I had to log in, then it wasn't obvious how to uninstall. I looked forever, turns out it uninstalled after logging, but this is infuriating and a waste of time. DO BETTER ADOBE, STICK WITH STANDARD UNINSTALLS AND DON'T USE UNINSTALL AS A MARKETING ATTEMPT. I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER ADOBE DOES THIS.
are my adobe cloud files all saved in this section here? : https://assets.adobe.com Is there any difference between cloud and creative cloud fiiles section anymore in adobe or are they merged? I can see automatically all of my files being saved in that link, but I awant to make sure I dont loose any file by mistake, meaning placed in a different section. Thank you

So I installed a few beta apps from Creative Cloud, and now—surprise!—every other beta app has packed its bags and vanished from the "Apps" tab without so much as a goodbye. Just poof, gone. The few I had already installed are still hanging around, probably out of guilt and also working well. How can I make beta apps appear again on creative cloud desktop?

hat jemand mit Mac OS 26 das gleiche Problem? Ich kann mich nichtmehr bei der Creative Cloud App anmelden. Sobald ich auf anmelden tippe lädt es ganz kurz und dann kommt die selbe Meldung wieder ( Screenshot im Anhang). habe ein neues MacBook und kann die Adobe Apps für viel Geld momentan nichtmal benutzen.
I have Creative Cloud All Apps with 100MB I can only install "Acrobat." I cannot install "Acrobat Pro." If I try to do a free trial on Acrobat Pro, it tells me that the purchase is unsupported because I already have access to Acrobat Pro... but I never see a place to install Acrobat Pro or Acrobat DC... only Acrobat. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I've logged in and out. I ran some kind of registry repair tool (or something like that). This problem is taking time away from 'important work delivery,' and I'm left feeling very frustrated. I need to flatten a document for printing, and I'm led to believe that Acrobat Pro has some flattening capability that Acrobat does not - it seems that text is still editable after I print to PDF from Acrobat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn't find on the Internet how to change the language of the Creative Cloud itself. Since the layout is poor in the native language, the letters move out.
How do I install the Creative Cloud Desktop app in another language? The default install is in the system default language. Another particularly annoying feature of Adobe is that it confuses Brazilian Portuguese with Portuguese. These languages are quite different and I always have to manually change all applications to English instead. Ideally there should be a Portuguese from Portugal (pt-pt) version available. If this is not possible, do not assume that a Portuguese system will use PT-BR by default instead. Many thanks
How can I change the language of the "Creative Cloud Desktop" application itself (not the programs like PS, Illustrator & Co)?No matter if I download the setup from the US site or not - its always installed in German (as my Windows 11 is german) and there is no option to change this obviously. I GOT INSTALLED IN SPANISH WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST AND EVEN AFTER CHANGING THE PREFERENCES TO ENGLISH, THE INTERFACE IS STILL IN SPANISH AND THE APPS INSTALLED AFTER THAT ARE STILL IN SPANISH.
I've tried all the of these solutions and still the same :- Uninstall CC and Reinstall it.- Clear OOBE files.- Clear CC files.- Trying to update it.- Using the cleaner tool.PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP !!
Hi all I have been having a lot of trouble lately with my C: drive running extremely low on space (Sometimes up to 500MB left of 118GB). After doing some digging, I found that the below folder was taking up 25GB of storage: C:\Users\Jemma\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\500C14A2610C5C9A0A495C3C_51302457610c5c99495e52.e\links Within this folder was about 6000 files, which look like all of my past Adobe Stock downloads/licences? I deleted everything in the folder, which temporarily resolved the low storage issue, but within an hour, the files self generated and I was back to no storage space again! I have set my Creative Cloud location to 😧 drive, which has a lot more storage, but this folder keeps self generating in to my C: drive. It causes my apps (even Google Chrome..) to crash daily, and I have tried everything I can think to resolve. Please if somebody can help can you send a resolution! Thank youJemma
Greetings all, I recently got my new computer system up and running a week+ ago, and updated all of my apps in my plan.At this point in time, I feel very comfortable that everything is operating properly. I am of the opinion that I could/should safely delete the old apps; Photoshop 2020, Bridge 2020, LIghtroom Classic 2020, etc since I won't be using them any longer and they are taken up disk space unnecessarily. I am curious what the general consenus is in the Adobe community. Thank you in advance for your feedback. I'll look forward to your replies. ~Angelo

Hello, I just signed up for a free trial, and downloaded the .exe file for Creative cloud, and when I double click it to install, I get a little thinking circle for half a second, then it goes away and nothing happened. I have never installed adobe products on this device before, and I've tried restarting and turning off my VPN, all with no effect on the problem.
I just installed my new Mac ( Sequoia 15.6.1) . When trying to download CC to my new Mac I get this message :"creative cloud must be transfered to a compatible version to work on this machine" I'm clicking on "transfer" and then:"The repair failed due to an error. Please download and install a new version of Creative Cloud from www.adobe.(...)"When I'm trying do download CC again it's back to the first message, and it just keeps looping betweent he two.Deleted my old mac and uninstalled the Adobe apps on it trying to solve it.Any ideas what the problem is here?
Iʻm so tired of not being able to speak to a human support person. I have a subscription to Creative Cloud for years now. Within the past several months the desktop versions quit working, they just hang or shut down. While the web versions do work they are really cumbersome to work with and force you to use their cloud storage, which I DO NOT NEED! After months of trying to get help, reinstalling programs, etc. this is the final straw, if I do not get an Adobe customer support person to contact me about these issues I have no other option but to cancel my subscription!! Unfortunate because I spent a lot of time learning the platform. However, if you look around there are a lot of options available these days and some of them are FREE. Adobe, if you do not change customers like me will be leaving in droves! To bad because this used to be a great company.
I am a new user and I cannot get rid of error code 198. sync installer will not install. I have removed every single adobe app and even used the cleaner. I also removed all apps from my iphone. I still cannot sync.. this is all in the apple ecosystem. Please help
Periodically, especially when it loads upon start up Creative Cloud produces a loud buzzer noise. Seems to do it whenever an update has been installed as well. I have a macbook pro running the lates OS. The computer does not do the buzzer noise for any other apps. Cannot find any preferences that has anything to do with that. Any ideas? Thank you.
