Questions

I was briefly excited when a scroll bar actually appeared in the list of activated fonts in Creative Cloud. Then it disappeared again. It's done this repeatedly, but never long enough to actually use it. After the outcry I was pleased to see that the new 'improved" Acrobat has its scroll bar. Should we start shouting again to get Adobe to add one to the fonts list? Not as exciting to program as AI perhaps, but certainly considerably more useful.

MfGK. Peter

Hello,I am facing an issue with the Plugins tab in my Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App. The tab is not loading, and I keep getting an error message. Here are the steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:I reinstalled the Creative Cloud app.Cleared all the cache.Deleted the OOBE folder.Added a ServiceConfig.xml file with en_US settings (this was done because the Plugins tab sometimes does not work correctly in the German language setting of Adobe Creative Cloud).Despite these actions, the problem persists. Can anyone guide me on how to fix this issue? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or steps that can help resolve the issue.Thank you in advance!

Hello, I have a Creative Cloud app on my MacBook, but I can’t click it. Nothing happens, and I can’t uninstall it either because I can’t even click it. I’ve restarted my laptop and reinstalled the same app for desktop, but that one won’t open either. Now I have a bunch of downloads for Adobe Creative Cloud, and I can’t access the programs to delete and reinstall. I don’t want to download another version and then have another download that I can’t access. If anyone can help me, that would be great. I need to access my files within Creative Cloud. If someone can help me ASAP, that would be great. Thank you very much.

I've been paying for this subscription since 2016 and have been using the apps just fine until today. The subscription re-upped yestarday but I'm not able to access any of my apps in either browser or my desktop. I navigated to "Adobe Account" from the Creative Cloud Desktop and it took me to my account home page showing my plan "Creative Cloud all Apps 100GB", has the correct payment info, shows it was just paid, shows all the apps I SHOULD have access to. I then navigate to "Access your apps and services" from that page and it shows the apps I should have access to as "free trial" or "buy". I've logged in using the same email on both browser and the app for Windows 10. I have no other accounts using any plans or free trials. I tried contacting customer service and didn't get anywhere. Has anyone else been able to resolve this?

Everytime when I download any app from creative cloud I am unable to use them. It can`t verify my subscription. Even though I pay I still can`t use it. It`s also impossible to synchronize.

Obrigada.

I'm unsure what the issue is here. I've updated everything and checked for any signs of error.

Ahora no puedo instalar NADA. PS and PS Beta open and works stand alone. But at not stable. Tried everything. Uninnstalling everything, and innstalling again. Not working at all. Howdy,This is a really sore spot for me in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. My account is cluttered with useless plugins I've tested or can't use anymore, and I have no way to GET RID OF THEM! Please, for the love of creation . . . Let me remove these! This is the short list.

Grazie! Buon lavoro

On a Mac Mini M4, Creative Cloud Desktop only gives the spinning beachball, both in the menu and if the application window opens. If the application window opens, I cannot click or select any item in the window because of the spinning beachball.I cannot uninstall the applciaction, because I cannot uninstall the Creative Cloud apps, first. I have attempted to run the repair, which completes but with no effect. Booted into Safe Mode, same problems. I need to back up my stetting for Audition at the very least, and uninstall/ reinstall Creative Cloud and its related apps. Any thoughts?

I do not want to upload to the cc cloud, but the pause feature is not available, can anyone assist? Thank you in advance

Hi, I have a question regarding my Adobe plan? Please help me. I have a paid plan with Adobe. It's a photography plan. May I know on how many computers I can use this plan? Currently, I'm using a MacBook and I have newly bought a Macmini. I need to know can I use this same plan or do I have to pay for another ? Thanks and Regards,Rasika.

I just purchased a Photoshop package.  I can't see or use the Photoshop App on my desktop unless I sign into my CC account. Do I always need to sign in to the Creative Cloud app to use Photoshop? And can I use/install my Photoshop purchase on another device? Thank you

I see that my app is missing, and now I can't add a new one without risking another synching nightmare.  How can I continue to use Creative Cloud?  I'm worried I'll have to give it up entirely now to protect my files.
