Hello,I've read the forums - "Select all" keyboard mouse combinations don't work - I have thousands of files to delete in a trash that never empties in the cloud. I've tried the "select all" on mobile devices - it will select all but then deleting just spins and spins doing nothing. I've even chatted with customer support who simply told me the same thing, that I need to delete items in my trash myself. Bottom line. I want to delete all the the items in my cloud. I will not spend hours and hours clicking boxes in thousands and thousands of files. Is there any way for ADOBE to delete these with a request CS seems to say yes then wants to use select all on my computer WHICH DOES NOT WORK. Stop the maddness. Help me. Please. Someone. I feel like Joeph K here.
I made some updates to my Adobe portfolio site but the changes are not updated on a mobile device. For example, the hamburger menu on iPhone doesn't work. Appreciate any insights!
HelloSince I switched to my new MacBook with M1 on Monterey 12.1/12.2/12.2.1 I have the same problem again and again. When I activate the client over the menubar, it is hanging in "Loading Applications". Restarting the client does not solve the problem. The spinning circle is rotating endless. Only a complete reboot is solving this behavior for some hours. But it will reappear again.I have tried several solutions like removing special folders in the directories. A complete uninstall with the uninstaller. Nothing helps. The issue survived several OS or Client updates.I'm writing this in the hope somebody has a solution or someone at Adobe will investigate this.ByeMarcus
Hello. I would love to get some tips regarding best workflow regarding sharing folders and CC project files. Our plan so far is: All assets (photos, graphic, fonts) uploaded in AEM and connected to CC apps via Asset Link. Then making a folder structure in Creative Cloud for the project files that three co-workers can easily share with each other. That means both sharing folders and project files. How can I do that in the easiest way? (The AEM part with Asset Link is solved)
Hey there, I hope someone had my issue and got it solved. I upgraded my plan now and suddenly there's no files on the cloud anywhere. Is it something that is mentioned somewhere? I haven't found any alert or disclaimer about this and now I've lost all my files... I'll appriciate any help whatsoever.

On my Adobe Portfolio website when I go to play one of my videos I uploaded, the "loading wheel" or spining buffering circle remains on the screen. All of my videos will play to the end with this spinning wheel animation in the center of the screen. Obviously this is distrating. Anyone else have this issue? I'm on a 2015 iMac, MontereyOS, also happens on PC laptop Windows 11- happens on both Safari and Chrome, Edge. Any idea on how to fix it? Thank you!Ben
Hello. Even though my cloud libraries are empty (even the trash is empty), it seems to be using half my storage. moreover i am getting sync error on my Creative Cloud. This is very annoying because when using Photoshop I get the error "Your presets could not be synced" and the program starts to freeze.
I just upgraded to a newly refurbished iMac and upgraded to Creative Cloud finally (from CS5). (specs of computer attached) AND Creative Cloud has completely bogged down the computer - takes forever to open CC or other applications, incredibly slow when in the design programs, and affecting other things like internet programs, mail, messages, etc. Even my Finder is so slow. I simply cannot work this way. I've seen lots of Forums and Complaints about CC, have tried fix-its here and there and cannot get this to work as it should. I've been going back to my 2010 iMac with CS5 because comparitvely, it's lightning speed compared to this. How to I get these new, expensive CC programs to work like they should?

My adobe document cloud says that i have used 15.5GB out of the 20GB. However, I have only a handful of files uploaded in the cloud. How can I see the detailed usage ?
None of the "how to work around the error" suggestions to fix the problem hasn't work for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling the whole cloud creative app + illustrator didn't solve the problem. Is there any other alternative to get this thing working again?
according to creative cloud, I'm using 34GB of space, though when looking in my files, including deleted, there's only about 80MB used. I did find in the Lightroom Web Version, I had files that were syncing from my ipad which I deleted (before this I was using about 75GB)... I have no clue where the files I'm apparently using are stored.

So I m experiencing hardisk shortage. Using DaisyDisk, I found that Creative Cloud Library (my mac name/username/library/application support/Adobe/creative cloud library) keeping significant GB of files. The question is, if I delete it, will it affect the files that I put on library cloud (any currently I am syncing it).I confuse because before cc exist, I can delete this library easily and free many space. Yet I am not sure now.
Hello, I have two portfolios: one by theme with a limited number of photos and a second organized by date and visited places. For the second, there is a collection for each year, and a page for each date/place. For example, in the "2021" collection, there are 35 places visited, i.e. 35 rows that appear in the navigation menu, for this collection. I can also click on the collection to get the thumbnails (5 columns and 7 rows) .I'm afraid that in a while it will become laborious to go down the page to consult the whole menu. How could I improve this point? Of course, I don't want to have a menu limited to collection names. Is it possible to have a scrollable menu, independent of the rest of the page, or can we expand or reduce each sub-menu? Thank you.
Hello, sorry if this has been asked somewhere, but all I can find is instructions on how to point the sync location to an extenral drive. My question is, what happens when that initial external drive is full? I want to upgrade my cloud storage to use as cloud photo backup, but my external SSDs are all 1 TB. If I fill up one, can I attach another and continue syncing, without losing the cloud versions of the images on the first drive? I would only have one drive attached at a time, just swapping between them as they get full. Thank you!
Hello there, I am having a major problem with text boxes in Adobe Portfolio. Everytime I place a text box, it appears, then disappears. Everytime. This happens with both Safari and Chrome and I dont know what other options I could try. I can't place a single text box on any page. Any help? Hi every oneA few month ago (maybe 6 months) I noticed I wasn't able to log in to "Contact Us" through "Help & Support" (Picture 1). The problem comes when I click "Contact Us" (picture 2). When I do that the button goes from "blue" to "grey" (Look at picture 2, blue button).This was something that first happened with "Google Chrome" for approx. 6 months ago. Then the problem arose there. It happened all of a sudden, and I still can't log in to "Contact Us" with "Chrome". That's why I started using "MS Edge" every time I went to "Contact Us". Last night the same problem arose with "MS Edge" as well. I do not get "Logged In" with any browser now. Someone else who is experiencing the same problem and who has a solution. Possibly you have the solution to the problem without having had the problem as well.What happens is as follows: I click the blue "Contact Us" button (picture 2). My Creative Cloud says I'm using 5 GB of 20. But, I can't find anything that I'm storing there. I have searched my Creative Cloud links (Your FIles, Your Libraries, Shared with You, Deleted) and there is nothing in any of theme. I keep all my photos on my portable hard drives and have no need for cloud storage. Pherhaps my Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge apps are there? How do I find out what is in my 5 GB that Sdobe says I am using?
Are there any ways that I can change the language of my iPad Adobe apps without changing the language of my iPad in 2022? I prefer to have Adobe apps in English while keeping my iPad in my preferred language.
Hello,I have some strange and frustrating problems with creative could on windows 11.I have make clean installation of windows, there is just office, firefox an dthat is all, all is working good and fast, aftre that i have install creative cloud, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Premiere pro and problems is starting.Every time when i shut down or restart my PC i have some error, like this app is preventing windows to shut down/reboot bla bla.. first time i was think problem is drivers or maybe OS have some strange bugs but not, i have install windows again all same, office 2021 and firefox only, i have working one day on this PC, OS was restarted several times and there is no any error, than i install adobe again and again i have same problem.Anyone have solution for this, this error make me crazy.
