Bonjourj'avais par le biais de mon ancienne entreprise un abonnement Adobe Creative Cloud. Depuis je ne suis plus "chez eux" et j'ai souscris à un nouvel abonnement à Adobe Creative Cloud à titre perso et je souhaiterais récupérer ma bibliothèque. Comment faire ?merci pour vos réponsesPhilippe

Halloechen, in meinem Fotoabo habe ich angeblich meine 20 GB Cloudspeicher ausgereizt. Allerdings befindet sich nichts hinter "Ihre Dateien / Ihre Bibliothek/" etc. Alles leer. Der "gelöschte" Ordner ist ebenfalls geleert.  Wo sind die Dateien, die meinen Speicher belegen ? Viele Grüße Michael

Hello, I'd like to know if Adobe CC is fully compatible with a Windows ARM VM.I started a trial account with Parallels and downloaded Creative Cloud, but instead of all the apps, there was only 3 I could download and install ... I have a PDF with construction details on different pages. I'd like to go back and forth between different pages while on the same magnification area. Everytime I go to the next page while zoomed in. The zoom window changes to the top of the document. Forcing me to pan back to where I wish to look everytime I switch pages, which is very annoying.

Hola, estoy demasiado frustrada puesto que ya se realizó el pago, ya instalé todo, y toda aplicación me dice que no se ha podido indentificar el servidor, que compruebe la conexión de red pero está TODO en orden. Un informático revisó mi MAC, y definitivamente el problema es de adobe...no se que hacer a alguien le ha pasado?  

 Ok.  I need help with this.  I get my paycheck stub to my email and when I try to print I get this error message.   I can print any other pdf just not this paystub.  Any help?

The app "Creative Cloud Desktop"(CCD) constantly uses about 12.5% of my CPU after every boot. What's weird is the behavior that the CPU usage drops nearly 0% soon after I open the CCD window without any operation on it. Every time I boot the computer, the CCD occupies about 12.5% of my CPU power but decreases around 0% once I open the CCD window and close it without doing anything. I attached three screenshots:- the CPU usage before opening the CCD window (tskmngr_before.png)- the CPU usage after opening the CCD window (tskmngr_after.png)- Version info of my CCD (CCversion.png) My computer:- Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen2 (Latest drivers)- CPU Intel Core i7-1185G7- RAM 48GB- Graphic NVIDIA T500- Windows 11 Pro 64bit (All Windows updates have been applied.)    - The OS is clean-installed just before the installation of the CCD- Creative Cloud Desktop ver.5.8.0.592    - All the settings are default ones besides uninstalling the old software when updatin

Hello,I've had this problem for a while now, I have tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app.I can't log in with any login option, and when I tap Continue with Adobe ID, I get the error "an error occured while authenticating. Please try again later"Login on desktop or other computers is fine. I also can't login on the Creative Cloud website on my phone.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex.

Gerade habe ich die Nachricht erhalten, dass mein Account auf die Starter Version von Creative Cloud Express umgestellt wird. "Du hast weiterhin Zugriff auf die anderen Anwendungen und Services, die Teil deines Abos sind." Kann ich nun weiterhin auf Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom CC zugreifen?

Trying to send an invite to a new employee to our Creative Cloud Libraries and I just get this message. I've tried a few times this week and last week as well. Always the same message. "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again."A few of our 30+ CC Libraries HAVE allowed me to send a invite link, but the majority have not.

My company was acquired by another company and after this my Adobe license was suspended without creating a new one. I received no warning, just an email informing me that the account was suspended. Most of the data was stored locally, but some important things in XD were in the cloud. Now I have received a new account and am wondering if it is possible to recreate the data from my old account. Think that it is otherwise about 40 hours that need to be created once more. My old account uses the same email as the current one but the company name used to be Cybercom. Is it possible to recover the data?

Hiya I am currently working with iMac OSC 10.10.5 and Creative Cloud 2.2.0.129. Today I noticed a new folder on my launchpad called Adobe Creative Cloud (Other) with 2 apps inside it called ACCFinderBundleLoader_64 and ACCFinderBundleLoader_32. When I click them nothing happens.My question is this:1) Are they part of the Creative Cloud package?2) Is it safe to remove them from the launchpad? Or should I keep them there?I have been googling for answers, but nothing concrete came up in the forums. Only mention I noticed on twitter links to a closed post on adobe forums I cannot access.Just for further reference here is the information on the 64 app:

HiHope someone can help with solution to slow update of Creative Cloud.I have a Macbook Pro and the automatic update of Creative Cloud is incredibly slow. It has been updating for several days and has only come up to 25%. Never experienced that problem before. Uninstalled it and installed new but still same problem.System running on Catalina 10.15.7.What can it be.

I received the Adobe Email, asking me to upgrade the app manager. I followed the instructions 3 times and still getting this error

So recently I noticed a huge slow down of my iMac, after using disk utility to look at storage I found my hard drive almost completely full, this was not right as I have less than 300gb of document files on hereafter 4 days of cleaning and restarting and basically going through all available options I downloaded a file program called Daisy Disk, which locates large files on the hard drive, and what I found astounded me completely. The creative cloud log files were huge the largest being over 460gb in size. I don't know what the hell happened to do this but I was happy to delete the log files and disable my creative cloud account, not only is the cloud close to useless as far as syncing issues and not being able to download folders (wtf is that about) but it completely ground my Mac to a standstill.I hope this may be of use to someone else who may be having system usage issues and not be able to find the offending files.[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/w

This was working when I first built my portfolio but now it's not working at all. Linking an image to another page built in portfolio but when you click the image link, instead of loading the page, it just "looks" like it's refereshing the same page. Even stranger, it works fine in the editor, but when you publish, it no longer works. Have tried on multiple devices and multiple browsers. When I inspect the page, I can see that the href is somehow getting stripped when you publish the site. In the editor when inspecting, it looks like this: <a class="js-editable-lik" href="/behind-you">When you inspect the same thing on the published site it looks like this: <a class="js-editable-lik" href> Notice, no actual link in the href. Seems like a bug when you publish maybe... Anyone else see this? Thanks

Hi  I'm trying to evaluete if adobe applications cause my constant black screens or not.  I bought a new laptop ASUS VivoBook Pro 16X OLED Laptop, 16”   (N7600PC-EH77) 6 weeks ago. worked for a 1 week, than started black screening. Sent that laptop back , got the same again in hope it was an issue with the laptop. I did talk to asus. they say the laptop is not reported to have that kind of issue. and they also could not diagnose it.  now the new laptop is doing the same thing after one week. I'm unlcear if it's the laptop or the software. In general i work with lightroom, illustrator, Indesign, photoshop and adobe acrobat. Most of the time I have all open at the same time.  sometimes it flickers a bit black before hand. sometimes it just turnes black. I read up on a few things and have done some settings in photoshop and lightroom. all of them are not accabtle in work flow ... and with a new computer. for example not showing t

Hi, I have a line of text but right in front of it is another text line that I can't seem to highlight to delete. Part of screenshot is below. you can see the "extra" pink section for text. on the second, 3rd and 4th, the "extra is behind text; on the bottom ones, it's in front of text. thank you in advance for any help. At my wits end as Adobe says they can't verify my subscription status (it is paid and up to date), prompts me to sign in over and over and over and over and over. And now programs (premiere pro, lightroom classic) are just crashing a few moments after opening - that is just closing themselves and disappearing from my desktop as if never opened. These kind of issues have gotten continually worse and increased proportionately along with the bloatware over the years I have used it.Also none of the topics listed below pertain to my issue

Je me trouve face un problème que je n'arrive pas à régler.Visiblement, la connexion au serveur d'Adobe ne se fait pas...1- Dans Creative Cloud, menu "Activité en ligne" j'ai le message suivant : "La connexion au serveur a échoué".2- Dans Lightroom (version cloud), idem. Je pense que Lightroom cherche à se synchroniser avec ses versions mobile (sur ma tablette), mais n'y arriverait pas. Il m'indique un problème de connexion au serveur, et là, je n'ai d'autre choix que de fermer Lightroom. Je ne peux donc pas travailler sur les photos importées dans Lightroom depuis ma tablette. Avant de venir poster ici, j'ai tenté différentes solutions.Démuni, et afin d'être le plus efficace possible pour vous comme pour moi, je donne le max de détails de ce qui a été tenté ci-dessous.Les points A, B, C sont restés infructueux... La solution tient peut-être au point D... Mais mes compétences informatique

I never use this the Adobe Cloud Folder feature but it's installed on my windows 11 in the file explorer, under the Quick Access.   There is no way to disable it or uninstall it, feels just like a Malicious malware.    And now I need help to remove it.   I searched on Google and this has been an issue to a lot of users, for many man years.  Thank you adobe for promoting this cloud feature with Malicious malware behavior.I would thank you more if you can allow me to remove this nasty folder that I never use. Sinerecerly.  -Malware Victim
