Hello,I am having an issue launching several Adobe applications on my Dell laptop. When I attempt to open InDesign, Illustrator, or Lightroom, the application briefly appears in Task Manager, but the status shows “Suspended.” The CPU stays at 0%, memory briefly goes to about 0.1 MB, and then the process disappears. The application never opens.This issue started after a recent February Adobe update. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Restarted my computer Ended Adobe background processes in Task Manager Signed out and back into Creative Cloud Uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign Attempted to reset preferences on launch None of these steps resolved the issue.Could you please advise on what may be causing these applications to fail at launch and how to fix it?Thank you.
Seriously? Adobe has to install and execute multiple node.js processes (a server side software product for building crummy bloated javascript websites) on my client machine to run the Adobe Creative Cloud (what I consider a background app)? Between these and related apps, they are consuming exorbitant amounts of memory and CPU. Do I have to run creative cloud 100% of the time? C'mon man! I just don't get it. If I can't disable creative cloud, I'll have to get rid of my photoshop plan. I would expect an app like this to take about 400KiB of ram and .0001 CPU, OR to not be required to run at all. Terrible decision to deploy this crap to the client machine. Adobe, can you help? I'm seriously considering bailing on this product.
We’re using version 6.8.1.865 (January 2026), which is the latest release as of this writing. Our vulnerability management solutions are flagging this due to NVD - CVE-2025-55130 with a critical score of 9.1 for Node.js. How can I remediate this in our environment?
Why does Adobe Crash Processor (ACP) keep running and producing lots of crash logs. I reported this about a year ago and there have been lots of updates since then but the problem still persists. I’m using the latest versions of the Cloud stuff and of LR (classic), PS, BR, and ACR. I can stop it by renaming all the instances of ACP so they can’t run, but at the next update they get replaced with no cure. Bob Frost
Hi! I use TotalAV as my antivirus and apparently it found two threats by the name of “ame.app.sv_SE.dat” that seemed to have come from Abobe (Not sure what app). It labeled the threat as a TR/SNH which I have no idea what that is yet. Could someone help me out? What does this mean exactly?

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm finding that Canva removes the background faster and better than Photoshop. I get a good high resolution transparent image that I can use in InDesign. My Photoshop images when I remove the background leave remnants and cloudy edges that never look good. There must be a plugin or something I'm missing in Photoshop to be outdone by Canva.

I updated the Creative Cloud app last week to (6.8.1.865). It shows it under “Adobe Creative Cloud”. But it also says the previous update number (6.8.1.856) below it too. Is that normal? Has it actually updated properly? Or is it a bug or issue to be fixed in a future update? Or if not, why are the numbers different? I’ve tried reinstalling the app before and it says the exact same thing.
I am plotting large numbers in a bar graph. Illustrator automatically rounds the number up and adds "e+06" to the number even with the column width set to 8 digits. How do I fix this to make it the exact number I input without the "e+06" in the cell?
Creative Cloud desktop, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat keep crashing. The Creative Cloud app randomly opens when I don’t need it and crashes. Have uninstalled CC and all apps, and re-installed but still happening. I’m trying to download Acrobat again but it is stuck. It is affecting other apps too like Chrome and Word.My laptop is brand new:HP ProbookAMD Ryzen 7 7730U16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)64-bit137 GB of 477 GB usedWindows 11 Business version 25H2, fully up-to-date per Windows updater.Had problems with it on my old laptop so was hoping that getting a new one would fix it all. I am unable to do half my job due to these issues.
I no longer have photoshop beta on the creative cloud.

Hello Adobe Support Team and Community,I'm experiencing persistent and frustrating issues with the Creative Cloud Desktop app that are blocking access to paid features of my subscription. These problems have been ongoing despite trying all the standard troubleshooting steps.Detailed issues:The app takes an extremely long time to load the Home tab — it shows "Loading Home tab..." or "It's taking longer than usual" with a spinning wheel for several minutes (sometimes 5+ minutes). Once it finally loads, the plan section displays "Plan Information Unavailable" (it often shows as if I only have a free account). Because of this, the Beta apps tab does not appear at all, so I cannot access or download beta versions (e.g., Photoshop Beta, Illustrator Beta, etc.). I also cannot install plugins for Adobe XD via the Marketplace in the app — the option is blocked or fails due to plan recognition issues.My subscription is active — I can see it normally on account.adobe.com/plans, but the desktop ap
Vaya ESTAFA!Si cancelas te penalizan con una cuantía bien alta y encima pierdes todos los créditos acumulados si NO ESTÁ ACTIVA la subscripción, aunque lleve casi un año pagando. Me parece muy INJUSTO, puesto que la cantidad anual es bien alta para todos los recursos gratuitos que hay hoy en día... Puedo necesitar el material en cualquier momento que no sea durante la subscripción y no puedo usarlo habiendo pagado mensualmente por una subscripción que se activó sola tras el mes de prueba q me ofrecian al comprar Creative Cloud? Es más, Ni siquiera te mantienen los créditos activos, si sigues pagando el suite completo de Adobe por otra subscripcion anual aparte…. Large hidden files in CRLogs folderThe path is: C:Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/CRLogs This CRLogs folder takes up 51GB of my hard drive. Inside the folder files as *.dmpWhat are those files?Is it save to delete those? Is there any official response from Adobe on this? Google isn't really turning up much of use
Each time I boot the Windows, I have a process, node.exe, from Creative Cloud Desktop, that keep my cpu at high usage, even if I didn’t opened any Adobe app, this stay for 40-60 minutes. I reset the settings to default in CC app, I uninstall and reinstall it, still same problem. Any way to fix this?specs: Windows 11, cpu 9800x3d, 64gb ddr5, latest bios for motherboard, only legit software...
The 'Remove older versions' function doesn't work. In fact, I don't know if I've ever seen it work. What I'd expect is that the 2025 version is uninstalled when the 2026 version is installed.However, this is not the case. I have auto-update enabled but now have 2025 and 2026 versions installed.The same behaviour happend with 2024/2025 versions. 2022 Macbook Pro 16" Apple M2 ProMacOS Tahoe 26.0.1Creative Cloud Desktop 6.8.0.821

Hello. I am working on a file that I haven't opened in a few months and it has broken links. When going to relink all instances of the missing files, the links panel closes and the libraries panel opens. I don’t have my file assets saved in a library, they are saved to a corporate cloud that I access on my desktop. I can’t seem to find my local files when relinking files. Has this system changed recently? Are we being forced to use Adobe libraries? Dumping 4 tb into Abobe Cloud is not an option. Thanks in advance. So i installed ACC for the first time about a week ago and i game alot on my pc,i noticed that my ping got higher than usual not in just one game (fortnite, apex, rainbow six), then i noticed that the default servers in my games have changed automatically, after trying some solutions nothing worked even going to the old servers, then i reinstalled my windows and everything is normal, my ping is fine the default servers in my games are back to normal, then i said let's download the ACC again to and lo and behold i have the freaking same problem again. Anyone had the same issue, and is there any fix for it.
How can you tell if Creative Cloud is installed but was never used looking at the machine it is installed on for a windows box only. Log file , Registry entry etc..
Hi y’all,I noticed that my cloud app is constantly sending and receiving data even with no Adobe app running.Does it means there is some data sending/receiving?Also the Adobe apps are very slow and it even affect third parties app.I did all uninstalling, cleaning and reinstalling with no better situation.Also I cut of auto notifications and updates with no results.here is my configOld but still working…Will I be required to install Tahoe??Thanks for advicesBestDidier
