How do i fix this?
We recorded a session where two individuals shared their screens. On the recording, at the point of hand off, the screen goes black. The audio continues and you can see the cursor moving as the speaker clicks on things on their screen but the screen is completely black. However - and this is realy weird - if you pause playback and then continue (hit pause, then hit play), the screen share suddenly appears as if nothing was wrong. It happens every time you replay it, it will be black until you pause and hit play, then suddenly it works fine. Any ideas what we can do to fix this?
Since the most recent update, I've noticed that disconnections happen on the client's end when a co-host's video appears during the streaming session.
I don't understand why there isn't a separate forum for Adobe Presenter! I've been told that Presenter-related posts should be put in the Adobe Connect forum, but I fail to understand why, when the two products are only related insofar as the Connect server is one place you can publish a Presenter module to. (But, that's true of Captivate, and Captivate has its own forum...). I posted a question to this forum looking for ANY Presenter users who are still able to use Presenter fine to create presentations with audio in them since the death of Flash and haven't gotten a single response, which either means that no one is still able to use it successfully (in which case I would have expected at least one or two "me too" comments) or that most folks don't know to look in the Connect forum (because why would they?). Hello.I'm investigating Chromebooks and wonder if anyone has any comments about using Adobe Connect on Chromebooks?I can make some assumptions about how they perform:no Connect addin, so as a result;no screenshareOtherwise, I would expect Connect to run just like it would do in Chrome on a PC or Mac for both Hosting and participation. Hello! The level slider is almost useless because the volume works in log scale, and the slider operates in linear scale. I also think it would be a good idea to link arrows keys in keyboard to -15 and +15 seconds button.
I have had a HUGE number of issues with Adobe Presenter since the beginning of the year, when publishing output to HTML5 -- everything from distorted text to problems with animations, etc. I've managed to fix most of my issues one way or another, but the one I can't seem to beat is the "Buffering..." issue that occurs if my presentation has audio in it. When opening a published course, whether at the beginning or at a later slide via bookmarking after leaving a presentation in the middle and resuming, I get a "Buffering..." message which never resolves. It's not actually buffering though, because, if I go to the next slide the audio plays fine and, if I then go back to the slide I first accessed, it will play fine, too. I've tried a number of things to try to "fake it out" -- such as putting a slide with no audio first, which then transitions to first slide with audio -- but it doesn't help. I've spent countless hours with Adobe tech support, but to no avail. At this po
I need to publish some courses in pdf format. I don't need the quiz but I need the slides, animations and audio to play in pdf. I used to be able to publish in pdf but it doesn't work if the pptx has flash. Is there a program that will remove flash and allow me to publish in pdf?
Does anyone else consistently have audio and video lag issues. We began using Connect last March when we halted travel. We host 6-15 new associates each week for Training.The host (myself) and presenter are each working on an ethernet feed from home. The associates are all in their city-together in a meeting room using mobile hot-spots or the hotel meeting wifi.When we started with Adobe connect in March it worked well...no problems. But since the first big update back in September, I believe, every single week we stumble through class with choppy audio and lagging videos. I drop and regain network connection as do the presenters and sometimes the participants. It's taken me this long to exhaust all troubleshooting efforts...except for this community. I don't see any other people posting about this consistent issue, so is it just our group? We are using normal systems, both ethernet & wifi connections and have never had more than 25 people in the room. How can it be that every
Good morning, I have a big problem, I have been trying to enter adobe connect for more than a week, I have spoken with a lot of people but nobody gives me a solution, when I enter the password it gives me an error and when I click on remember password it does not return the message mail with the new one, please I need a solution since we have to give courses and we cannot enter. From a client:The instructors will take a still/paused picture using the video pod to display during the meeting. Since the update we have been noticing they will take a great still shot looking front and center that the coordinator and participants can see. Then a few minutes later the image will change to a still of maybe a few seconds before or after the original image was taken for some participants and coordinators view. The instructor still sees the original good image and has not retaken the photo. The image the coordinators and participants see is not always the best image, the instructor may be looking away or may have their head turned. We tried retaking the photo and it does the same thing. Why is this happening and is there a way to make it stop? Anyone else having this issue? Is this new since the latest release?
Last week I could screenshare onenote but this week it doesn't appear in the choices to select even though it is clearly open. Is anyone else having this issue and I am wondering if an update has changed some settings. Appreciate any ideas on solving this.

Many of my participants have had issues with getting their webcams to connect. I had the issue today, and would like to see if anybody has any thoughts on why this might happen, and how to fix it. Context - I was in the Adobe Web Browser. Camera worked. Then I switched to the App. Camera did not connect, and Adobe Connect said there was a malfunction. Is anybody else having issues with Adobe Connect this morning? I'm on NA11 (and on hold with help). Can't get into meetings or into the web page. Any suggestions? (Other than moving to Zoom).
I have a recorded session that is approximately an hour long. The audio was fine during the meeting and it starts out just fine during the recording, but is lost about halfway through. Is there a way to recover the audio for the rest of the meeting? The audio was through our Intercall phone bridge and I know that it was working with no issues during the live webinar.
Hi there, My company is setting up some workshop events and the "Register Without Password" box is unchecked for these events, so the Password field currently appears on the preview registration page. My questions are: Are registrants creating passwords that are specific to entry for this particular event? Or are they actually creating Adobe Connect accounts associated with their email addresses, and inputting the password for their new account when registering for this event?What are registrants' options if they forget their password between registering for the event and the live event (which is over 1 month away)? When they click on their email link the day of and have to log in, will they have a quick troubleshooting option if they've lost or forgotten their password?Can the "Register Without Password" selection be undone? Presenter tab no longer shows in the PPT. Tried every fix listed on adobe and still will not show in the PPT.we are running win 10 with office 2016 plus and yes we know that presenter 11 was not supported on this office version but has been working until recently.

1 )To use this application in chrome you need to enable extra features in Adobe Flash. Would you like to enable the now? 2)Couldn't write the application to the hard disk. Please verify the hard disk is available and try again.
Hi, All. Overall - I think the quality of the audio was better this morning.... but I've had frequent system disconnects and very choppy audio starting at about 1pm ET today. Anybody else experience system outages or voice/audio choppiness issies? I thought that's what 11.2.1 was supposed to fix.
