. Today, the controls now do nothing.Help! Rick

Is there any way to change what language pops of first when creating a course?Seems like the default in English either way, when I add another language to the course in the content libraby, I'm not able re-arrange the languages in any way - or is there a work around? I know I can have the learner change their language in their profile (however, doesen't seem to change wich language pops up first in the course). And I knows they can also change it in the player, however with majority of learners not having English as their first language, most of them have to change every time. 

Tech support is asking me to upload my course to scorm cloud. How do I do that and what is a scorm?  Is that the lizard creature on star trek?

Hi, I have a user who put the wrong email address in when he registered (his personal email, not his business email that his account was set up with) - we don't seem to be able to undo this so he can log in with his business address.  I've tried deleting his account and adding him again, but obviously all his details are the same so it picks up his original account.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi All,I'm a bit new to Prime so I appreciate any light you can shed here. I have made a bunch of learning projects in Captivate in 1920x1080 aspect ratio because I wanted my HD slides and videos to be in HD. I published them to my Prime account and when I access them on my mobile device, everything looks great. When I view them on my desktop, everything is HUGE and not adjusted for the size of my browser, but is instead clipped (see attached pictures).   I assume the issue is in Prime, because that's the application displaying the learning material based on the browser and device information of the learner. So, can someone help me determine where I need to adjust my settings so students on desktops get the same experience as those on mobile devices? Thanks!

Hi all - When I try to upload a simple .vtt file to add subtitles for a video in my content library, I am always met with a an error that says "Captions file for content __________ failed to be created. Reason: An Internal Error has occured." This has been happening for the past few days. Any help or advice? Thanks!

My reports (specifically in Learning Summary) are limited to 3 Date Range options:Nov 1, 2021 to todayAug 1, 2021 to Oct 31, 2021Nov 1, 2020 to Oct 31, 2021 How can I extend the date range or add more options?  

Good Morning, We've been experiencing an issue with Captivate Prime since last week and are still waiting on support to respond with a solution, so I wanted to pick everyone's brains to see if anyone else is running into this issue. Basically, Captivate Prime is failing to process any SCORM or xAPI file from Captivate that contains a slide video with or without overlays. I've been able to replicated this several times now, publishing a single slide video course to computer and uploading as well as publishing directly to Prime from Captivate. All end in Processing Failed error (internal error). Videos in the projects are 2-5mins in length and all mp4s. I've had longer ones in the past with no problems, so size should not be the issue as these all fall below 15mb in size. I was able to confirm the projects work on SCORM Cloud, so it has to be within Prime I would assume. Anyone else experiencing or have experienced this issue in Prime?

I have an old adobe cloud account under the student email of [Email removed by moderator] I have recently been trying to access that account, but to no avail - despite still knowing my passowrd for the account. Adobe repeatedly tries sending a verification code to verify my log in for the account. The problem is that:1. [Email removed by moderator] is an old school email account that has recently been disabled by my school after I graduated last year.  2. My handphone number tied to that account [Number removed by moderator] is no longer being used.   I hence, am unable to verify my login into the account and am essentially locked out of it.    I urgently need to check into that account as I've realised that a fee of S$166.92 has recently been deducted from my bank account by Adobe, and want to ensure whether it could have auto-deducted from the account.    I would appreciate if Adobe is able to provide a manned, non-AI helpline/email I can contact to

We have several certfications set up for our employees. Most need to be completed every two years. It looks like when someone takes a course prior to the expiration date, the system does not record their completion or recertification for the next years. Ex: An employee's Workplace Safey Course is set to expire on November 2, 2021. She took the course on October 12, 2021 and Captivate Prime is still showing her last completion date of November 2, 2019 and expiration on Nov 2, 2021. Are learners able to renew their certifications before the expire or do they have to become deliquent or out of compliance before they can re-take the course and re-certify? Are we missing a setting?Thanks!
