Hi,I have a 345.64Mb/s download speed fibre connection, and installing apps is becoming very, very hard due to the speed of Adobe Servers.I've been trying to get Photoshop, but it is taking as long as more than two hours to get 50% done.Network is perfectly working...Thanks!  

Photoshop disappeared from my current version of the full Adobe suite.  I was using the most up to date version and when I tried installing the latest version of PS my patterns and other functioning disappeared.  I really need this fixed asap please. I did try to follow instructions from similar problem years ago but I find I cannot do it (I have a brain condition which makes some things very difficult to process).

I have a Creative Cloud Pro Individual plan that I personally purchased and pay for.My situation is:The Adobe account is my personal account. The subscription is personally paid for by me. I use my own personally owned laptop. I am the only person using the account and the software. I am an employee of a company. Sometimes I use my personal laptop and my personal Adobe account at my workplace to create commercial work for my employer.I would like to clarify two things:Does Creative Cloud Pro Individual include the right to use Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc. for commercial purposes? Can I legally use my personal Creative Cloud Pro Individual subscription on my personally owned laptop while working at my company?I am specifically asking about the licensing terms for the Individual plan, not about Adobe Teams or Enterprise plans.Is there an official Adobe document or Terms of Use that confirms this?

Where did the Home tab go in Creative Cloud? I can’t find it anymore. Has it been removed or moved somewhere else, and how can I get it back? 

As someone who has been using Adobe and photoshop since I was 15 and am now 39, I will never ever recommend this company to anyone starting out, and am hoping to find something better and never look back. I am disgusted with their corporate moves, and i really don’t think that they realize how bad things are going to be now that they’ve made so many decisions to pad their pockets short term. They’ve completely squashed the relationship they had with the most loyal consumer base they had and I’m just curious who else out there feels the same. Adobe used to be the king of kings and I loved it so so much. Now it’s a cesspool of poorly running programs and Ai garbage, while costing us all an arm and a leg to still never own it. Men are soooo bad at leadership and yet they run almost every company. Oppression is not leadership. I own 3 laptops. One is new, to replace a laptop that died. I can't install Photoshop on that one because I can only put it on 2 devices. So I get shut down when I try. I can't uninstall it from the dead device because the device is dead. I know Adobe won't help me, and that I'm going to have to pay someone to revive the dead laptop or reformat it. I'm just hoping maybe Adobe actually MIGHT help, like deactivate Photoshop in my account remotely or something, so I can download it and install on the 2 laptops that need it. So I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know if Adobe would help me? Where do I contact them? Or should I simply cancel my subscription and start over?

My computer is compatible for ae2026. How can i downgrade it? I found nothing for ae2025 or lower version.

From PS 27.10 (even beta when it was released), when a AdobeRGB image is opened, it appears like if it was a sRGB file with an assigned/forced AdobeRGB profile.. The colors appears much more saturated than before.

My high school email account was recently disabled so I lost access to all my Adobe products, which wasn’t a problem because I just signed into my college account on the Adobe website.The problem is, whenever I open up the Creative Cloud app on my laptop, the account sign in is still my high school account, rendering me unable to update, install, or open any of the Adobe software.I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything related to Adobe, as well as using the cleaner tool, but to no avail. Is there any way for me to sign out of my high school account on Creative Cloud on my laptop?

Any Ideas why my CC Desktop App is completely blurred suddenly?It sharpens suddenly in some areas when i move my mouse over buttons etc..i tried like all the available graphic settings there are - it does not change anything.Windows11 latest version, nvidia card, drivers up to date

Hello,In the creative cloud desktop, I tried to buy an app, but before the end of the process the window of the UI Helper crashed and said “has encountered a problem”.Are you working on that bug actually ? 

In the last several Creative cloud app updates,  Adobe seems keen on badgering us with their new features and products. News Flash! we already bought the product, stop trying to sell us. All the pop-ups are just a time-sucking annoyance. Maybe the software and marketing people at Adobe have lots of time to kill, but those of us paying for the product just want to use it to get our work done. There needs to be a preference setting in every CC application to turn-off current and future feature and marketing pop-ups and introductions.

I can’t find an original photo and the virtual duplicate that I created. After I clicked on “Create Virtual Copy” both the original and the virtual copy have disappeared. But the number of images in the folder indicate that they are both in there. I can’t see them. Where would I find them?

I went to do some work on Photoshop this afternoon and I no longer have Photoshop as part of my Creative Cloud package.  If I click on ‘Install Photoshop’, it’s trying to get me to pay extra. I am fully paid up for my Adobe subscription, with my last payment being made on July 28th. What’s going on?
