28 October 2023: Tried to the download the Camera Raw v16.0 update using the Creative Cloud Desktop app (Mac Sonoma). It kept switching from connected to Internet to no connection to Connected every couple of seconds.   30 October: Power cycled the 5G modem/router and Mac Studio. Same issue. Then the CC Desktop App said there was a CC Desktop App update (6.0.0.571 had been previously installed using the full installer). Tried to get this update, but it failed with repeated lies about not being connected. Checked the alternative downloads page (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html), but it still showed the older 6.0.0.571 version.   31 October: Tried to use an iPhone hot spot Internet connection. Same issue.   2 November: Changed the 5G modem/router DNS to CloudFlare (1.1.1.1) (it had been the AT&T DNS). Camera Raw v16.0 got to 1% and then stalled with "Progress is slower than usual. I’m currently facing challenges transferring my Adobe Creative Cloud apps to my new Mac.   The initial installation was done using a USB by a tech person at my school, which may have led to some complications. As my school is currently on break, I’m seeking guidance on how to link the Creative Cloud apps to my school account on the new Mac as when i log into the account with my school all apps are said to need a request and i have previously done so with no prevail. The first computer was a windows and im really confused on what is should do. i can give more details if needed

Are they getting rid of creative cloud for the student plan and if so will I need to save all my files to my laptop or a hard drive?

I would like to say this creative cloud desktop "experience" has reduced my workflow efficiency and has cause tremendous unnecessary frustration.I had primarily used it as an app launcher. I would like to see an option to select a minimal view or launcher view of the Creative cloud desktop "experience".I use the Creative Cloud desktop app to launch applications such as Photoshop or Illustrator, and would like a way to quickly access these shortcuts without launching the full experience with the app catalog, CC library manager, update manager, etc..., and without having to clutter my dock with apps that are used less.

Adobe makes it absolutely impossible to uninstall apps. I haven't used Creative Cloud for 4 years on my computer and I still have to open it to uninstall any of my Adobe apps. Even worse, when I'm trying to uninstall them, Adobe forces me to update Creative Cloud even though I'm about to delete it (although 'about' is a very loose term, considering Adobe products take forever to update).  I shouldn't be forced to open an app if I'm deleting it, and if I want to delete Creative Cloud, I should be able to delete all of the other Adobe apps with it. Why is it this difficult? This level of impossibile navigability shouldn't be allowed when making an app. 

I am using Creative Cloud with Windows 10 on a desktop PC.  There are many Adobe-related apps that start when the computer starts up. I would like to turn off those that are unneeded in order to speed up start up and to preserve memory and processing capacity.  I only use Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Stock files; no other Adobe programs.  Which of these can I turn off--the Windows Startup setup meu--without causing problems:Adobe Collaboration SynchonizerAdobe GC Invoker UtilityAdobe Updater Startup UtilityCCXProcess.exeCreative CloudCreative Cloud Content Manager

Windows 11 Pro, Creative Cloud.  Photoshop 25.2.0Yesterday, CC said there was a Photoshop update.  I tried to do the update but Photoshop was running and it complained.  I shut DOWN Photoshop, but it STILL wouldn't do the update, and after a few tries, I accidentally hit the "Update Later" button.I'm not sure how much "later" is in Creative Cloud's world, but it's been overnight and it STILL says it's waiting to update.HOW do I turn this OFF so I can MAKE it update NOW?

What's the best practice... delete the older versions after updating or keep for some reason?

We've all heard by now that Adobe will not sync desktop and cloud files after February 2024.Currently, I manage my work files in my Adobe CC synched folder and that folder gets backed up to a corporate server periodically (as well as to the Adobe Cloud).If after Feb 2024 my work files will only reside on the Adobe cloud... how do I backup those files to my own, corporate, backup server? Manual dowloads to my local drive for every file or set of files I work on seems so 1999... What does Adobe propose as a solution in this case? Thanks. A.C.

I'm on macOS Monterey. I do not sync any of my files with Adobe cloud. For the past few months when I startup my Mac Studio I have a notification from Creative Cloud that says "File syncing error" (see attached screenshot). Why do I get this when I'm not sending any file to the cloud?

How can Creative Cloud Files appear to be the Cloud Storage in macOS Finder?Other cloud services seem to show as Cloud Storage but not Creative Cloud Files folder. For the record, I have also set the CC folder to sit in Users/me/Library/CloudStorage   

A day ago I paid money for a photoshop product and that day after the payment everything worked correctly, today I open it again and I see that when I open photoshop it tells me that I have to buy it again. I bought a yearly subscription for photoshop, how is this possible?

Creative Cloud unknowingly downloaded 20+ GB of software without my consent or acknowledgement. I use my phone's hotspot for my internet connection, and now it is basically out of bandwidth, leaving me without internet for the remainder of the month. This is incredibly unfair. I think that Adobe ought to pay for the cable internet that I am now forced to get due to horribly unfair decision to sneakily download nearly their whole suitte behind my back without my acknowledgement.

Hi, Given that Creative Cloud will discontinue from Feb next year, I'm wondering what alternatives anyone can recommend? We're a video editing company so the main feature I'm looking for is to share and save premiere pro files as they are updated across the team as with Creative Cloud. Have done a bit of research but am not sure where to start. Looking forward to any suggestions! Thank you

Help please!  Lightroom is saying I have to start a new trial when I already have a subscription.  I've had a subscription for years, and now I can't access Lightroom at all.  Does anybody know a fix for this?  Payment is up to date and not due until Dec. 23.

A couple of weeks ago I started getting a message at startup that CC would not sync. It was not possible to open the app. I have the photography package and both Lightroom Classic and Photoshop were working fine. Nor was there any problem in syncing photos from Lightroom to the cloud or using Adobe Portfolio. I could access my Adobe account online. All seemed to be working fine apart from the CC desktop app. This means though that I cannot update my Lightroom or Photoshop. I finally uninstalled CC Desktop using the uninstaller - I tried the repair option tto no avail. I then downloaded the desktop app exe file and tried to install it. It will not install saying "the server is not responding currently" and "error 207". I have trieddisabling my anti-virus software.I tested the activation servers - 2 logos.I received a pong from Im.license.adobe.com/vact/ping.I checked the GlobalSign Root CA certificate. I used the Limited access Repair toolI  am on an un-networked Windows

Enterprise account, Mac OS 13.6.1, CC 6.0.0.571.  I went on vacation for a few days. Back to work, and my Creative Cloud Files folder is all old files that have been deleted, and none of the stuff I was working on before I left. How do I fix that?  I fortunately have another backup and was able to access my files there. And I have mapped the CC syncing to a new folder. How do I prevent it from syncing the old files in the cloud to the new local folder?  As an aside, am I correct in my understanding that Creative Cloud file storage/syncing for Enterprise accounts will NOT be going away in February 2024?

É necessária a permissão do administrador de Ti para habilitar o gerenciamento de aplicativos. Exclui o arquivo ServiceConfig.xml, e não resolveu.

Hello, I have been trying to figure out why when I am printing labels 3.33 w x 3.875 height 6 labels in one sheet.  They keep veering to the right and will not center where it is suppose to.  I have tried scaling it in differnt ways, scooting it way over to the right and it will not stop printing it this way.  I cannot seem to figure out what is happening.  Help!

Hi, I cannot move the Adobe folder created when installing applications into the iCloud document folder which contains preferences and presets.This folder fills up quickly and takes up too much space in iCloud which becomes saturated.I surprisingly haven't found a way to choose a new location.Any ideas?
