I have a project with a lot of art boards. They have the size of 1280x1024. When I preview these after the latest update (0.5.4.51) I only see half of the window. I would like to have the ability to change the size of the preview window.

Hi All, May be I am doing this wrong but I have purchase Material UI kit for adobe xd and have a zip file. I want to upload the kit to my adobe xd but the "Get UI kit" from adobe xd windows version takes me directly to adobe help page: https://www.adobe.com/go/xd_ui_kits_moreHow to load this zip file to my adobe library and use it ?

What I would like to do is this:To have a fully interactive interface (something one could easily pull off in Adobe XD); an interactive offline web-page could potentially serve the same purpose, in order to showcase my high quality 4K work for potential clients OFFLINE. It would be something like an interactive video gallery where clients could go through different categories of work on an offline laptop: longer films, shorter films, snippets and extra material would be in different categories (all files stored locally), and the interface has visual elements from my company's name. In terms of design this is possible both in XD and in Dreamweaver. However, the problem arises when I'm not able to embed or link to local files of this size. Initially I tried solving my issue with the Anima plugin for XD, but this only supports Mp4, and it needs to be uploaded to an online server to work. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to share my XD cloud documents, in an organized way, to my coworkers.I have tons of XD documents that I've now organized using the XD cloud documents folder feature. The problem is, while I can share individual files, I can't give my coworkers the organization of folders that I have.Questions:1. Should I be able to do this?2. If I can't, are they able to organize their "shared with you" files into folders?3. If I can't share my XD cloud documents folder, is there some way to put that folder into the synced files? Will this disrupt any of our work/prototype links?Thank you for the help

Newbie here. I'm creating a prototype for a website and am building a header with 3 states. Each state will reveal a unique color, image, text message. Initially functioned fine, however I recently changed the background color (simple rectangle shape) and image in the second state, however when I preview in prototype, the old color and image is still visible in the brief transition between the modified state and the next state, for a nanosecond. I'm modifying the original component, so I don't believe that's the issue. In Design mode, when I select each state, there's no sign of the old color and image, and there is no indication in the layer panel of the old color and image. Yet it must remain somewhere in a down state or a transition that I can't access. Could someone please help me find where the old color and image are coming in? Maybe help me access where this is coming from? Thank you so much in advance! I have copied this component into a new file I can share if needed.

I appreciate having some preset artboard sizes, but the ones shown for mobile devices do not reflect the most commonly used models or screen sizes. The prestige devices shown just aren't representative of the devices in people's hands. For example, most common resolution reported by BrowserStack is 360x800 (8.5%), with over a quarter of device resolutions coming at or under that width. Providing the most common resolutions for artboard presets would align with some a core values of experience design - knowing our users. Keeping these up to date would also be a great opportunity for Adobe to flex the analytics capabilities of Experience Cloud and provide a point of integration with Creative Cloud. This would just be super useful.So... can we get artboard presets that align with screen sizes on which our designs will appear most often?

The message reads: "There was an error opening the file (Error code: 88). This is not a valid XD document." I've tried updating XD and is now verson 24.0.22.19 and my file was saved in my computer. Hello community!  Is anyone experiencing the same issue as I do? The titles in the library section are cut off and are hardly readable. Do you know how to fix this? My app is up to date. Thanks a lot!

Bonjour,Tout est dans le titre, lorsque je fais exporter mes pages adobe XD en pdf tous mes textes se transforme en symbole.. je ne sais pas trop comment régler ce problème, j'image que le souci vient de la typo..Mon collègue et moi sommes sur PC et on a tout les deux le même problème mais une autre collègue qui fonctionne sur Mac n'a pas ce problème là, ça s'exporte correctement pour elle. Etrange non ?

I have tried for over 2 weeks to get XD to start - but all I get is the start up screen with the logo - and it just stays that way. I have had the head of tech in our company, a real geek, to try and solve this using various admin and command promt related ways to try and solve this. He has given up. The problem remains.Tried this:- Uninstall and install many times. Both in safe mode and with restarts.- Changed graphics drivers several times- Various command promt related - Tried almost every single thing we could find online - none of them worked- All other programs work just fine with my machine   Please help.Also where do you get a Adobe ticket to the problem - do they give such support?MY RIG WIN 10 64Regards Jonas    <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello, We have a 9 XD licenses in our office, from which we will keep only once licence and 8 licence will be expire soon. We have a 50+ XD project files with different owners. So, in that case what would be the best practise to save our all the files under one licence of XD file which we are going to retain ? Just an assumptions:Does automatic only one license's member will become the owner of all the XD files ? if rest 8 license (Owner of the the XD files) we are removing it ? Please help us asap and awaiting for your quick responce! Thanks & Regards,Keval Vora. 

Unser Design-Team kann momentan nicht an unseren XD-Dateien arbeiten. Nach dem Öffnen der Dateien wird versucht eine Verbindung herzustellen, was offensichtlich nicht möglich ist, da sich der Ladekreis schon seit vielen Minuten im Kreise dreht aber nichts passiert... Beim Abbrechen des Vorgangs kann ich die Optionen im darauf folgenden Dialog nicht richtig lesen, da der Dialog falsch angezeigt wird. Auch die Datei zu schließen und erneut zu öffnen und weitere Versuche das Problem selbst zu beheben haben nicht geholfen. Wir verwenden die Version 55.2.12 und gemeinsame Cloud-Dateien.Ich hoffe auf schnelle Hilfe, denn so ist es uns leider aktuell nicht möglich zu arbeiten.

Adobe XD 51.0.12 not working on macOS 13.0 Ventura. The App refuses to start. No error message visible.

So I'm trying to access the plugins menu in XD, and for whatever reason when I hover over the plugins button, the plugins menu moves up out of the screen, instead of dropping down like a menu is supposed to do, Oddly enough only the plugins menu does this. Any idea why this is happening?  

I have never experienced an issue with any adobe app. But I've tried to paste elements and vectors from ai to XD and is not working. I already tried to uninstall and install XD, installed older versions and it's keep happening the same 😕😕 .    My system is windows 10, Nvidia Geoforce RTX, i7.   <Title renamed by moderator>    

Hallo zusammen,  ich bin Studentin und soll für ein Projekt einen funktionierenden Prototypen erstellen. In meinem Prototypen möchte ich einen Kontakt erstellen. Dafür brauche ich allerdings einen Plug In mit funktionierender Tastatur. Leider weiß ich nicht, wie ich mein Vorhaben in die Tat umsetzen kann und finde auch nirgendwo im Internet eine Anleitung. Has anyone been experiencing issues the last week with Adobe, and I mean the full suite. We've had issues with fonts not syncing, Photoshop review not working at all, days where windows review works, but mac reviews not. Mobile app not displaying your current design youre working on but stuck on old prototypes. Latest is my artboards froze, cant type or select anything but can interact with the task bar and tools selecting them then having your program close by itself and losing an entire days work.    I feel like im losing my mind with Adobe just being incredibly unreliable.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hey there!I am currently trying to run some tests of a desktop website I made.I created an arboad containing only a welcome animation and an "Enter" button. When the viewers click on enter it then sends them to the homepage.However I got feedback from Mac users saying that the welcome animation isn't playing or responding.On Windows however the video plays as it should.Does anyone know why this might be and how to fix it?Thanks!

Don't know if the title is explaining it well enough.But I am new to XD so I could be missing something.Basically, I am trying to dim the Background of the main page.So I create a box, turned it into a component, and put it on the bottom of the page.My Idea is to make it switch into a big black block when I hover over it.But it will only scale from the top point, not the bottom.Is there a way to move the anchor point like in after effects?Thank you anyone who can help.Cheer,Ben

So following the instructions on how to create a mask shape and introduce an image... all straightforward. Problem occurs when i export to pdf the image within the mask increases to a ridiculous size within the mask shape. What am i doing wrong? The original image/shape in XD is perfect - i've tried different work arounds and it only haooens when i use a mask. pics attached ThxW

Today, I tried launching XD and all I get is the adobe xd logo screen that stays open for about 60 seconds before closing.I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.Any ideas? Running Windows 10 Home.
