Hi, I have a subscription to Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1TB and I am being billed for that monthly on the 10th of each month. (order number: ADB094559038BE)But for a year now, I am also being billed €18.14 and I can't figure out why that is. This started in June 2020, so that's already €145.12 that was billed unaccounted. I included a screenshot of paypal that tells me money was billed and a screenshot of my Adobe invoice and billing history, to show that these two payments are not related. Thank you for your attention.Kind regards

Hello  I requested my account not renew, but I received an email that my account has been suspended for non payment. When i check in my account it says i cancelled my plan.What email can i send my grievance to adobe support?Thank you, Sergio

Unfortunately, I had two subscriptions at once I tried to cancel both of them. I wantboth of them canceled And I don't understand why I had to subscription linked to the same email.

My previous annual Lightroom plan expired on the 6th of July 2025. I need to repurchase illustrator on a month-by-month plan, but it keeps saying "purchase unsupported" and is prompting me that I already own Illustror when I do not anymore. This is urgent. Please help

Hello. How can I cancel my old subscription plan? The problem is that the system cannot find my old subscription, and I don't remember it either. Or can I somehow transfer it to a new account? Because now I am paying for a plan that I am not receiving. 😞

I made a portfolio for my work and was using it for the past one year under my school. After I graduated, the subscription got cancelled and Adobe Portfolio also deleted my portfolio. I want to get access to the same one after payment renew. Is there a way to do it?

Hi, I just looked at my creative cloud subscription and saw that the monthly price increased by 68%.  How is this fair?  I'm just a hobbiest photographer who has been paying for CC for years with almost no use, and now having to pay significantly more.  Prices are going up everywhere, but not at 68%. I certainly didn't get a 68% increase in my pay.  It's just disgusting what you have done.  Shame on you Adobe.  If you're the sort of company that is willing to bleed people, then I'm no longer willing to support your organisation.   Subscription has been cancelled.  I know my complaint will fall on deaf ears, but if everyone did the same thing, then maybe you'd get the message. Regards,Sijmen.

So i got a subscription, i was sure i deleted it, but when i got money yesterday, it auto payed for the subscription.. and ive barely touched this app, like ive used it once, and i want to get the money back, Thanks in advance to any help.

I want to remove my VAT ID. Whenever I delete it from my billing method it keeps reappearing. I do not know if I should change my plan (so that the price perhaps readjust without the VAT ID) but I also don't know why it is so difficult to find a direct way to contact with someone in the support group. I cannot find a way to chat. I am using Adobe for years and I feel so bad not finding a solution in that simple issue. I am feeling helpless. If anyone knows please help. Thank you

United States/Canada: 1-855-650-7555, This number is a fake number that comes up when doing google search for Adobe billing customer service. Automated service answers and says that you have been choose to receive $100 in Adobe bucks for future purchases and instructs you to dial 1 for the next operator. From there they ask your name and bank account information to find transactions that you are questioning. I didn't even question it until they hung up on me and I called back and told the next operator what had happened and she then started to offer me some weird deal and I called her out on it and she hung up. 

Hi,  I've been using lightroom for over a year now, and my credit card expired on 1 Aug, and I resubscribed with a new card on 3 Aug but my lightroom app does not recognize the new subscription. I have not been able to access any premium features and my work is severely impacted. I have been accessing Adobe support since 3 Aug, as well as Samsung support, talking to agents and on the phone for HOURS and no one can seem to help. Adobe says Samsung needs to fix it, and Samsung says Adobe needs to fix it. This is super frustrating and the money is off my account but Adobe can't seem to find the purchase and Samsung has no involvement in refunds of third party apps.  If there is anyone that can assist that isn't just reading off a script, that would be appreciated.  

Hi all, I hope this is the right place. I'm sure I haven't posted here before. Anyway, a long time ago I had a subscription to the Photography lan, that ended, I didn't renew, but now I have started the Lightroom 1TB plan. My question is, under the "Essential on your plan" area, one thing there is Photoshop express. It gives me the option to add to mobile, but when i do I don't have access to premium features. I'm guessing then that though it's there and offers me the download, it's not actually part of my plan, but a restricted app purely for upsell? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I am using cloud based LightroomToday I renewed my monthly subscription to Lightroom using Apple, which has verified the subscription is indeed active and I have been charged, however when I log into Lightroom or Adobe Creative Cloud it says my subscription has expired. I have logged out and back in multiple times across multiple devices, but to no avail. I need Lightroom for work. Any help would be appreciated.

I renewed my CC plan on June 15th. I purchased a new plan, but I haven't been able to manage my plan for a month. It said I'd be able to manage my plan soon. But now, even though I've received payment, it says there's a billing issue. No matter how many payment methods I enter, the problem persists. This is a very serious problem, and I can't find anyone who can help me resolve it.

I have another adobe account under the email [Personal information removed by moderator.] but that email address is defunct. I previously canceled my subscription on that adobe account (since the email no longer worked) but this month my credit card was charged again. I've forgotten the password to that adobe account so I can't log in to see what happened. Is there any way for me to cancel the subscription on that account and delete that account completely, since the email isn't working? Thank you!
