Hi allOne of my two pcs get the message in Creativecloud: File synching error.When I compare teh files on both pcs manualy teh are identical, so everthing seems to be well synced. So whats wrong the and how to get rit of this message? Gr Johan

When using apps online - e.g. Spark, the language keeps changing to German and I need to keep changing back to English. Is there a way to stop it defaulting to German?

How to tranfer my domain name from wix to adobe portfolio, any help would be apprecaited. Is it better to cancel my current doamin with wix and create a new one with adobe, or maintain my domain with wix and use it with adobe, thank you in adavnce

Guten Tag zusammen, ich habe mich heute in meinem Adobe Account eingeloggt und habe gesehen das dort ein 3monatiges test abo welches bei meiner SSD dabei wahr noch drin steht. Dieses wollte ich entfernen und habe, da es nicht anders geht, meine Zahlungs Information hinterlegt. Nun wollte ich dies dierkt kündigen und Schwupps steht da nun das ich ein JAHRES Vertrag abgschlossen habe und 200€ Zahlen soll als entschädigung. Ich habe mich bereits durch den Suppport durchgeklickt und sobald ich auf den Knopf wo der Kontakt zu echten Supportern angeboten wird anklicke, lande ich wieder auf der Startseite. Also wie komme ich dafür an den Support ran den es wohl geben soll? Danke und Beste GrüßePascal

I have run out of space in my creative cloud so I deleted a folder containing almost a tb of assets.  I have been trying to permanently remove them to reclaim the space but it keeps becoming unresponsive and will not remove them.  I can remove them about 10 at a time but it is over 300,000 items.  How can I do this or can it be done by the support team.  

Creative Cloud interrupts shutdown on my Mac Studio running Ventura. I have to close the dialog box ("Creative Cloud has interrupted Shut Down"), Quit CC, then Shutdown. Cannot run a shutdown schedule because of this. Anybody have an idea??

Hi all,I recently was added to my boss's organization with Creative Cloud sync. Prior to this I was syncing using my individual account but we decided it made more sense to consolidate and have me under her account.However, once I logged into this new account I went to add a location for the files to go and it gives me an error message--"Sync is not supported on network locations. Please choose a different folder."The thing is, this ISN'T a network location. It's just a SSD I'm plugging into my computer. It worked perfectly fine for the last year. And it doesn't work when I log into my personal account and try to re-add the drive, either, even though it WAS working fine.I tried formatting the drive and I tried using Creative Cloud Cleaner to uninstall and reinstall everything and I'm still getting the same problem. It's very frustrating.I'm on an M1 MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.0.1.I appreciate any help you can give me.Thanks!

I have to ask permission to myself to use my apps (photoshop, indesign,lightroom...) and I can't use anything at the moment. I also can't give the permission. I work with Windows.

it would be really cool to see mobile applications being able to expand their libraries with the use of plug ins and add on assets. I'm very new to the Adobe suite, especially on mobile Android, so if this is already a thing or simply an impossibility for some reason I'm unable to understand currently: I apologize.   

Hi all,I am responsible for a large design system with libraries in both Adobe CC and Figma.We would like collect data on the adoption and usage of assets we publish in our libraries, and work on improvements, deprecations etc.While this data is available in Figma, I struggle to find anything similar for the Adobe CC libraries. Is anyone aware of analytics solutions (either native from adobe or from 3rd parties) that could help us with this need?Thanks!

I;ve been monitoring the comments, on this subject, and waiting for issues to be fixed, especially on; After Effects, Premeire Pro, Bridge, Audition and Media Encoder.  Besides the newer Apple Silicon (M1) we seem to be having issues on the Intel-based Macs alos.  What's the timeline for the fixes?

For a system as good as Adobe, every update is a step backwards for Windows. Bugs, crashes, errors, etc... And with 99.9% of the times that support doesn't solve it, it offers American support, or email, that is, the same thing as NOTHING. [edited by moderator]I have work behind schedule because I can't use it for a program that I'm PAYING for, and I don't get the least bit of respect for solving my problems.Now, what the system is good at, is charging 2x the same amount on your credit card. But watch out for that. then I ask, and those who are not, you simply STEAL in the face, it's worse than the PT. So I recently came back to Behance to check out my portfolio of work that I had loaded manually onto my old profile that I used personally, only to find out that my projects that I had all been deleted. I went searching to see if there was a way to retrieve my files back, but to no luck. Can someone help explain to me exactly what happened that caused all my work to be deleted from my original profile? I was trying to export some of it so that I can use for my updated portfolio website changes I am working on.

When trying to install the Creative Cloud app I get an error:Adobe Installer has stopped working, it looks like it tries to open a login screen and gives this error.I'm trying to install on windows 2012 R2 64 Bits    

The creative cloud app has an red warning sign and evertime I refresh it, the app loads and ask me to sign in again error box.I cannot use any suppotive applications due to these, please help 

Yesterday my personal and buisness acounts were merged by Adobe Creative Cloud. Now I cannot get into edit mode of my Adobe Portfolio Site and also not into my Behance Account. When I log into my portfolio edit site, it automatically goes to my personal profile which does not have anything on them. When I try to log into these apps by selecting my buisness account, the site or app tells me that I do not have the acces to this but have to use my personal. When I log into these with my personal profile, everything is gone and I have to start over. The website and the behance profile do still exist (thank god), but I just cannot log into them with my buisness account which they are on. Can someone help me with this? There is years of work on there, I would be devestated if I lost all that. I can't find help anywhere cause nothing answers this question already. 

I have 2 problems1. I have over 1k images in My Library. I have to change it by moving licensed images to my Licensed Images library in one action, or others in groups of, say 15 to another library. I must do this in 2 steps: 1. Open the single image, heart it to the default library, then change the library and heart it there.  THEN I must delete it from the primary library. This will apply to about 400 images.Using the heart feature, item by item is enormoulyl time consuming. After the first 20 or so, the system stops working and I cannot heart anything.2. When I view My Library, and scroll down, about 3 screens down it starts taking 5 - 10 seconds of load screen to show the images. I have seen posts about this since 2017 with Adobe promises to submit to Engineering with NO result.$700 in fees later over the years, no luck with a solution.HELP. Btw, organizing content is easy in Windows Explorer and a thousand other file organization systems. Why is this so hard for Adobe?

How do I remove Behance notifications? Everytime I go to a Behance page for the past week or so, a notification pops up for "Get hired on Behance". I've seen it, probably a dozen times now. I don't want to get hired on Behance. Why does it keep popping up?

Let's say I have 50,000 files worth 1TB in Hardrive A. I bought a new hardrive(B) and I to move my Creative Cloud folder in there. To sync it, I could change the CC path to the new hardrive and start syncing. The problem is that would take days to sync. Is it possible to copy paste my files from Hardrive A to Hardrive B and then sync the newly created folder in Hardrive B to the Creative Cloud?

Hi all I have just paid years worth of CC plans and since this is the last year i'd be using it I wish to cancel now so I don't forget next year. It says when I cancel the plan my account gets downgraded to the free account - does this happen at the renewal interval next year or does this happen immediately thus loosing a years worth of paid for subscriptions? Thanks

Im requesting an app through my Enterprise Subscription, and I believe the IT Department have accepted my request, but, after 48 hours, the button still says "request access" and says "We are processing your request, we will contact you at [email] when your app is ready to use." What does this mean and when will i recieve my license?

This is what I see every time, and when I click 'sign in' it just disappears and comes back. I can't even put in my details to TRY to sign in! I've tried restarting the computer, etc. but I can't even uninstall and reinstall because to be able to uninstall the app I need to be logged into the app, which I can't do. It's driving me insane and also means I can't download any more of the creative cloud apps because I need to be signed in, which I'm not. I am able to access my already-downloaded apps just fine and am logged in to them. My credentials aren't the problem. I don't know how to fix this and can't find an answer anywhere. Help!
