Beware:I use creative cloud with lightroom and photoshop installed.  One day I woke up to find my 2TB NVMe drive full, of which several disk analyzers confirmed only ~90 GB was actually in use.It took about 5 days with a custom app running (no Windows app can process a directory with that many files) to remove a bit over 3 billion empty subdirectories from the Adobe directory: com.adobe.dunamis The subdirectories had large integers as their names.  Even after removing all the subdirectories, Windows 10 didn't recognize the removed subdirectories as free space which forced me to reformat the drive.

Hi, first i have to say that having a fake "contact" button on the adobe website is really frustating (really, i am on the edge of thrwoing my computer on the wall).Shows already how commited the company is in providing support to paying customers.My cloud has no documents under none of the links and still has 70GB occupied.(Yes, i am logged with the Businessprofil)https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documentshttps://assets.adobe.com/deletedhttps://assets.adobe.comhttps://documents.adobe.comhttps://lightroom.adobe.com and the support team apperently doesnt believe me. (case ADB-25212391-F0N7)Can anyone help?  

Yesterday, for the first time, I saved my edited photos to Creative Cloud storage rather than Dropbox which I have used for client sharing for years. I am bitterly regretting it as I can see absolutely no way now of sharing those photos with my client and I am faced with having to go back to every RAW file, re-edit the jpegs and save to Dropbox. What a terrible waste of my time. Can anyone tell me, in strightforward terms how to get round this please. I was expecting this to be simple. 

When I open a PDF document that is saved to my computer, whether that be on the desktop or in a folder, Chrome opens to the editor page of Adobe online every time. Can't seem to get Chrome from opening. Please advise. Mac Monterey 12.4

Is there any hope that Adobe will resolve this problem? I use a MacBook Pro16" (Intel) with Monetrey. I know the problem is old, but may be....

Multiple libraries are disappearing from my CC libraries collection. Each time I log onto my computer more a missing. They are gone from the CC libraries panel in the Adobe programs as well as the desktop CC application.  I tried updating all of my Adobe programs but it hasn't made a difference.  Please help!

Hello, when I add keywords to individual pages and update the live site. I see none of these keywords in the page source, only the keywords added via the main site settings. Also when I go back to the page, none of the keywords I added before are saved and showing in the field where I added them. Any idea how to fix this? Kind regards,D.

Hello, can someone help with this? I'm not sure why there are 2 active links in my navigation. I have each state set but the "UX work" page isn't changing to normal state, it's set to hover. Does anyone know what the issue may be?

I am a journalist and I look for people who had also terrible experience with a customer service and lack of possibility to resign from Adobe in a hummane way. I have been charged like probably many of you for a whole year of subscription by auto renew. I am aware of the policy of Adobe, but this is ridiculous that they are allowed to charge over 700eur for something I do not intend to use no more. It is a fraud and a customer service is not replying to this. How is it possible to get away with it, claiming that I have received an email with such information about the upcoming renewal, I have never seen that email. I have never received it. I should confirm such a big payment. This is absolutely against the customer. We do not speak of 20eur charge, it is 750eur! For Polish standards that is a monthy salary. This is insane and unhumane. I would like to spread the word about it in the radio and television. I would need a few people willing to share their similar unfair stories

Just installed the Creative Cloud iOS app. I want to log in with my Adobe ID, but tapping "Sign In" > "Continue with Adobe ID" results in... nothing, as in, the app does nothing when I tap the button. The buttons to log in with Apple/Google/Facebook work, as does the sign-up link.

My creative cloud account warns me that it's full (105 GB out of 100 GB) yet I only have 6 items in my libraries and NO published or synched files. I've been watching videos all day to 1.) Find the data that's taking up 105 GB and  2.) Export the files onto a drive.Please share your insight! 

Leider weiß ich nicht einmal, wie der entsprechende Service heißt. Hier heißt leider alles irgendwie Cloud. Unter assets.adobe habe ich zwar was gefunden, da wird mir auch angezeigt, dass mein Speicher voll sei, nur werden dort nirgends Dateien angezeigt. My work pays for the Creative Cloud subscription for us computer graphic artists. I was told we could download fonts from the Creative Cloud Adobe Fonts Library. How do I get that to work? I have a Mac, by the way.

Ich hab in meiner Cloud nur 3 Dateien, mit noch nichtmal über 40MB. Mir wird aber angezeigt das die Creative Cloud voll ist, also 17GB von 20GB. Der Gelöschten Ordner ist leer. Hatte jemand mal das gleiche Problem?

My local IT-support needed to reboot my mac this Thuesday, so I created a designated folder in my Creative Cloud libary (Kolstadgata 1) and we loaded about 100 photos and 50 video files into the folder. Both me and the IT-guy saw that the files synced and doublechecked that they were in place before we rebooted the machine. On Wedensday, after the reboot the folder was still there, but the content was gone. I have tried to create another folder (Kolstadgata 2) and do the same with some other files. It took a while before I could find the content of the new folder on another computer than the one used for the uploads, but after some hours they finally appeared. But my first folder is still empty. How can I find my files? And don't Adobe have any responsibility for making sure mye files don't dissapear? Isn't Creative Cloud trustable as a place to storage files?

I have old bridge plans that were poorly scanned and saved as a pdf. The text on the scans are blurry and not accurately legible and the original plans have been destroyed. Is there any way to make the text legible?  

How to retrieve a deleted item in Adobe cloud storage. I accidentally deleted all the files in the process of clearing the recent files in the adobe acrobat mobile app(android). in the next second I noticed and tried to retrieve but there is no luck.any help is appreciated
