XD用着会出现错误弹窗，提示出现错误，请关闭并重新启动XD，然后尝试打开文档。可我关闭了还会这样，卸载重装很多次也这样，请问有解决办法吗？

Hi guys, Why does the color of any photo (PNG and JPEG) change after import? The colors are brighter and the saturation is more intense. This problem doesn't appear on Figma, for example. Is there any possible way to turn this off? Thank you in advance!

I'm new to UI/UX design, and I'm trying to figure out why the full movie poster on the right can't seem to properly, cleanly, fit into the rectangle when I try to drag and drop. I've been Googling for multiple hours, and I can't seem to find a proper answer. I assume it has something to do with aspect ratios, but when I tried adjusting the poster in Canva to a 'Landscape', it still couldn't fit inside the rectangle without some aspects being cropped or the image quality looking atrocious. Would love for some support 🙂

Can someone please tell me why, if I seup an artboard at a digital banner size, say 640px wide the shared link created is scaling the page down, even if it's set to 100%? I need to display this at the correct dimension if possible. thanks  

I can´t open my XD and i can see that problem have been going on for a while now. When can we expect to use the program?

Hi,I'm a Coursera studient that have a 9 months code for the use of Adobe Xd. I introduced it into the system but in the Creative Cloud Desktop home page it appears a message saying "Xd" "7 days remaining" "Buy now". Do you know how can I solve it?

Worked with the free version of XD. Now I need to update this version and use the trial again. But I already did that. Can't I just update XD without being kicked from the app?

Here I am yet again ranting.I'm absolutely sick of restarting, quitting, reinstalling, updating... on an ongoing basis just to see if XD will behave as it should. Not ONE day goes by without encountering some annoying bug that destroys my productivity and sends me off into a trouble-shooting journey that often ends up in despair.The latest one: XD freezing every 5 mins for no apparent reason. Why has this state of affairs been normalised? The number of things that are wrong with XD is UNACCEPTABLE by any standard. It feels like using an alpha version of software made by a bunch of school kids. And it's getting worse every day. Old bugs never get fixed and new ones thrive in the eco-system of relentless updates that only serve to waste the user's time. Let's not forget the User Voice... a place where one has to go and request BASIC features in the hope that the Adobe lottery will act on it. Bulleted lists anyone?

Hi, Is it possible to see the vertical and horizontal between two items? I normally select two items in sketch and it displays it a window.  If not how would I place the two items exactly 10px apart like the way sketch does? Thanks

Hi. I've been looking for a tool that allows me to create interactive slides for my clients. For example, they press a button, and the video plays along. After watching some XD videos, I believe you can do interactive slides with the app, but I am unsure how it is on my client's end. I want to deliver a file they can interact with and reproduce without being XD users, like a viewer with interaction. Is this possible in XD? How do you usually share material with someone who needs to use interactivity to present?  Thank you 

I've been an XD user since Project Comet, at the time it was a great tool. The introduction of plug ins expaneded on XD's capabilities, but many of the plug-ins are now unsupported or broken, leaving many of us with a bad user experience and an unpredictable tool set for XD. I can only assume the amount of plug-ins will shrink as development of XD slows. Is it time to move to Figma? Is Figma's experience similar?

Zoom control not working with any of these methods:Keyboard shortcuts (⌘+/⌘-) ...(though the 'View' menu does highlight as usual when the keys are pressed)Through the menu (Veiw>Zoom in, Veiw>Zoom out, Veiw>Zoom 100%, Veiw>Zoom 200%)Zoom tool (using Mouse click or alt+mouse click)These methods DO work:Through the menu (Veiw>Zoom to selection, Veiw>Zoom to fit all)Zoom tool (using drag area or alt+drag area)Mouse scroll wheel + alt keyThough strangley, all methods sometimes start to work randomly after a few hours work?⌘ key seems to work fine at all times for any other shortcut operation (eg copy/paste)

Hello, I am unable to install plugins on Adobe XD because the option simply doesn't exist, as seen on the screenshot. I have tried everything I found online, in vain (signing out of CC and XD, killing all Adobe related processes, rebooting...)Thank you for your help.  

J'ai fais une maquette XD au cours il y a une semaine et depuis elle n'est toujours pas synchronisée au creative cloud, il est affiché " En attente de synchronisation ". Cela m'embête car j'ai besoin de partager ma maquette. J'ai vérifié mes paramètres et la synchronisation automatique est activée et notée comma à jour.Donc comment faire en sorte que mes documents s'enregistrent sur mon Cloud ? Merci d'avance pour l'aide !

I'm unable to open my file. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the XD but I still don't recover it. Please help because this is a crucial project that I need to continue working on it.   

Is it possible to drop an SVG icon (drawing) on to a shape the same way we can do with images (PNG, JPG, …) ? I have a component with a square placeholder in which I would like to drop a different SVG icon for each instance.

Windows: 10.019044 / Dell x64XD 55.0.12.9 When XD is working I do not have any properties for objects (as in no Font info etc. on the properties pane)Crashing constantly.Did full removal of XD / tmp files / reinstall - eveything listed here - https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.htmlIt is still happening and no properties etc. for objects, just Appearance properties.

Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm inexperienced with XD and have not been able to find any answers to this- I'm trying to export a file from Photoshop into XD, but whenever I try, it's missing multiple elements, such as the background. When I look at the artboard layers, it says they're in the XD document, but they still aren't visible. I've tried toggling visibility and turning it off, but it doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I'm doing wrong? My only guess is that it has too many layers (it has 60+). I've attached pictures below of what the document looks like after I exported it, and also how it looks when I click the "play" button- you can see that the background is missing and much more 😞

Hello.   I am trying to design a mobile app using Adobe XD. As with most mobile apps, it will have a bottom tab bar with 4-5 tabs that I would like to press to be able to navigate around. It seems a bit arduous to have to copy this tab bar to every single screen I create in Adobe XD, and would like to utilize a single tab bar that is prototyped to go to it's appropriate destination, and apply it to all my screens at once. I can't find anything that's obvious in XD regarding how to do this, and my google searchings turn up nothing.   Is something like this possible?

I couldn't use Adobe xd since two weeks ago, and when I opened it, it told me I was logged out and forced to quit. The creative cloud library also failed to connect. But my other adobe software works fine.Hoping for help.

After the prototype is created, how do i make it a real app?Is this program just for prototypes, if so this is a waste of time..PLEASE HELP LOL
